Unit amenities include central air, newly renovated vinyl and tile floors, washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, large ROKU flat screens TVs in each room with over 200+ channels. The main living area features an open kitchen, dining room, and entertainment area. Amazing host. Flexible with our needs. Condo is in a great location - right in the beach, close to shopping and restaurants. And still close enough to see the more traditional Myrtle Beach attractions. We will definitely be back!

The condo was awesome and was a perfect fit for our vacation. Our host, Sean, was great with communicating with us and check in was super simple and easy. The view from the balcony was incredible and access to the beach was just steps away. I would highly recommend staying here!

My family and I have stayed in this building on family vacation for about five years. We have rented through Elliot rental in North Myrtle Beach and have had major problems. I was never planning on renting to Elliot again. I looked at VRBO and found on this one. It was very clean and ready on time. The common areas are under new management and this year, the common areas were very well kept.

PERFECT CONDO! PERFECT LOCATION! PERFECT HOST!
We are a multigenerational family, from NY. We needed out of the cold and snow so badly. This property was just what we all needed! The condo was clean and the check in process was easy. There was plenty of room to play board games, with the kids and grandparents. We enjoyed the nightly music from the restaurants next door. Highly recommend Snooky’s. I saw a review where it bothered someone, we loved it! Grabbed our drink of choice, sat on the balcony and sang right along. The Grocery store was with in walking distance too. Like I told Sean, this is a place I can see our family coming back too, year after year making memories. And you should too!

The property was nice and well furnished. We have stayed at Spring Towers many times. The view was excellent. I was very disappointed the dressers in two of the bedrooms had a couple of drawers each that were unusable. Also, found prescription pills on the floor of one of the bedrooms. Could have been very dangerous.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in 901 Spring Tower. Sean-the Host, was very responsive to our questions during our arrival and checkin. Great place on the beach and very conventiently located to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The unit had an open layout for communal meals, conversations and inside table game playing. We do recommend that the larger bed in the balcony bedroom be upgraded, as it was not even across. (The middle was firmer then the sides.). So, this was not very comfortable. We also suggest that a broom/mop be accessible for the errant sand that follows you in the doorway. Again, our family enjoyed our stay in the unit.

Wonderful Getaway
My family and I really enjoyed our vacation at this condo. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and we enjoyed listening to live music from Murphy's bar each evening. Snookys restaurant is a must with amazing food and service. Our teenagers loved how close the pool and the beach are so they can go back and forth with ease. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our new favorite. Sean and Ashley want their guests to feel at home. We did! We’ve stayed in this building before and love the location because it’s close to everything. Perfect view and family friendly
This was truly our beach home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the home was clean and bright, and the parking was great. The property felt safe and secure. The view from the main living room and primary bedroom was perfect and we loved leaving the balcony door open to let in the sound of the waves as we drifted off to sleep. Family friendly, plenty of room to spread out, nice big dining table for family meals. The bar directly next door got a little loud in the evenings but at least it was quieter after 10pm. The property owners were quickly responsive to our questions and gave great recommendations. We would not hesitate to re-book!

3 teenagers, 12 year old, my husband and myself. The view from every window was AMAZING! Loved seeing the sunrise and being steps to the beach to go on walks. Roku televisions that our teens loved to stream movies and videos. Convenient to everything.
Only minor issue was the music from Murphy's right next door...was pretty loud at night as we would have liked to sit on the balcony and have a quiet conversation or listen to the ocean. It was usually done by 11pm and actually good live music to listen to :)
