Easy commute to Wilm, Newark and Phila. The 1st floor features a living room, dining room and updated kitchen. The backyard offers a patio and is fully fenced. The 2nd floor features a brand new bathroom, laundry room and 2 bedrooms. The 3rd floor loft offers 2 single beds and plenty of space to relax or work.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location worked out very well for us to be close to family and to be able to walk to restaurants and shops.

We were in town visiting with family. It is a nice place and we loved the location. The mattress and bedding were very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay, and took notes on the super soft towels for our next home purchase. The only thing I'd change is having a couple of well-placed nightlights for stairs. We loved the backyard space for young kids (under 5) to play. The house was clean, comfortable, and the decor was lovely without being fragile. Neighbors were friendly, too.

We really enjoyed our stay, and took notes on the super soft towels for our next home purchase. The only thing I'd change is having a couple of well-placed nightlights for stairs. We loved the backyard space for young kids (under 5) to play. The house was clean, comfortable, and the decor was lovely without being fragile. Neighbors were friendly, too.

The unit is 1/2 of a duplex in a nice quiet area a convenient walk to downtown & an easy drive to Longwood Gardens. Our granddaughters loved their 3rd floor large room with A/C. Interior well decorated, great appliances & nice assortment of treats in the kitchen. Thanks for a great stay.
