Expansive kitchen with all the amenities: Range, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Keurig with complementary coffee and hot chocolate. Game area with gas fireplace for your group to gather and relax and deck off the game room. New washer/dryer for guest use. Attached 2 car garage and. Upper level boasts master bedroom 1 which has king bed, 35’’ TV and ensuite bath with shower. Bedroom 2 has double bed, full closet. Bedroom 3 has twin bunkbeds. Full upper-level bath with tub/shower. Lower level boasts spacious 3rd group area with another gas fireplace, seating area with reclining couch and 55’’ Smart TV, microwave with popcorn to enjoy family movie time. Bedroom 4 has double bed and another full bath with shower. This property has lots of space for your group to rest and relax after a long day exploring what the wonderful Wausau area has to offer.

Convenient location and comfortable sleeping arrangements.

This unit is very roomy with four bedrooms, three living spaces and a well equipped kitchen. There are three bathrooms. Two have showers and a third has a tub shower combination then there is a fourth half bathroom.
Accessing the unit was very easy. It was a great location and the unit was well stocked with bedding towels and the kitchen was also well stocked with cooking supplies
Would highly recommend, and if we are back in the area again, we would definitely rent again

Great quick stay. Ended up having less guests than anticipated but one observation to share is that my adult children both really appreciated that in addition to 4 bedrooms, there were three distinct “chill out” spots - so any of us could get some quiet time if needed. One was the living room on the first floor, another was kind of a sitting room w a fireplace on the first floor, and the third was a second living room/family room in the basement, also w a fireplace. It was helpful esp w adult kids for folks to be able to get together, but also have some “chill out” space. I’d definitely come back.

Great location. Wedding on Rib Mountain and reception in Mosinee. We have family in Rothschild so everything was close and easy access to Hwy 51/39.
We will definitely stay again.

We came here to get away and go skiing and this house worked well for our four person family. The walls are a bit thin so at night we could hear the neighbors. They had all of the kitchenware we needed to cook and even had spices and snacks for us!!!!!

Visited Wausau for a family wedding. The downstairs "suite" was excellent for a couple with two young children. Rental also has a Mr. Coffee, which we prefer over a Kuerig. Made making coffee in quantity much easier.
The rental was very clean and well stocked with linens. Needs a wine opener but had everything else we needed in the kitchen.
Only downside is the master suite upstairs. The bed blocks the only egress window. It is a design flaw of the house as there really is no other place to put the bed, but it would be dangerous if there was a fire.

This property is clean, bright and roomy. Plenty of room for a long stay. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there were plenty of floors and rooms for everyone to have a little space. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed here with 5 teen kids and we were able to bring our pets. The place was very clean and spacious (room for dog kennels without being intrusive.) We didn't even use the basement which would be excellent for anyone who wanted a little more of their own space as it as a bedroom, bath and living area (maybe another couple or small family). TV had plenty of options to watch and board games. It was an easy 10 min ride back and forth to Granite Peak. Owner was accommodating and responsive.

Great location for ski trip
We really enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything was clean and looked welcoming when we entered. Very spacious. We enjoyed the vintage board games… we hadn’t played Taboo since the 90’s! Very fun.
A couple things to note: there aren’t a ton of dishes; we went through mugs very fast. Knives for cooking are lacking, so I’d suggest packing one if you plan to cook or cut anything. The garbage disposal did not work which was kind of gross before we realized it didn’t work. The washing machine also didn’t work, but I don’t believe the property manager even knew so hopefully they’ll fix for the next guest.
The walls are super thin which didn’t bother us, but it is a duplex. The person cleaning the other side told us that she could hear everything through the walls.
Overall, we’d definitely return and thought it was great. We had a fun time in Wausau.

I stayed at the property for a ski weekend with family. This was probably the cleanest house I have ever rented. Located in a quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes to the ski hill. The house had everything we needed more than enough room to play games and relax after a day of skiing. We are planning on coming back next year.

Great Location and Very Clean
The booking process is very smooth and the owner responds quickly. The house has tons of space. We had two families but it could easily handle more. It is very clean and well taken care of. Location is great for Granite Peak and the neighborhood is quiet.

We were staying in the Wausau area for a short term work experience. I brought the whole family and this home was a great home base for everyone. A park was right in back and there was enough room for my kids. Family friendly property and location.
