About this house rental
For peoples who enjoy their food (gourmet kitchen), their boating (two boat docks, 2 kayaks, 2 inner tubes), their wine (wine cooler), their fun (3 bikes, frisbees, baseball mitts, corn-hole, ping pong, beach stuff), their water (fish from your dock or sunbathe on the beach), their work ( office desks and Fast Reliable MESH WIFI), their lounging (huge leather couch & 70" TV) their own bathrooms (we have five), their quiet time (nothing but water and land on three sides of you located at end of culdesac) their TESLA (we have socket bring your cable), you will love Beauty and the Beach! NEAR THE BEACH? Two blocks to the white sand beach and three feet from the inter coastal canal, if you love swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking, starfish finding water play... come and stay! 6 minute walk even for little people. We are an almost straight shot to the 7th Street Gulf Beach Access where few people go for there is no parking! There is a shower and more there too. Get back to the simple life... beaching, tubing, fishing, biking, eating! IS THERE REALLY FISHING? OMG yes! You can see the large beauties swimming around the docs. You have shrimp buckets and two reels all you need is some shrimp available 1/2 miles down Gulf Blvd. Please send us a pic of your catch! BUT NO POOL... Who needs a tiny pool when you have the huge, very private intercostal canal. When was the last time you had a squirt gun fight paddling (squirt guns and tubes provided!)? When was the last time you and your partner or kids kayaked together (we have one big one and one lil one with life jackets and paddles)? Belly Flop Contest? Right off the NEW docks with easy ladder to get back up. WEAR SHOES! There are shells. ARE THERE REALLY BIKES? YES! Three bikes of three sizes. Also, three scooters! NEED TO WORK? We have super fast WIFI MESH which powers a minimum of 8 people on ZOOM at once. There are desks and sitting areas. Located on the water with 2 boat docks this 2020 remodeled home is clean and perfect. From the huge gourmet kitchen to the four large bedrooms EACH with its own bathroom. The home is like new and super classy. Sherrall and Steve are 5 Star hosts who will do anything to make your stay perfect (did we mention Starbucks coffee and wine?). Our property manager lives next door and we have had no crime in over 8 seven years (longer but that's all we can track!) so take the worries out of your visit. Please come and stay at Beauty and the Beach!

Property is immaculate,Spacious minutes away from the Beach,home comes with anything you can imagine for the beach,fishing or water fun... We were Suprise that there wasn't TV's in the bedrooms and on the main floor No Privcy blinds on the windows.. but other than that we throughly enjoyed our stay

Our family and another family spent the week of Thanksgiving at the Beach and the Beach. We had an amazing time! The place was just as advertised. We love the fact it had two master bedrooms which made it sharing with another family ideal for our stay. Place was in great shape, clean, and had all the extras that really made our stay memorable. Little things like fishing poles and boogie boards along with beach towels and washer and dryer. Location is in a good place. 4-5 minute walk to the beach. Can walk up and down beach for miles as well as up and down Gulf Blvd which is a main street with local shops (ice cream, etc.). Communication was great with Steve and Sherral. Checkin and checkout was easy and I reached out to them a couple times during my stay and they replied right away. Overall, couldn’t have been a better place and experience. Looking for to coming back! Thanks again!

We enjoyed our stay. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which is nice when traveling with another family. Kitchen was beautiful and all the necessities available for cooking. They provided beach chairs, towels, cart, only thing needed is canopy. It is about a 8 min walk to the beach. The property manager was responsive and property owner checked in via msg during our stay.

I cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous property or the owners! Communication was so fast and effective, every question I had was answered before arrival. Check in was a very easy process and we were immediately in awe of the property, the inside of the house and everything there was to offer. The house was clean and had everything we could of ask for and more from kitchen supplies, beach supplies, indoor/outdoor activities and more! I keep using the word “more” because I truly feel like we didn’t have enough time to get to enjoy everything you all have to offer! I have already sent pictures and recommendations to other family members and we will without a doubt love to return to this exact property for vacation! I was a huge fan of the open concept of the first floor and the fact that each person had their own bathroom in their bedroom was a super convenient added bonus. Thank you Steve for the lunch recommendation, the Cuban at kooky coconut really was amazing! Thank you all a million times over for making sure our family had a fabulous vacation!

Beauty & the Beach has everything you need for a beach vacation, which was especially important when traveling by airplane like we did so we didn't have to pack anything extra. There were 6 of us total, including our 2 year old, and we all enjoyed having our own bathroom attached to each of our bedrooms in addition to the shared half-bath on the main floor. We only needed to use a pack & play for our son to sleep in, but there were plenty of other baby gear options available for the younger kids too which meant 1 less thing to check in for baggage. This was our first VRBO experience & we were very pleased with everything. The listed description set us up with confidence & all our expectations were matched. We will likely stay again if in the area again!

Wonderful home and location to stay. House was very comfortable and loaded with all necessary items from cooking to recreation. Beach is a 5-10 minute walk, very convenient for all ages and located on a white sand beaches.
Bikes need a bit of work but other than that things were wonderful!

Book this place! The owners are super easy to work with and respond very quickly (before, during and after the trip). The layout and location is ideal. It’s very nice (short) walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It was peaceful and quiet in the neighborhood and the few neighbors we saw were friendly. The beach was beautiful (even during red tide of which we saw none). The house itself is super clean, they had everything we needed and more. It is very well kept, every detail from the super comfortable beds to the high end appliances. They even arranged for dolphins to swim by their dock (wink wink)! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone but especially to those traveling with family / friends!

Steve and Sharrell were great to work with and very responsive with any questions we had. The home is so well stocked both in the kitchen and all the outdoor/beach gear. The home is very nice and looks just like the pictures.

Property was furnished with everything you can imagine. It was fabulous. The walk to the beach was not far and the shores are breathtaking as expected. The hosts were amazingly attentive, available and courteous and I think its a great place if you want to bring a family on vacation or with you while you work remote! Home was great for entertaining, proximity and essentials!
We were expecting a more quaint area with less traffic but have never been to this area. My only real recommendation is that the bed frame in Master does'nt move when you're sleeping because nobody sleeps still. We ended up trying other suites to get a good nights rest. Curtains would be a great asset to block out light or provide privacy. It kind of felt like living in a fish bowl lol. Lastly, we would have like to be notified there was construction right out front. It kind of ruined the 'view' that was shown on photos.
We are certainly not trying to be negative because it was a wonderful rental from great hosts! Just thought it would be good for ya'll to know. Thanks for having us!

This house was perfect for our family. Everyone enjoyed their own bedroom/bathroom & we were pleasantly surprised how comfortable the beds were. The kitchen, dining room, living room, and patios were perfect for everyone to join for some family fun or to find a place to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals, and lots of containers to store leftovers for the next day. Tons of beach accessories, including comfortable, reclining chairs to relax to the sounds of the ocean. We used the provided kayaks, and everyone was excited to see dolphins swimming next to the dock! The owners are wonderful - very attentive and informative. We appreciate them providing this beautiful home for so many to enjoy! If we return to the area we will definitely stay here again - loved it!

Rarely do you find property that has separate bedrooms and bathrooms, but this is it! All four bedrooms were able to give adult children privacy and space. Alot of activities/games provided as well as the kitchen is the most well stocked, I have ever seen in a rental property. The owners are responsive and answer all questions in a timely manner. We would stay here again. Thank you Steve and Sherrall.

Traveled with 6 adults and 2 kids. Space was really large and great for all of us to hang out. Really clean and well appointed. Not a bad walk at all to get to the beach and plenty of toys and a cart to haul the chairs and canopy down there.

This property was amazing. We had a group of eight ladies. Four bedrooms and each bedroom had its own bath. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly want to cook or bake with. We had a couple questions and they were answered within minutes. Would recommend this house to anyone.

This house was perfect!! We had a total of 14 people traveling with us, only 7 stayed the night, our house was the hangout spot wether we were all having breakfast or just meeting up. The beach was a light 7min walk which was totally do able! We will be returning for sure

We had a good time with family time and the beach, but Not a very good welcome at first. I hadn’t even moved luggage in and received an email saying I owed more money because there was a dog with our party. Got a little upset because I paid $200. Extra already and apparently whoever did not check this. Along this same line there should be consideration as to the breed of the dog because ours was a miniature aussydoodle which has hypoallergenic non shedding hair. There was no extra cleanup for this dog, especially not $200.
The floors had not been mopped as your socks would be filthy when you walked on the floor. All the showers need hand rails or grab handles put in them to help from falling. The living room East and West sides need shades or curtains to close or open as needed because you don’t want the sun blaring in all the time.
Seems neighborhood you have to walk through to get to the beach is not that safe. One day police were called to a man and woman fighting in the street and seemed high on something. Other days there were people in the street acting irrationally. I was not real thrilled with our surroundings in this area.

Wonderful
My family and i recently dtayed at this property abd we were pleasabtly surprised. It was very clean and updated, and had everything we needed to made us feel right at home! Short walking distance to white sandy beach and a strip with great restaurants and stores. The owner was very responsive to all our questions. My family and i thoeughly enjoyed this property and are looking to stay again next year!

Beauty at the beach was awesome. Very clean great communication with the owners. Really appreciate that they have every thing you need for the beach from towels to chairs. My son enjoyed fishing off the dock He caught some good size fish. Its a very easy walk to the beach. Very close to some great restaurants. The home is very roomy for big families.

There was a little miscommunication when we tried to reach the owner when the fridge broke. We did loose food and had to get the coolers and clean them fill them with ice until the fridge was fixed. Unfortunately my husband lost a beach day due to having to sit with the repair man for several hours. We were reimbursed for some of the food we lost $120.00.
The location was nice but there is construction right next door with a pump running constantly.
All in all it was a very nice place to stay with tons of amenities.

You have a beautiful home and thank you so much for sharing it with our family. We came from three different states to meet here and we had the greatest family vacation ever!!! Don’t forget to go spend some time at Jon’ John’s Pass , the shuttle will take you there! So many things to do and see here. Perfect location !!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!! Perfect and relaxing
Very nice beach home, with everything you could need for a vacation with children! We had a wonderful time with our daughter, son in law, and grandchildren. Owners were awesome and let us stay one more night when out flights were rescheduled by the airlines. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, comfortable, spacious rental. The location was not too far from the beach, my children never complained once about the walk. Plus its super close to an ice cream shop with over 100 flavors! The owners were very responsive and addressed some minor concerns very quickly! We would definitely return.

Everything you could want in a Beach Vacation!
We absolutely Loved Beauty and the Beach! The house is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated and Sherrall and Steve are the most gracious and considerate hosts ever!
The house is just a short 5 minute walk to wonderful Indian Rocks Beach and Sherrall and Steve provide everything needed for the beach: chairs, towels, coolers, umbrellas, beach games and a cart to pull it in. The house is also just a 10 to 15 minute walk from several restaurants, shops and bars. Loved Crabby Bill's tiki bar with live, outdoor music every day!
We cannot wait to return!

The attention to detail is terrific and it’s clear that the home owners, Sharrell and Steve take tremendous pride in providing their renters a warm, welcoming and comfortable space. The highlights: •The beds were all very comfortable and each bedroom offers a private bath with plenty of bath/hand towels and wash clothes. •The kitchen is well equipped. Pots, Pans, glasses, bakeware, wine glasses, wine openers and appliances that are all high end. The refrigerator/freezer is large and provides plenty of space for groceries. There is also a wine bar which we used for wine, bottled water & truly to conserve space in the refrigerator. •The washer and dryer are large capacity – if you need that on your vacation •There is plenty of seating – bar stools at the kitchen island, a large family dining table and a very comfortable leather sectional with 2 reclining ends. •The channel is a terrific spot for morning or evening fishing. The channel is quiet and the perfect spot for watching the sunrise. •The home is about a 5-minute walk to Indian Rocks Beach which is a beautiful white sand beach. For Spring Break, we not only had plenty of space, we could see the beach and were not hindered by the massive crowds or the rental cabanas you find in Clearwater or St. Pete Beach. A huge bonus to this home is the wonderful offering of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, a beach bag, toys and snorkel masks. In every VRBO we have stayed in there have been suggestions for improvements – not one person in the house could find one thing we would recommend improving. You won’t be disappointed when you stay at Beauty and the Beach.
