This spacious 3-STORY brick house has panoramic views from all 3 LAKESIDE DECKS! Setting atop LAKE CUMBERLAND, it is a mere 5 minutes to town and a 10 MINUTE drive by road to JAMESTOWN Marina, KY. It is a 10 minute drive to LILY CREEK Boat Ramp. This beautiful home easily accommodates 16 of your favorite people. Sunset☀️Ridge provides quick and easy access to LAKE CUMBERLAND and local hiking and hunting spots. This home includes an open layout with lovely tiger wood floors & family-friendly comfort. Large windows provide lake views and natural lighting. The upper-level MASTER SUITE #1 includes a king-sized bed (sleeps 2). The attached full bathroom includes a shower and spa tub. A PRIVATE BALCONY with panoramic views is located off of the master suite. 2 additional guest bedrooms #2 and #3 are located on the upper level: 1 KING bed (sleeps 2) and 1 QUEEN bed (sleeps 2). A 2nd full bathroom is located on this level with a combination shower/tub. If climbing stairs is difficult, the entrance-level guest bedroom #4 has yet another QUEEN bed (sleeps 2). A half bathroom is located on this level. A 2nd large, GRILL DECK with panoramic views and a Weber GAS GRILL is located off of the kitchen. The FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN allows for home cooking with all major appliances, cookware, dishes & utensils. The connected dining space includes an 8 FOOT TABLE that can seat 10 or more people. The breakfast bar provides additional seating. The lower-level has sleeping space #5 with 1 QUEEN bed (sleeps 2) and 3 sets of BUNK BEDS (sleeps 6). A full bathroom located on the lower-level includes a shower. The third impressive DECK with amazing views is located on the lower-level. Located on the banks of Lake Cumberland...bring your boat, your family, and your friends for an amazing week of boating, fishing, hiking, golfing or just relaxing at the edge of Lake Cumberland...while sipping your favorite beverage. There is parking for 6 vehicles at Sunset Ridge. If additional parking spots are needed, you may use the free lot at Jamestown Marina. There is no access to the inside of the garage. We loved our time here. In past years we stayed at another cabin but it was unavailable this year. We index up staying here instead and it was so much better! There was 15 of us and plenty of room. The views were amazing; we weee able to do a great photo shoot of our girls with photographer. We all had plenty of space to split into groups and do training.

Sunset Ridge was an absolutely perfect location for our family gathering. There were 5 kids (ages 12, 11, 9, 8, and 6) and the bunkroom in the basement with the seating area, large TV and big speaker was fabulous for them. We also had 7 adults and the layout and combination of bedrooms worked well.
The kitchen had all of the dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans and everything else we needed - we prepared every meal at the house - each family prepared a meal which was fun and offered a great diversity in offerings. The table is large with plenty of room for family games and dining.
There are great instructions for just about everything prominently posted and having the information clearly conveyed and readily available was very helpful. Suzanne was great to communicate with and always responded promptly.
We were at the house in the winter so no lake activities, but we had a lovely hike at Lake Cumberland State Park and enjoyed coffee and treats from Reel Java and Creamery following our hike. We saw a bald eagle from the deck soaring over the lake the morning we left!
We also loved the beautiful Christmas tree next to the fireplace - it provided a perfect setting for our family gift exchange.
In short, it was perfect!

And the views were more than we could have hoped for. I would absolutely recommend this property and would happily go back for a return visit.

We stayed here for a retreat for a large group of women and we loved everything about the property! It was spacious and large enough that we didn’t feel cramped and the large amount of beds is very accommodating and comfortable for a large group of people. The house was very clean and stocked, and had everything we needed. The location and view from the balconies are so gorgeous and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay and everyone in our group had nothing but great things to say about this property. Suzanne was also very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Just what we needed. Secluded. Just us. Quiet and relaxing. We only had 3 of us there but could have had 10 and still had room and still have had a wonderful time.

The property is beautiful. We watched the water move during the day as we cooked. The house was clean and had a welcome feel to it. Suzanne is nice and easy to work with. Some of the girls I traveled with would go back to this location and house.

The property was one of the best vacation stays i have had. Suzanne was communicative and easy to reach throughout the booking process and for the duratuon of our stay. Overall i have nothing but superlatives about this great property and gracious host.

This property is great place for large group. Throughout our 3 days stay we had 10 people there. Everyone had a bed that they could sleep in. Instead of an air mattress. All the beds were very comfortable. The house is very open with a large dining table for gathering. The downstair area was a great area to watch the football game. The views from the decks are amazing. Parking was enough for 6 large vehicles. The host was great to work with. She answered all my questions quickly prior to the trip. She also checked in on us to make sure things were going well and to see if we needed anything. Which means to me that she cares about her guest. I would recommend this property for large and small groups. You won't be disappointed.

Our first time visiting the Lake Cumberland area. Didn't want to stay on a boat for a week as we like to explore the area. You cannot beat the million-dollar view from the deck of this house. Everyone in our group commented about how great the view was while sitting on the deck enjoying a cocktail and visiting. The home is very clean, comfortable and well appointed with all necessary items found during our stay.
You can't beat the location of this home. Numerous activies can be found within a 30 to 45 minute drive. We visited numerous waterfalls, hiking trails and sites. If you want to see Lake Cumberland we found renting a pontoon boat for the day was the way to go.
Grocery shopping (Kroger) was less than 8 miles away. Numerous restaurants can also be found nearby. Don't miss visiting the Creelsboro County Store for lunch. Very limited hours but their food is well worth the visit. I would also recommend visitng the Mill Springs Battlefield Visitor Center & Museum in nearby Nancy if you are a history buff.
We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area in the future. Great communication with the owner.

The place was immaculate when we arrived. Suzanne was an amazing host. We stayed on our wedding weekend with blended family. Had a fabulous time, even with a thunderstorm on the water. Still laughed and smiled all weekend. Her communication was timely and she took care of all needs. Will definately return.

We rented this house for our yearly family vacation--Nana-Pop Camp. The home was everything as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked for those that like to cook. The home was clean and very well maintained. The views from the 3 decks can't be beat. It included not only a stellar view of the lake, but a huge Mimosa tree complete with beautiful butterflies and dozens of hummingbirds to watch and be amazed by. It included a lovely fire pit and enough grassy space for our 6 grandchildren to play. The host was immensely helpful and inquired to our needs. We will definitely recommend this house to any future guests.

We came with our kids, spouses and grandkids - 16 total aging in range from 2 - 66 and it was PERFECT for us! The lower level was great for the kids. We loved the large dining table for eating and games. The balcony views were simply amazing. We also enjoyed the fire-ring area. This home was very comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. The short drive to State Dock was perfect for us to get on our pontoon boat rentals. Lots of things to see and do in the area. Overall it was a fabulous week with family in a wonderful place!

My family and I give Suzanne and her team 5+ stars. The house is beautiful and very clean with a great location/views. We were beyond thankful for the ease of check in and responsiveness from Suzanne with any questions we had preparing for the trip. She helped make our stay a memorable one that my family and I will never forget. We will be back!

We had a great time. It was plenty spacious for four separate families with a total of 12. The parking was tricky. We had four vehicles and three were trucks. The trucks had to be parked at angles because the drive sits so close to the road. We also had a boat which fit with one truck in front of the house. We made it work without being on the lawn but it was like a game of Tetris each time we returned. It wasn’t anything we couldn’t figure out but there isn’t a picture of the parking online and anyone with trucks may want to take that in to account. The view is beautiful and the house was fully stocked. We loved our time together and appreciate the hospitality.

The home was nice overall, but it's probably time for some deep cleaning and painting in parts of it. The kitchen could also use better organization, as it likely contained all you would need for cooking, but everything was kind of tossed in cabinets haphazardly. We had 6 children with us and they did enjoy having the basement area to themselves, although they were disappointed to find that the arcade game was 1-player only, as the 2-player feature was broken. Not sure what happened to the TV remote in basement, but it was lost so we had to take turns using it on the TV upstairs and in the basement. Not a huge deal, but rather an inconvenience. We did experience a plumbing issue in the master bath early on, and Suzanne was wonderful in getting a plumber out to us ASAP, and he fixed the issue. Suzanne was great to work with, and had excellent response times. As far as the lake, it was lovely as always, but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate for the duration of our stay :( Due to the weather, we pretty much ate in every night - so the grill was much appreciated. The 2 large, well-built picnic tables on the deck are very nice. Slightly inconvenient to have no access to the garage or back decks from the front of the home, as all wet tubes, life jackets, etc had to be taken through the home out to the decks.
Overall, the home was nice and comfortable - just in need of a little TLC - cleaning spiderwebs from windows, painting, replacing burnt out bulbs.

The home has an excellent view of Lake Cumberland from any level. Suzanne goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best possible stay to include providing entertainment such as corn hole, games and access to bluetooth radios. If you are looking for a lakeside getaway, I would highly recommend this property.

We loved the house. It was so clean and easy to keep clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and needs. Everything was as described. The views from the back deck were amazing, from sunrise to sunset, even in the rain. The house was located in a nice neighborhood. There was enough seating for all of us in the dining room and on the deck. There was plenty of space. It was wonderful We would love to come back.

We had a fabulous stay in this home! Our party of 10 had plenty of room. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets, the full moon, watching wildlife from the decks, playing cornhole, cooking in the stocked kitchen and making S'mores around the firepit! Great vacation house!

Very clean, very comfortable property! We were a group of five men in their seventies and have played poker together for thirty odd years. It was very important to us that each of the five bedrooms were comfortable and they were. We rented a pontoon boat for a day and swam at the ‘76 falls. We had an excellent dinner at a Mexican place called something like Jose y tres amigos. We grilled steaks on the Weber gas grill on the main deck one night. The view is spectacular. Suzanne was very accommodating and allowed us early entry to the house. Would easily do it again.

It was fantastic! Beautiful views of the lake off the 3 decks, where we enjoyed many meals together and fun games. Loved the peaceful and remote location… and so enjoyed renting a couple pontoon boats for everyone on Lake Cumberland! Thank you, Suzanne, for a great spot and a great stay. My family really enjoyed our stay! My parents, siblings, and all of their children. We took full advantage of the lake even in March and all of the hiking nearby. The boys enjoyed fishing and visiting the fish hatchery. The house was perfect for our family to relax on the decks and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals every day!

The property was outstanding! Beautiful views and home. Our electric went out due to a wind storm. The owner kept us up to date on all information regarding the outage. She also sent a generator to help. Even without electricity our stay was great!

A lot of kitchen utensils and appliances, beautiful view and space in the balcony areas, we only missed TV in the bedrooms but we spend most of the time together in the dining room or knowing the Lake area that is amazing! The owner always available and excellent communication, definetely re ommend this place, we loved it!

Suzanne you really hold a wonderful property to fill happiness across to all your guests. We had a 100% fun at this place, the ultimate ones are master suite view, kids section, dinning hall view. Its very pleasant to have an evening and morning food/snacks by having an magnificent view and enjoy the weather.
We went to celebrate my son’s birthday, it was a perfect place for all the wonderful memories with my friends.
We will definitely come back again in fall to have that boat ride experience and spend more days.

Our extended family truly enjoyed our vacation together over Thanksgiving. This property fit 15 of us well. The beds were comfortable, the long kitchen table perfect for games, the deck views were amazing. We enjoyed viewing the dam and fishery as well as the beautiful trail hike featured in the photos. It was very quiet and relaxing. We found Suzanne to be extremely responsive and easy to communicate with and felt certain that if any problems arose, she’d be quick to handle it.
