Arrowhead #31 is a lovely one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo that is simply perfect for your mountain vacation. This comfortable abode can sleep up to four people. The bedroom has a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area, but please keep in mind that it is not recommended for adults to sleep on. It also boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Two flatscreen TVs, one 40 inches in the living room and one 20 inches in the bedroom, and free WiFi will keep you all entertained during your stay. You will also have access to a heated garage. Hiking and biking trails are right outside of your retreat. There are many activities in the area for the whole family to enjoy. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
