Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas! This stunning studio is fully equipped with a Queen sized memory foam bed and has a well appointed kitchenette with farm sink (including plates, bowls, cutlery, cups, mugs, cooking utensils, etc) two burner range/stove, large toaster oven, coffee maker and full sized refrigerator. The studio also includes a large washer/dryer, custom closet with plenty of hangers and a nice desk and work area. It also features a dining set that overlooks the park across the street. This studio is one side of a duplex, yet still has its own private entrance, private courtyard with small dog door for pups to go in and out as they please, and is completely separate and private from the other side of the house. This cozy abode also boasts a 54 inch TV with built in Roku that has Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime (among other TV viewing apps). We hope you enjoy your stay at this tastefully decorated home which is conveniently located just minutes from McCarran Airport and the world famous Las Vegas Strip.

I traveled with my two chihuahuas and the place was so, so perfect. The courtyard was so private and safe. Designated parking right in front and so quiet! I moved to Phoenix recently to be closer to my daughter who lives in Vegas and I will definitely book again for each of my upcoming trips to visit. I cannot say enough...

Very much enjoyed our stay. Clean unit. Love the park in front and ample parking. The private patio & entrance were perfect. Super close to airport & strip isn’t too far off either.

This property was perfect for my spouse and l. Very clean and so adorable! Communication with the owner was awesome, all my questions were answered in the same day in a timely fashion. The neighborhood is really quiet which made my stay even more pleasant. I would definitely recommend this property.

It was very clean comfortable and I felt safe. I love the park across the way with the workout equipment. I would definitely recommend they stay for a couple or a single family that’s queen size bed, and a couch that turns into a bed. It’s definitely a ideal room with a kitchenette in French the bathroom was beautiful top was huge and I love the lighting with Deming effect Wi-Fi and Roku was wonderful. It’s nice that it had a washer and dryer. However the washer needed adjusting but I’m sure it’s been fixed. I’d recommend this property to anyone and I’d love to use this property again in the future , the owners were prompt at responding with no problems to address any issues.

Property was exactly as described. Easy check in process. Property is located in a quiet neighborhood off the strip. Nice to be away from the crowd but close enough to get to all our shows and casinos quickly.
Rich is easy to work with and quick to respond with anything you need.
Pets were allowed and it was so nice to be right across the street from the park to let them run and play.

I needed a place to spend the night with my dog that was a little more private than a hotel because of my dog's anxiety. This guest suite was perfect for keeping her stress down. It was clean, and the neighborhood was nice. There was even a cute, dog friendly park right across the street for my dog's morning walk. I liked how close it was to the aiport so we could catch our morning flight without an issue.

Adorable suite across from a park that was dog friendly. Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors and perfect for one or two people and a dog. I didn't want to leave! Thank you to management for being available for my lock out and help with the high tech stove top!

Good location in a nice neighborhood. The park across the street was a nice bonus to go play with and walk my dog. Very nice having a dog door and completely private patio. I also just appreciate property owner allowing animals. Cute, comfortable, clean place to stay.

I enjoyed the stay at this location. The place was nice, the area is close to the strip(about 10 mins). This place is located in a nice and quite neighborhood. I had a few minor consercerns when it comes to cleanliness thought. The bed had other peoples hair in it still and the pillows had some stains on the back of them. Another concern was the ac unit no matter how i tried to get it to go colder, the ac unit still didnt deliver. Thankfully the owner left fans in the place. Otherwise it would have been uncomfortable to sleep due to the heat.

We loved our stay at the sweet suite! The bed was very comfortable, the unit was very quiet and everything was well maintained and clean. Having in unit laundry was excellent and I had a question for the host, Rich, who was very communicative and helpful.

We made a one night stop here and it couldn’t have been better. Rich had top notch communication! We had everything we needed before and while we were there. The place was clean and exactly as pictured.

This place was great since we were traveling with 2 dogs. The dog door and outdoor fenced area was very convenient! The location was great and has a nice park across the street. The bed was very comfy! I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Las Vegas!

The home itself is small but offered everything we needed for our stay after our road trip. The host provided instructions prior to our access time, and we easily found our way inside. Having the park directly across the street was amazing since we brought along our doggo. Overall we had a great stay, and the bed offered a very comfortable sleep after our long drive!
We found as we were leaving there was a Britta pitcher in the cabinets, and we wish it would have been left out, as we would have used it if we had known about it on arrival.
The only other thing which would make the place even better would be to have a toilet paper stand in the bathroom.

The room is cozy and the bed is comfortable, the front patio is good for my dog at night if they need to go to pee , there’s a beautiful park just across the street , location is great for everything

We were in Vegas for the evening, and needed a safe space to crash overnight. The accomodations were clean, and included everything a person would need plus some. This is the safest place I have stayed so far in Vegas, and it definitely gave us peace of mind. Ease of access was great, and it was awesome having a place to park.

My boyfriend and I our fur babies enjoyed the stay at this beautiful studio. It was perfect! Made the trip feel like home away from home. Very spacious and convenient. Host was amazing and makes sure you are having a wonderful vacation. Highly recommend A++++

The studio is well appointed and very clean. Even with a common wall the apartment was very quiet.There is a park across the street that is great for dogs. Good location with easy airport access and close to the strip.

We enjoyed our stay at the duplex. Everything was as described. Only 4 1/2 miles from the strip, so Uber's were easy. Nice park across the street and the neighborhood seemed pretty safe.
Had an issue with the AC controller. Call the owner and the problem was resolved right away. Plenty of cooking supplies and nice refrigerator. Some notes - The hot water controls on the shower are backwards, but we figured it out. The bed was way to soft for us. It had a memory foam type mattress, with another one on top of it, so getting in / out was hard, but we managed. Would stay here again if we come back to Vegas.

Since our flight landed late in the evening, we were happy to find this snuggly little place just a mile or two from the airport...ride was $12 and took just a few minutes, easy to pickup our rental car the next morning. Thank you!

It was a great stay overall. The only thing that seemed to be a problem was the sheets on the bed that had pet hairs on them but we were able to wash them with the washer they provided.

This property was amazing! It had literally everything you needed right within the apartment! It was so clean and comfortable and cute. Hopefully this amazing property is avaible to stay at again in the future! LOVE! LOVE! LOOOVED!!!
