We’ve never stayed at a condo so we’ll appointed! We did not need anything except our bathing suits. Kitchen was overstocked with every cooking tool needed and entire condo was super organized and immaculately clean. With easy access to the beach, two pools, tennis courts, bikes, a grill and more, we will definitely be back. The owner was in touch at a moments notice and super nice.

Our family came in town to see our nephew who is currently in flight school at NAS Pensacola and also see the Bule Angels airshow. The house was close to both and the ideal spot to spend time on the beach and experience the famed Florabama. The house is beautiful and had everything you could think of. Melanie was great to deal with and she really thinks of everything to make your stay fantastic. Our only regret was we didn't spend enough time in the house. The fitness center and pool were perfect to stay active. Our family is already planning a return next year. This was definitely the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Thank you Melanie!!

We had a great Spring Break staying here. The house was spotless upon arrival and well equipped with everything we needed. So nice to not have to bring beach towels and chairs. The house was a 10 minute walk to the beach. But if we didn’t feel like walking we just called the shuttle to pick us up at our door. Super convenient. The pool was nice to have too, and it was heated. Melanie was very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. Above and beyond. Definitely recommend.

We could not of been happier with our stay in Perdido Key, FL! With 3 kids (and often their friends) we almost always stay in VRBO homes instead of a hotel. I can honestly say this is the best VRBO property we have stayed in - it felt like our home. The property has all of the amenities that a family would need to enjoy a worry free vacation. The kitchen is well stocked and the home is beautifully decorated as a beach house getaway. The owner provides beach towels, chair clips, beach chairs (if not using the yacht club chairs) and a beach bag. Having access to the private beach area, yacht club restaurant and pool was a huge plus! The owner is also kind enough to offer a small box of items if you forget something. We needed a safety pin to fix a bathing suit and we found one in the box! The property is in a wonderful subdivision and very close to the beach. Having the golf cart available made it so easy to get the yacht club, neighborhood pool, workout facility and of course haul all of our beach items to the beach. Also, we kept ourselves busy on the rainy days with Ping pong and corn hole. The kids grabbed the pickle ball racquets and had some fun at the tennis courts in the evening. The owner makes the check-in and check-out process extremely easy as well. She emailed us after we arrived to make sure everything was ok. After check-out we of course managed to leave something behind and the owner has been beyond helpful in getting the item mailed back to us. Again, this is the best VRBO property we have stayed in and I hope we get to head back soon! Perdido Key is a beautiful area and it never felt overly crowded, but rather fun and relaxing for our family.

As a family, we frequently utilize VRBO for vacation home rentals. In all my experiences, I have never had a property as spectacular as the Sanibel Blue Villa. There are a number of reasons why our stay on Perdido Key stay was so enjoyable: 1. The home is beautiful and very clean with a great floorplan and decorated to perfection. 2. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed including cooking gear, blender, toaster, a high grade stove/oven, numerous bowls, pots and flatware. 3. The location is ideal – not too far from the beach, close to the community pool and in close proximity to numerous good restaurants and located in a safe gated community which included a golf course. 4. The owner made us feel at home. She provided a thoughtful gift basket and also a great binder that highlighted all of the area’s attractions. 5. Working with the owner was very easy. Communication was clear and timely. She also followed up with us after the first day to ensure there were no issues. 6. The owner provided a number of recreational toys including ping pong table, grill, fire pit, card games, beach chairs and even a golf cart to get around the facility. This has been by far the best vacation rental experience we’ve ever had.
