This house is in a quiet neighborhood and is well laid out. The host is very very responsive and friendly. They have stocked it with everything you need for a great stay. We were a party of three and everyone enjoyed it.

We had a water leak in our home and had to have floors replaced, walls repaired, and painting completed. It was a lot! I found this home, and it was wonderful. All the comforts were available, and we got several ideas to add to our home. For a situation that was overall frustrating, having a comfortable, and safe home to stay in made the situation manageable. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying here for our short trip to the Boise area. We will definitely stay again.

The house was comfortable, clean and well equipped. We were able to make a beef stew one night and then BBQ steaks the next night. Everything we needed was there, checking in and out was easy, and we felt welcomed. We will stay here again!

The house was nice, clean but could use new carpet. The biggest issue was how tiny the yard was. And It was really just a weed patch, a few pieces of grass between the weeds The Cost was a lot for no yard and dated decor. Location was good

We are so happy to have found this house! Our kids attend BSU and it made for a wonderful place to all hang out together. The house is beautiful, extremely clean and comfortable, set up very well for guests, and we loved all the walking paths within its gorgeous neighborhood. We'd love to stay again and again on future Boise visits!

This property fit everything we needed for our trip. Close enough to our relatives in Eagle. A fenced backyard for the pup and even a dog crate. The beds were comfortable and plenty of blankets, sheets, towels, etc. The whole place had a very welcoming, homey atmosphere. Definitely a place we will use again for future visits.

From start to finish Sabrina is and was the quintessential host to work with before and during our stay. We recently stayed for a 10 day period in Meridian for pleasure and relaxation. Sabrina's home has everything and more from the listing on VRBO. They have left nothing out for a completely carefree and comfortable stay. It was exceptionally quiet, clean, well maintained and a great location. The community subdivision is also a well maintained and upscale planned community. The pool is a nice touch to relax and cool off in the evenings. We had the good fortune of meeting one of the neighbors, Joe was a great neighbor and friendly to chat with. He was helpful in providing some local area facts and just a great person. This just added to an already very positive experience with this home. We'd definitely chose this home if looking again in this area. Exceptional value in every measure. Thank you Sabrina for this experience and your home.

This house is a great place for a family to stay. Very close to lots of amenities including restaurants…. grocery stores. Literally had everything we needed including all the little extras that you wouldn’t think about. Very very clean. Comfortable living room. Enough seating and blankets for everyone. We would definitely rent again.

Beds were comfortable, everything in perfect working order. Safe quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood pool! Nice central location to downtown Boise, airport and our friends in Nampa and Caldwell. If you come to Boise in the summer you have to float the Boise River! Super fun

We go to Boise every summer to see family, and decided to try this house. It was perfect. Close to everyone, a lot of space, nice neighborhood for walks, and very nice pool. The owners are very responsive, and the neighbors friendly. We plan to visit again.

We enjoyed our time here. The living room has comfortable furniture that fit our family. It is centrally located to all our activities & we enjoyed the Community Pool.

We had friends in neighboring towns and this was a perfect central location. Close to shopping, restaurants, grocery store and any activity we wanted.
