such a beautiful home! we had such a good time here at this house it was so welcoming clean and perfect. sheets were clean and everything was as expected! would 100% recommend to anyone traveling with family. the openness in this house with all the doors open made for such a vibe.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was super-easy, including check-in and check-out. The house was immaculate and very-well appointed. Enjoyed little details like access to Netflix account and cable TV. Really couldn't have asked for anything more.

Great for stay in Tampa area

We spent a week at this property with our three sons (who were on leave from the Air Force) along with their significant others. We were looking for a homey place to stay where we could reconnect as a family. This property and the hosts provided that and more. Having a clean place to stay is very important to us. The home is clean and well-cared for. Upon arrival there was a beautiful basket waiting for us and thanking our sons for their service. So kind of them to do this for us. Our sons used the kayaks and we spent a lot of time sitting out at the dock looking at the water. A couple of mornings, we spotted dolphins. Neighborhood is quiet and there was not a lot of boat traffic. We will stay here again if we are in town. Highly recommend. The only recommendation that we have for the owners is to have the HVAC checked. It was not really hot outside during our stay and so it was not a big issue for us, but the house did not cool down when we adjusted the thermostat. We were only able to get it to cool to 73/74 degrees and it got stuffy in the bedrooms at night. Overall, a 5 star experience. Thank you!

Loved the kayaks, well stocked kitchen, and overall home space. Cleanliness of the home was top notch. Close to many attractions and stores where we could purchase groceries, a coffee maker, towels, wash machine and dishwasher detergent (four pods of each were left, but we had to wash towels and dishes more often). There is a Keurig machine but for four coffee drinkers, we wanted regular old pot of coffee. Biggest downside was the lack of flat sheets on all of the beds and one towel per person. Sleeping directly under the comforter was a concern for me as they most likely would not be something you would wash between renters. A dining table on the patio would be awesome with the beautiful canal view.
