Loved this little home. If you love older homes in a neighborhood where homes are updated yet have the older home ambiance; this one is for you. Perfect if you travel with a pet as wrap around fenced yard. Walk to beautiful park at end of the street with restaurants across the street from the park. Was too hot for us to walk to downtown but you could easily walk from the house to downtown. Cute, cute downtown. Home has comfy bed in master. Nice bathroom. Good size and nicely equipped kitchen. No dishwasher but drying rack. Did not use second bedroom. Well lit. Seating in front and back. Will be back.

We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable, close to town and included Netflix. The manager was timely responsive. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Our house was cute and clean and was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. The location was great...close to restaurants and shopping. Caleb was a wonderful host and we want to come back and stay again!

My husband and I stayed here with our adult daughter. It is a cute older house in a good location. Located next to the river and a short walk to the charming Main Street. The town is convenient to San Antonio as well as Fredericksburg and the rest of the Hill Country. The yard is fenced, so it was great for our dog. Unfortunately, it rained the whole time we were there, so we couldn’t really use the backyard, and things got a little muddy. The house decor is charming, and it is pretty well stocked. Booking and check-in were effortless. Communication with the owner was great. This was our first visit to Boerne, and we definitely plan to come again.

The Good: Ideal location and well appointed, comfortable, great seating area in the backyard with lights, and glad to have a full W/D. Really nice to have spices and teas available in the cabinets and it is a really dog friendly place. The owner was quick to fix the smoke alarm (replace battery). Also, not a lot of fees tacked on - off-putting on so many of these properties. The only knock I can think of is the access to the house. We arrived at night after driving from South Padre. I wasn't able to access the address (only check-in was emailed with no address or access info). For some reason I couldn't access my VRBO app and had to pull over and reload my app to find the address - which was awkward and time consuming. When we got there it was dark and had to find the key in a lock box. Lock box was okay but not as nice as getting a code. Only one key so we had to coordinate wisely. My parents never could open the lock box. Otherwise - really great place.

House was nice sized, in good condition and with a great fenced in back yard! Bed was comfortable, TV in living room was nice sized and worked well with lots of channel options. Kitchen was well apportioned with plates and cooking utensils (could use a new skillet as the one there has all the teflon worn off!). Caleb was kind enough to leave a bottle of wine and bottled water for us upon arrival. Easy to contact him (Caleb) and discuss things with him. Great location and walking distance to downtown. This house was outstanding. Clean, inviting and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. There was coffee and breakfast bars to start your day and a bottle of wine to greet you upon your arrival, also chilled water in refrigerator and popcorn for TV watching. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Large screen TV and complete list of stations for viewing pleasure. Fenced in yard for you fur friends. This will be our number one go to site for future visits to the Boerne area.

The house is within walking distance to Main Street where all of the downtown shops and restaurants are located. The house has a big fenced yard with furniture and grill. The inside is spacious and well appointed. It has two big bedrooms with queen beds. This is very rare to find and greatly appreciated! Caleb was very attentive to our needs and responded quickly. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

I would suggest having some extra towels, but I honestly didn’t look hard for any. We loved how close it was to the creek to go feed the ducks. The yard was a perfect size for my daughter to run around and play. The neighborhood was very quiet and well decorated for Christmas time. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We stayed here to poke around Old Town during the holidays. The location is perfect - walking distance to restaurants and the river. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. My only comment is that there’s no dishwasher - not a huge deal but just FYI. Thanks for a great stay, Caleb!
