This VRBO was a perfect location for our needs. It’s located very close to downtown. Everything that we needed was within minutes. The outside does not do justice to the inside appearance. Everything looked brand new. It was extremely clean and it was designed perfectly. Someone obviously put a lot of thought into the inside design. We had a question for the owner and received our answer within minutes. A perfect experience.

This house had everything you could need. All essentials lime coffee, sugar, creamer, shampoo, etc. Neal was helpful and nice to deal with. Would recommend for future visits. $5 Uber to Broadway and quiet neighborhood.

Very small but worked for us, we were there for sightseeing not hanging out in a room or house. Nice and clean had everything we needed. Bed is short but fairly comfortable. Easy 10 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes to the Opry.

This rental is adorable and has everything a couple could want. 9 minute Uber ride to Broadway action. 18 minutes to Grand Ole Opry. Quiet neighbor. The kitchen faucet was better than home! Classy digs. Only thing I wished for was a fly swatter. Everything they had thought of! Perfect rental you will live it too.

We were pleasantly surprised with this cute getaway! The entrance is private, outdoor patio adorable, kitchen labeled and things like coffee, cream, sugar, tea & spices. We were also pleased to find a hair dryer, fan, shampoo & conditioner, plus an ice maker and water dispenser on the fridge. The a/c worked great too. Very pleased!

We were very pleased with our stay. It was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants and downtown Nashville. The place was stocked with the essentials and was very clean and comfortable. It was exactly as the pictures showed. We would definitely stay here again if we come to Nashville. We highly recommend this place!

Such a cute place and exactly how described. The place was spotless, easy to check in and property manager was very responsive. The location was fantastic to Broadway St, Nashville and we discovered many cool and quaint places to eat good food, drink great brews and listen to music in East Nashville. The neighorhoods in East Nashville seem to be thriving and we love the vibe. Check out The Basement East for a music venue and only 5 minute drive. I would definitely recommend this vrbo as a place to stay.

Me and my wife cane here to stay for our honeymoon trip to Nashville, and this place was perfect! Close enough to everything but just far enough to be out of the main city. The Red Headed Stranger was close enough to walk to and had great food as well! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Wow - what a great location and value if looking to stay in the Nashville area. The accommodation was very nice and comfortable and more than adequate for my wife and I. Well stocked with all the necessities including coffee and associates condiments. The apartment is small but very quaint. The area is GREAT for easy access for Nashville city activities or Grand Ole Opy. The only issue we encountered was the VRBO links for details did not work (thought there was no additional info in the links since nothing was displayed) but one piece of information that was needed was knowing the exact location of the apartment since google maps cannot specifically find the location which is behind a home via access down an alley. We communicated this issue once understood and was promptly addressed. Another surprise was learning that there are a number of great restaurants in the area and several within walking distance. Make sure you check these out in the “other info” links that the property owner (Neil) provides. Unfortunately we were not aware of the excellent list in the notes since the links did respond upon our arrival. The host Neil was also excellent to respond to questions and issues. Upon arrival we discovered that the coffee pot had a large crack. The pot continued to support coffee but Neil quickly responded and replaced the pot and coffee maker. The neighborhood is under much transition from older traditional homes to newer, beautiful homes. It’s eclectic but a great place to visit. We would highly recommend this property if visiting the Nashville area.

This little place is nestled near the city of Nashville. It was very much the perfect getway as the listing stated. We arrived alot later than expected and were able to access the building without needing to wake anyone. The place was quiet with modern style. Everything about this little place was cozy and inviting just like the pictures. We loved it!! Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Me and my fiancé really enjoyed our brief stay at this rental. It was perfect for two people and everything that was described in the bio. We were looking for something a little outside of the city but still close to everything we wanted to do. This property checked all the boxes for us. It is really cozy and clean and updated with modern appliance's. We took Ubers back and forth to downtown and it was generally around $10 each way. I didn’t really have any contact with the property managers but that was more a result of us not needing anything on our stay. The AC is located in the front room and it was a little hard to get the bedroom cool at first. However we were able to find a fan in the closet and used it to pull cool air into the bedroom.. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again

Neil is a fabulous host!! This sweet little cottage has everything you could need for a stay. Brand new stainless steel appliances!! Cute little outside sitting area.. Private parking off the road. When going downtown we Ubered. About a $10 to $14 one-way trip to Broadway. Figure in parking lot a DUI, well worth it!!! Thank you Neal for sharing your little cottage with us!!

Beautiful property, adorably decorated and styled. Very clean and updated. Just as pictured. 5 to 7 minute drive to everything downtown. Location was amazing! They provide you with everything you need, glasses, plates, silverwear, cleaning products, fan, towels etc. Check in and out was super seamless and communication with the owner was always fast. Will definitley book again our next time in town!

We found this property as our first exploration of what the VRBO portfolio has after frustrations with other similar apps. We were not disappointed with this property. The property is perfectly situated just outside of music row. Neal has really hit all of the details from a great modern bathroom to the nicest touches in an up-to-date kitchen with all the needs and stainless steel appliances. He was very communicative about the property and even gave us a heads up about some forecasted weather around our arrival time. This property is high on our list for our next stay. You will not be disappointed.
