Vacant lots surround the property so there is a lot of privacy. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with queen beds, a full bath with a large tub, a fully stocked kitchen with new stainless appliances, an outdoor grill, a hot tub and a gas fireplace. Downstairs you will find a large open space, the same size as the upper level. There is a TV area with a sectional sofa, an office nook, as well as a queen sized bed sleeping area with a Temperpedic adjustable bed. 2 miles from ski lifts,5 min drive to Fred’s General Store/town center. All of the roads are paved to our house and parking is on entry level and flat. That said, in winter months I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AWD/4WD as the mountain itself can be very treacherous at times. The property sits on an acre. It’s not all ours but the neighbors on both sides bought the lots adjacent to us, and the one below is vacant as well.
