Great Place

Perfect for a family fun UT - Knoxville weekend!

A five day stay in this nicely appointed condo was just what we needed. I used earplugs so the train noise was np. The location was convenient to quaint old towne Knox and not too far to UTK. As is true for mostly all urban areas, you will see there are persons who are living on the street. In this economy it is unavoidable. The building is very secure. I would not hesitate to re-book at this property! Very satisfied.

Apartment is very clean, nicely decorated and in Old City neighborhood. It is well appointed with everything you need. As other's stated, trains can be loud but running a fan at night drowns them out. Parking is convenient and owner provides a pass. Walking distance to old city, gay st and Market sqr. There are also restaurants and bars just a block away, coffe right around corner. It was nice having two bathrooms and two rooms, much better than staying on a hotel.

The apartment itself was easy to find, clean and beautifully decorated. We definitely appreciated being close to local attractions. The beds were soft, & one of the pillows might even be better than mine at home! A few notes about the property I felt would have been helpful to know going in: there is a rail line directly across the street, trains run several times per night and they are LOUD. A couple of reviews mention this but state it wasn’t a problem for them, however it definitely was for us. The property owners have made every attempt they possibly can to mitigate the noise, including white noise machines and ear plugs available in both bedrooms, but I’m a light sleeper and was disturbed multiple times a night. We could also hear the occupants of the adjacent unit walking around and talking when they came home late at night, so maybe we can attribute the noise level to the thickness of the walls. Also of note: there is a large homeless camp about four blocks from the building and there was some noticeable activity in terms of bags of trash being scattered in front of the entrance and individuals arguing loudly with invisible demons on the sidewalk. Our first night out exploring the neighborhood either wouldn’t have been on foot or wouldn’t have included alcohol had we known how close we were to that particular neighborhood struggle. Again, not anything against the property or the owners, just be situationally aware when walking around after dark.

A little confusing Going Out one said to 1 direction said to wash the towels the other 1 said to just put him in front of the washing machine Couldn't anyway because there was no pods

My son and I arrived at the property after a full day of visiting family and having a late lunch in downtown Knoxville! My son and I had big plans of taking a short rest after unpacking and checking out the rooftop bars downtown that evening. Plans changed quickly, after checking out the condo we didn’t even want to venture out, we wanted to enjoy our peaceful, beautifully decorated and comfortable space. We ended up chatting, watching movies and getting wine delivery! Such a perfect getaway!!!

We came for our son’s college graduation and this property so we could have more room than a hotel. The location was five minutes from campus and we walked to dinner one night. It had everything we needed plus more! Very comfortable and my parents were able to sit and visit after grad ceremonies before dinner. Totally recommend and would stay here again!

First off, shout out to the property manager Jeremy! Amazing check in process, quick responses, clean property in a great location! Couldn't be happier! And the train passing by was zero issue...he provided ear plugs and a box fan but honestly didn't need to use them in because the place was so comfortable we crashed hard! Would come back for sure!

We came into town for work, and this place had everything we needed. Accurate listing, comfy home!

My family and I got in late on our way home from Florida and this was right off the highway and just the perfect spot! We really appreciated the amenities! The apartment is beautiful and we will definitely be staying again!

My wife and I came down for the Big Ears festival- I've been coming since 2013- and this is without a doubt the best stay in that time. We were right around the corner from several venues, multiple great coffee shops, bars, food stops. All of it was within feet of the front door. Which also allowed us to retreat from it at a moments notice so we could do work, zoom meetings, and cat naps - all without any of the street noise following us in. Jeremy was an amazing host and communicator, even when the app was glitching he made sure to get a hold of us with the info we needed. I'd highly recommend it for other festival goers... except we plan to rebook the moment next year's festival dates are announced!!!

The location is great and the rooms were perfect! I really liked that the furniture was comfortable. If you’re coming to town for anything related to University of Tennessee staying here is a great option!

Met a friend here for some girl time and had a blast. Loved the condo. Appreciated the ear plugs and noise machine to help drown out the train which did not bother us at all! The neighborhood is fun and we felt safe walking around - even in the evening- in fact once we arrived and parked the car we never used it again until we left for home. Hope to return some day. It was wonderful

I came down with Covid the day before we were supposed to go. Fortunately, my husband brought along two of his retired golf buddies. They had very positive comments about the condition and the convenience of the unit. Thanks!

The apartment is centrally located and Oro ides easy access to bars, restaurants, Market Square, universities, etc. Communication and check in was very easy. Clean, and we’ll appointed space. We stayed on a Friday night and the venue behind the property got a bit lively. Not bothersome to us, but if you prefer a quieter atmosphere at night, something to consider. This city apartment is lovely. We enjoyed our stay!

In a very good location for getting around Old Town and Market Square as well as easy access to I40. Property is relatively new as well and the parking lot is very convenient.

This clean, well-equipped property was exactly what our group of four needed for a long weekend of exploring the area. The neighborhood was safe and parking was guaranteed, with extra parking down the street. The condo was represented beautifully online, and the space was attractive and contained all the essentials for a traveler. Visiting as two couples, we each had a room suitable for two people with our own bathrooms (one attached, one not.) We walked to bars and restaurants each day that were within 5 minutes, and ventured a little farther to get to Market Square, which was still surprisingly close. There was lots going on in the area, and we didn't have enough time to check out everything that caught our eye. The Mill and Mine next door was hosting large group events every evening - lots of music and laughing that we could hear - but all in good spirit and they were always wrapped up by 10:30/11 on the weekend. Thanks for the opportunity to stay at this lovely condo, Jeremy! Booking and communication were top notch and we hope to have the opportunity again!

Easy access to I40 and just a couple of blocks from many great bars and restaurants. Excellent communication and modern / comfortable condo.

This property was in a great location, very clean and communication with host was on point, only thing we wish we could of stayed the entire weekend. We will be booking again in the future.
