Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was so close to all of our planned excursions. We had 2 concerns about the house and the communication process was AMAZING. Someone was sent out that day to fix it. Thank you for helping our family make memories in the Bentonville area.

I’m from Arkansas and moved away in 2018, drove up from Houston to see my kids and extended family. Big Blue on Main gave the perfect venue for all to come and go as time permitted. Would definitely stay here again.

Went with a group of guys down to Bentonville and loved our stay here. Everyone had a bed to sleep in, the kitchen was great for cooking meals in, the hot tub and ping pong table were fun and the location of the home is just minutes from everything in town. The owners were also tremendously helpful, responsive, and kind. Check in and check out were easy and painless. We will definitely be back again!!!

Absolute comfort and spacious while the entire home offers so many extra great features for the group: gas fireplace, outdooor gas firepit, Hot tub, ping pong table, and full service kitchen. The flow of this home allows for great fellowship. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was adorable and perfect for our girls weekend. We could have used a few more kitchen items (baking dishes, serving bowls, etc) but otherwise it was great!

Plenty of room for the children to play and adults visit. The hot tub was a hit with our young adult children. We were close enough to walk to town center for coffee, meals and attractions. The kitchen was equipped and made it easy to have some meals at home too. Plenty of large screen TV’s for our sports fans. It rained our entire visit so we will be back to explore all the bike trails.

Great location. Close to town and many attractions. Very clean. Great floor plan and outdoor area. We really enjoyed our time there. The hot tub was wonderful. We did get great service when we called about problems that were corrected quickly. There were a few problems (housekeeping) with the towels - only one hot tub towel, one dish towel and one dish cloth. The garage door openers did not work. The propane grill turned out to be natural gas (something the management company did not know). The fire pit was natural gas also. The instructions for it were not correct. There was lots of charcoal and cardboard in the pit where previous occupants tried to have a fire. When we got it going only half the gas holes worked.

Big Blue on Main is a great property located at the end of a quiet street. The home is as pictured online & everything was lovely. Downtown is a short walk away. We enjoyed seeing all of the renovated historic homes & eating in the fantastic restaurants. Crystal Bridges Museum & all of the trails are amazing. Bentonville & Big Blue on Main will not disappoint!

Perfect house for large group. Kids were able to stay upstairs with plenty of rooms and bathrooms while adults enjoyed downstairs. Req room was a hit. loved the fast reply via text anytime we needed anything or had questions. New houses across the street being built so just a lot of construction traffic but my guess is that’s Jessie’s down by spring/summer.

We really liked the layout of the house, everything was really nice and new. We loved the rec garage and hot tub too! The location was perfect to jump on the bike trails or just a few blocks to the town square. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in town

This places comfortably slept 11 adults. Perfect getaway to connect with old friends. Downtown Bentonville was less than a mile away.

The home was spacious and perfect for 4 couples! We enjoyed the firepit and the hot tub. We were able to have steak night using the gas grill. Plenty of room in the garage for all our bikes and bike stuff. Thing to do when in Bentonville (besides riding the Razorback Trail) is going to the North Forest light show put on through Crystal Bridges museum - Awesome!!

New home within biking distance of both Slaughter Creek and Color bike trails abs walking distance to town. The home has a lovely new jacuzzi and great layout with plenty of space to relax. My only request is that management includes an in home instruction guide for appliances ( coffee maker, fire) and local recommendations. The kitchen needs some oven mits. Construction noise was loud first day ( Monday), but settled down. We will definitely rent here again.

This property came just as advertised. Communication from the beginning was exceptional. We celebrated thanksgiving here and I was shocked that though we came to do all things Bentonville the family enjoyed the amenities at the house just as much! It was the perfect mix of staying home and enjoying the house and walking to our favorite art museum and coffee shop! There is already talk of doing it at the same place next year!

The accommodations are outstanding. All beds were so comfortable. The extra room of ping pong table and bicycles were a wonderful addition for the kids. There were plenty of towels provided. We loved having coffee provided. We will definitely stay again!
