Walk to Eagle Lodge! This unit is located in phase 1 of the Summit in the Emerson building. Nicely furnished 1bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium with cozy gas fireplace; sleeps up to 4. Enjoy a full kitchen, TV, DVD. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a single sleeper chair and a queen sofa sleeper. The complex offers a Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, tennis court, weight room, and underground parking (garage clearance is 6' 9"), and offers WiFi internet access in unit. Located on the green shuttle route. The unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided one parking pass. We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, well located, and easy check-in. The only drawback was the bed and pillows are not comfortable whatsoever, please upgrade for our next trip as we'd love to come back!

Checkin and checkout were super easy. The location is excellent; easy walk to Eagle lodge. Very clean and tidy. Only minor gripe is there is no functioning tv or cable so if your idea of relaxing after a day on the hill is a movie, might want to pick a different spot.

Short set of stairs to reach unit, underground parking though fairly low clearance. Plenty of parking outside. We did hear some noise from upstairs unit (this was an above garage unit with one more above). But location was great, close to lift and walks. Also the community pool was freezing here in late August and didn't seem like pool area was maintained (no furniture) but passes were included to the snow creek center down the road with many amenities. Overall would come again and great for a small family. Loved that this unit did not charge an exorbitant cleaning fee

Upon entry it smelled as if it hadn’t been opened in months so a bit concerned about cleanliness. Opened the skidding room and smell went away.
The pullout bed in the living room had hair from previous occupants so ask for clean sheets and pillows.

This is the first time I've stayed in this area of Mammoth. The place was the same price of Shilo Inn and motel 6 when i booked it. Only wish the tv was a smart tv or had a streaming device to watch YouTube. The tv did have apps for prime video and netflix but there is no app for YouTube to download on this tv. Not a huge deal by any means because i only watched tv for an hour or two.

Thank you for a relaxing Memorial Day weekend. The place was cozy, well appointed, and had perfectly cohesive mountainside decor. The location can’t be beat… walking distance to chair 15/ Eagle lodge. Can’t wait to return to Summit #3.

The unit has everything you need and has a sensational location (assuming the Eagle lodge and lifts are running). The unit was clean, but they don't provide much in the way of towels or other amenities. The only issue was the heat: when we arrived it was set at 45 degrees because on the device, it instructs guests to leave the heat at 45. It was frigid. And after a long day of work, plus a drive, we just wanted to sleep and couldn't until the heat cranked for an hour or so because it was an icebox in the unit. Barring the heat issue, it was a pleasant stay.

We had a great experience of skiing - located from walking distance to Eagle lodge. From the ton of snow weeks before, this unit’s window and balcony were covered shut from the snow pack. It’s a clean cabiny-feel space, which has a kitchen with all one needs for cooking meals.

This property is as advertised. Very well stocked and organized. Location is convenient. Nice and clean, incredibly cozy! Property was much quieter than we expected, we usually stay at the Village (which is pretty loud) so having a quiet home was an refreshing surprise!
Check in/check out is off site, simple and streamlined. We would have appreciated more than two wash cloths for the duration of our stay and a humidifier would help with the dry air. Heads up you are required to sign a five page “rental agreement” within 24 hours of booking to reserve your stay which basically stipulates that you have no rights as the renter. This requirement was alarming but we did not have any issues and once we arrived at the property we understood why they have the form, with it being so well managed and maintained.
Highly recommend, we would absolutely stay here again!! Thank you!

For the price, this place was too lost for us. Walls snd floors are very thin snd neighbors were rowdy until well after 1 am.

This condo generally met our needs. It was close enough to Eagle Lodge. The condo was nice and well maintained. Public areas in the building are pretty beaten down. Biggest complaint is that for the price of this rental, it was a very noisy building. I was shocked there wasn't more of an expectation that the building have quiet hours. The condo above ours was rowdy every night well past 1 am and the noise traveled through the floors and walls like they were paper. It was hard to sleep.

This one bedroom condo is very spacious, nicely decorated, clean with all the amenities. Felt like home. Also it is about a 5 minute walk to the Juniper springs chairlift and has underground parking. A short drive to many restaurants. Will stay there again.

We were very happy with the condo (once we found out how to get to it :-) Note that parking for this unit is directly off of Meridian Blvd.., not Holiday Vista Dr. like some of the other units).
The place was clean, cozy, and well decorated. Being a reasonable walk from the Eagle Express was a big plus too. We really enjoyed our stay.

The rental company could not offer my originally booked unit due to a plumbing issue and downgraded me to an absolute dump of a unit--clean but absolutely drab, old, and outdated dingy unit.

We went to Mammoth Lakes for the first time. I wanted to be out in nature for my birthday. It was a absolutely beautiful. Our VRBO was in a perfect location, was clean, had all the essentials, I loved the fireplace and cabin style feel. I would stay here again.
The only con to our stay the wi-if as it wasn't working and since cell line is limited there it made it a little difficult to research “things to do, search for restaurants, etc” I have Verizon, was able to get service but very slow inside VRBO. I was able to get better service outside. When we reached the office they prioritize emergencies which was fine as ours wasn’t an emergency but just have a plan and
research beforehand. We tried calling night before after hours as well but they only accept emergency voicemails.
The pool and jacuzzi are still out of service. But on the check in document it says it may be the case.
Lastly be aware that office is at a different location then the VRBO.
Overall though we had an amazing time and would stay here again!

Place was overall clean but dated. It’s a themed small condo. Worthy of looking at. The pull out was not usable due incorrect sheet sizes. We tried to use the hot tub but was not able to either.
Overall a little disappointed.

Great location and very nice building
Nivmc and easy, I was a bit concerned at first because some places we have tayed on the pictures look better than te property. In this case the property was nicer.
We loved that itbwas not on a bussy street and away fom all of the shopping and commerce.

Cute and Convenient
A little dusty and dated, but very cute. Close to Eagle lift. Hot tub was great, and underground parking was awesome with blizzard. Bed was a little small (felt more like a full than a queen). Kitchen was very well stocked. Loved all the board games! Overall got the job done.

Very Comfortable
We stayed for 3 nights at this condo on a recent road trip in California. The unit was very comfortable, well located and maintained. We made frequent use of the kitchen so we didn’t need to eat out all the time. Our stay was in the fall, before ski season. We are photo enthusiasts and the changing tree colors were fabulous.

Opening of Ski season
Headed up for Halloween weekend and for the opening of ski season. Had a great time, we enjoyed the condo. Was in a great location if there was more snow we could have used the lift across the street, but main lodge was not far at all. Condo was very clean and comfortable.

The place was very clean and cozy. Well maintained and offered everything for living out of. The only down-side was the internet wasn't working. I could connect to the WiFi just fine with the passcode provided, but there was no internet the entire time I was there unfortunately. Oh well, it forced me to unplug and enjoy the town a bit more.
