Our stay at Park East in Sarasota was in the perfect location to enjoy Downtown Sarasota, St. Armand's Circle, Lido Beach, Longboat Key, Sarasota Airport, and many more attractions! The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and always available for questions. The place was clean and equipped with anything you might need along with many personal touches. The location was in a very friendly neighborhood of retired people, working people, and families that made the pool/lanai a very fun place to hang out. We totally agree with all the positive comments mentioned on this post! A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

We had a great condo and it had a wonderful friendly community! This place had many amenities and Rachelle offered more if we needed and we did! We met many permanent residents and snow birds like us and we were welcomed with open arms. We now have friends we will have for a life time! This condo was far enough away that it was quiet from the main road. We were only 4-5 miles from lido beach, siesta key beach ,and turtle beach! We found going early helped with always getting a parking spot! We were also only 16-20 miles way from Venice beach, Casperson beach, and Casey Key beach. If you want shells lots at Casey key and Lido beach. So many things to do! Lots of trails to ride bikes or walk. The pool at the condo was perfect for swimming. Clear and heated. It had a nice lani. Rachelle had provided cute essentials in the condo. She was the best at answering all questions and I loved that she always responded quickly! She scored 10/10 for this! One thing we loved was she had plenty of things for storage in her house. The closets had baskets and the second room had built in shelves with drawers! A perfect perk we loved! We would definitely return and encourage anyone to come and enjoy this beautiful condo!

Rachael was a wonderful host! She made sure the kitchen was stocked with utensils and dishes i may need throughout my stay. She remembered that I liked coffee and had a coffee machine installed before my stay. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, some travel size toiletries, and cleaning supplies! I stayed at the condo for two months and Rachael made sure I had nothing to worry about before I moved in. She checked on me and kept me updated throughout the entire journey from booking, to check in, and finally check out.

The condo/villa is very clean, cozy and well decorated. It is about minutes driving to downtown or the Bird Bridge, the gateway to Lido beach. Rachelle and Pierre are very friendly and easy to communicate. They were doing their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We appreciate their host.
