Electric range cooktop/oven, microwave, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, and coffee maker. Full size washer and dryer. Perfect location to enjoy all the activities that Lake Havasu has to offer. Boating, site seeing, hiking, history and community events. Then spend the evening in the great backyard playing games, cooking, swimming and relaxing. And Don’s restaurant recommendations were excellent. We will be back.

This property is everything and more than advertised. We totally enjoyed our stay there and it is minutes away from the star park boat ramp. The pool and backyard are wonderful

The home had an amazing pool! I felt it lacked in cleanliness. As we walked in, there were towels on the couch, some were folded, others were not. In master bedroom, one of pillows did not have a pillowcase and it was nowhere to be found. We found a pair of ladies underwear behind the couch. There was no dishwasher soap. Kitchen trash can did not have a trash liner, the only two bags were on the kitchen floor. Neither restrooms had bath mats. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and we were unable to watch Netflix.

We were so happy we came across this listing! Best choice! Don, the host was awesome and had lots of insight and knowledge about places to see and restaurants to visit. Everything was very clean and supplied with everything needed! The backyard and pool were absolutely beautiful! So much fun. House was roomy and comfortable. We will go back!!

My husband and I, along with our 8 and 11 year olds, traveled in early May to Don’s home. We selected this home because of the location, fair price, strong reviews, option to heat pool, and variety of outdoor yard games.
Our stay did not disappoint! The pool and outdoor setting were beautiful and this is where we spent nearly every waking moment. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to prepare a variety of meals. The beds were very comfortable, as well.
Don’s communication was excellent and the home was very clean upon arrival. We have no complaints and would recommend this listing to anyone!

We had two families staying for Spring Break and everyone enjoyed the home, pool, and games. We never turned on the TV once! Heating the pool is a little pricey but worth it for the kids.

We really enjoyed our trip to Lake Havasu. The house is lovely. Inside was very clean and has everything we needed. Outside is paradise. We loved the heated pool (you pay to heat), putt putt, horse shoes, corn hole, etc. the backyard is an oasis. The owner is super nice and a pleasure to work with!! House is close to town, London bridge, lake havasu state park and a short drive to cattail cove, river island, and buckskin mountain state park. There is so much to do if you love the outdoors. Next time we’d definitely rent a boat. We really enjoyed our trip and we’d definitely come back especially since it’s only a 5 hour drive. April is a great time to visit if you don’t want high temps. The weather was lovely in the 80s mostly.

Backyard has everything you need to enjoy time off the water. Plenty of lawn games, an outside kitchen, and seating for everyone.
The inside is simple, but had everything we needed. We are not fancy people so we were just looking for a place to cool off and cook dinner. Kitchen was well stocked and couches and beds were very comfy.
Overall, this was a great place to spend a week in July. Definitely will be back!

Best House in Havasu
Largest pool. Most greenery we saw the entire time of the trip. Most comfortable backyard. An upgrade from our everyday house. Such a nice vacation.
The owner made sure we had everything we needed. His list of where to go provided us with a great boat & great food.

Amazing house
The house was fabulous and the proximity to the lake was perfect. But we almost didn’t even feel like we needed to be at the lake having this great pool in the backyard. We would absolutely stay here again.

And of course, the backyard! So relaxing with the water feature, lots of comfortable seating, pool floats, grill, firepit, games, etc. It had it all! We will definitely be coming back.

Home away from home!
This house was absolutely perfect for our vacation. Our family loved the pool and spent 95% at the house during our time in Havasu. The property itself is amazing. Don was extremely welcoming and a pleasure to talk to throughout our stay. Will definitely come back in the future.

Fun Times in Havasu
We absolutely loved our stay. The house was everything we needed and more. My family had a blast using the backyard space, it is where we spent 90% of our time if we were not sleeping. Don was so wonderful and communicated with me up until the very end. I rent different houses in Cali 2-3 times a year and my kids definitely enjoyed this house the best. We will be back Havasu and most certainly look forward to staying here again!!

This home is very lovely both indoors and out. It was extremely clean, with comfy beds and everything you need in the kitchen. The pool is huge and the outdoor games were so much fun. Plenty of shaded area and seating. Don was GREAT! He is very friendly and nice and will see that you have everything that you need and made checking in and out extremely easy. We had an all girls week of fun & sun and there was plenty of both. I highly recommend this home and plan on making this my destination house for all of my Lake Havasu visits.
