About this condo rental
Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this charming condo for $259 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. The Panama Peach is a totally non smoking and no pet unit that is sure to please. It is freshly painted with new linens. Entry is by personalized code, so there is no worry about fumbling for keys. It is a gulf front, 13th floor, one bedroom unit at the Seychelles Beach Resort Condominium that sleeps 6. Seychelles is a 22 story high rise with gated parking and secure front entry to triple elevators for easy access to and from all floors, and steps out to the best white sand in all of Florida . This open floor plan with its stunning gulf front view will feel like home with a king size master bedroom with private full bathroom, two hall bunk beds, and a newly purchased comfortable pull out Queen size sleeper sofa , and a second full hall bathroom. There are floor to ceiling black out curtains for those sleeping in the gulf front living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with nice pots and pans, and plenty of dishes and utensils, and features new stainless steel kitchen appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator for easy meal prep and service to the twin stool bar and 4 seat dining table. The unit also features a recently purchased modern washer/ dryer combination, two modern flat screen cable tv's. Guests really enjoy the comfortably appointed balcony furniture for watching the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. dining outdoors and morning coffee. The Panama Peach is situated on the the east end of the beach which is significantly quieter than the west end of PCB, while still being close to great restaurants, shopping, marinas, clubs and watering holes for your enjoyment and relaxation. It is a 1 mile walk on the beach to St. Andrew's State Park. There is no road noise as it is situated on Gulf Drive. off of Thomas Drive. The resort has two pools, one of which is heated, and a hot tub. There is covered parking on the premises and 24 hour security. Just steps down through the resort controlled private beach gate is the on site rental booth for beach chair and umbrella combos and jet skis for use while enjoying the crystal clear water and snow white beach. The famous Schooners restaurant is less than 50 yards away on the beach serving renowned food, cool refreshing beverages, and nightly live music. Numerous other established restaurants and nightlife locations are close by and are an easy walk or drive. The kids will enjoy the many attractions a short 10 minute drive away from the condo for the few times you are not on the beach swimming, sunning, shell hunting, wave riding or just relaxing. Smoking in the unit is not allowed. Absolutely no pets allowed. A maximum of 6 guest are allowed per night and the minimum age to rent is 25 years old. The unit's furniture, dishes. sheets, linens, windows and floor are cleaned prior to your arrival. Bathrooms and kitchen are stocked with initial paper goods and soaps for your stay. Panama Peach is new to the rental market and is in amazing shape, clean, comfortable, and managed by owners who have lived and grown up in Florida and who understand the beach lifestyle that we all relish! My husband and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary. We have stayed at this property previously but not this particular condo. Everything was clean, well stocked with cooking items if we had wanted to prepare any meals. Peter responded quickly when I had a question. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was just as described. Very clean and convenient. It is not in the heart of tourism and felt very comfortable. We needed a week of calm and rest and the condo was perfect. There are many restaurants and things to do very close but we spent most of our time just recharging. The condo had everything we needed and we felt right at home! We would absolutely recommend this property. Thanks for a great week!

White Dand Beaches
Great property. Very clean and updated. Amazing views. Water was crystal clear while we were there. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. 20 minute drive from Pier Park.

Excellent View
This was my first experience renting something other than a hotel. The location is perfect (right next to one of my favorite places to eat!) and the beach view is beautiful. I wasn’t sure exactly how check out worked since the directions were to place the bedding and towels into the washer however there was NOOOOO way all of it would fit in one wash and I didn’t want to do things wrong and get charged some random fee so I literally woke up early and washed every single item we used prior to leaving at 10. It was a lot of work. Upon check out, I grabbed the two free coozies and made sure all 6 pool bracelets were still there as we never had to use them our entire 4 day stay. I later received an email one was missing and was still charged for it. Had I known I would be charged for something I didn’t take (I’d own up to it if I took it - would love the souvenir I’m paying for!), I would not have wasted my time washing ALLLLLLL of the laundry.

Super clean. Nicest condo we have stayed in on the panhandle. Comfy furniture inside and out. Enjoyed the view. Restaurant/ Bar next door and Mexican food just a block away. Probably would do this in April next time. Weather was a bit off. Would not hesitate to rent here again.

Location in Lower Grand Lagoon is really nice if you like to be away from the busiest crowd. It's easy to get to/from and is off the busy street directly on the beach. The gulf views are always spectacular and this condo follows suit. The balcony is well furnished for 4 people and is a good size. The condo itself is as advertised. It's clean and well organized and was stocked with everything we needed for our 6 night stay. There was a potential issue that the owner contacted me about several days before our stay but it was resolved and ended up not affecting our stay at all... so, the proactive communication from Peter is great! Excellent customer service. We will certainly look into booking this condo for our next stay at PCB!
