Located in Mammoth Lakes, this lovely condo for $459 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This four-bedroom, three-bath property features a beautiful spacious end unit, FAU heating, TVs in all bedrooms, and vaulted ceilings. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people, is non-smoking and yes pets are permitted so bring Fido along. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. We had a wonderful family vacation at Mammoth Estates 234. It was very clean, just as described and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials and more. We had great communication with Mammoth Reservations as well. They accommodated our late check out with no problem since there were no check ins on our departure date. The late check out was much appreciated!

We stayed 2 families (4 adults and 5 teens/kids) and had a great time in the house. Everything was as described and worked fine, the kitchen is well equipped, only the dining table/area could be larger considering the capacity for the house.

Annual Family ski trip
We used the condo for our annual family ski trip. It fit our family of seven adults and four children well. We usually stay up by Canyon Lodge but wanted to experiment with being closer to town this year. It is close enough to the Village Gondola to walk but I wouldn't want to do it in ski boots. The kitchen is well set up and there are a couple of different coffee makers. It is well decorated with a large dining table. The beds are comfortable but the walls seemed a little thin. Both of the toddlers in our group struggled a little with the altitude at night and cried at times. It was very easy to hear in the other bedrooms and I would assume in the next condo over. The condo is well stocked with plenty of games and videos. We got a little confused by the parking situation. The paperwork in the unit says that there are 3 permits allowed but the management said the HOA only allows 2. They were able to accommodate us though since some other units did not need all of theirs. Although this is supposed to be a non-smoking unit, all of us did smell smoke when we arrived. Didn't notice it as much though after we opened the windows for a while though. The wi-fi is a bit fussy at times especially with so many people using it. Most of us chose not to use it. Because we had toddlers in the group we brought a gate to put at the top of the stairs. Glad we did. We will definitely consider this unit for future trips in winter and summer.

It was a great location and a very comfortable place. The wifi basically didn't work at all, and the TV does not have cable, which if you're trying to watch something live, was difficult. Also, the wifi not working made it difficult to stream. Lastly, the sink didn't really drain effectively. Other than those things it was a really nice place.

Family of 6 first time in Mammoth
We were very surprised and pleased by this property. Our first time in Mammoth, we wanted something close to the Village and easy; and it absolutely delivered! We have 4 young children and need a kitchen, multiple bedrooms, and an accessible location. Our property was pleasantly located off the beaten path but close to everything. It was a nice and clean and well decorated property that had everything we needed for the perfect stay! Even the management of the property was easy and pleasant - we are very impressed and plan on coming back to this same property very soon!! Thank you!!

Great unit in a great location
We had a wonderful time at this unit. Our party included nine people and there was plenty of room for everyone. We were attending a wedding on Saturday afternoon so we needed plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready on time. The unit was great and the location was easy to get into and out of. We cooked one big breakfast for everyone on Sunday morning and the unit had everything we needed, including lots of plates and coffee cups. We had no complaints and would rent this unit again when we return.

Nothing lacking and 5 min walk to Canyon with ski boots! Very comfortable for our 3 families that had 6 adults and 6 kids!

Excellent place to stay
My group loved this condo. It fit our needs perfectly and was spacious enough for 10 adults. The kitchen is fully stocked and we had plenty of bathroom space. The walk to town is about 5 minutes and it is so close and convenient to everything. We loved our stay here so much and wish to come back again next year.

Great property with nice upgrades!
We had a wonderful 3 day stay in this nicely appointed condo. Bathrooms have all been redone and kitchen has newer quartz counters. Great location and comfy beds. I would have given it 5 stars but we found it lacking kitchen items for cooking and washer didn't operate. Overall wonderful trip though!
