Property was amazing. The layout was the best we’ve seen so far; being our 3rd year doing this. Spacious bedrooms and living area. We had 11 people at our stay. Everyone had a blast. Messaged the owner one night about a TV issue. The owner promptly purchased a new ROKU and delivered it to our door first thing the following morning. The owner truly cared about accommodating us during our stay. She consistently followed up with is to ensure we had the best experience possible. Would highly recommend this property to everyone. GREAT JOB!!

7 of us guys rented this place for a Football weekend getaway. The place was perfect for us, furniture was great, place was very clean, cabinets and drawers were labeled which we appreciated. You can't see it in the pictures but downstairs is a legit bar with a mini fridge so that was a bonus. Keep in mind the house was built in the 80s and the bar was probably original if I were to guess so it's got some wear on it but for our purpose we loved it. Very convenient location to everything, we hope to rent it again next year.

We absolutely loved being able to take a family vacation to the lake! Beautiful home right on the lake front with perfect views! Access to paddle boards & kayaks to enjoy the lake. Perfect place for sipping coffee, chatting, and enjoying the people around you! Communication with the hosts were quick when we had a few questions!
[Major bonus for us: There were extra fridges in the garage for food, drinks, snacks, etc!]

The house/property was BEAUTIFUL! We enjoyed hanging out on the deck during the day and the fire pit at night! The kids loved playing on the private beach and running around the yard. Gorgeous sunsets every night were the icing on the cake!

We had extended family with grandparents, couples ages 30s, and kids ages 1,2, 3 and 4. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and plenty of bathrooms. The house was well-stocked with good starters of toilet paper, trash bags, and there were some spices in the cupboard so you didn't have to buy them for one use. (The only thing I felt we could have used is more cleaning supplies, for cleaning while we were there.) It was also great to have the extra fridge space in the garage!
The house is very convenient to any kind of store you'd need, and not far from I-77, yet the neighborhood was very quiet so we felt much farther away.
Lots of fun water toys were supplied - kayaks, SUP, noodles, also life jackets if you needed them. We brought our tri-toon and used the dock.
The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We really enjoyed our week and appreciate getting to stay in such a fun place. (We never even had time to use the downstairs/ pool table - too busy playing in the lake)

Waking up to the beautiful view was awesome. Paula and Jeff are quick to respond and take care of any situation! We rented their boat and water mat which was great fun! We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board. The sand beach was perfect. Had a great week!

We vacation every year with our two small boys, a couple friends and all my siblings (in their 20s), and mom. Lots of age ranges and needs for a big group. This location and home was a win for everyone in the group. Our hosts were wonderful, very attentive with even a mid week check in via text to make sure we were doing ok. The house was clean and beautiful from top to bottom. Highly recommend renting the lake mat, my boys and even the adults had a blast playing on it and lounging in the lake. My favorite was the lake access at this place, sandy area unlike most of the other rentals! The many kayaks to use and hot were a big bonus to. The local business’ were great, we rented jet skis and a pontoon from Jerry at jetskirentalsatlakenorman which was a blast. Charlotte is only a 35 min drive, we hit up the fine dining and nightlife as well as took the kids to Carowinds a really great amusement park like 45 min away. If you’re undecided about where to go on a vacation look no further, this is the place to go!

Beautiful home with gorgeous view of the lake, all the comforts of home including very comfortable beds. Great swimming area off private beach, plenty of swim accessories, easy place to dock your rental boat. Wonderful family memories here! Will be back!

This house has everything you will need for a fun stay on Lake Norman! The private beach is great for kids, the included kayaks and beach chairs were in great shape and the house had more stuff than we could use in a full week! The owners are both wonderful to work with and very responsive as well! We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a fantastic week at the lake! Despite the non-stop rain, the house was perfect. Plenty of room for our group (which ranged from 8-11 adults throughout the week). The kitchen was well appointed and the outdoor griddle was perfect for big group breakfasts and dinners. The kitchen opens up into a great living area with comfortable sectional couch, TV and fireplace. The basement was awesome for the young adults to gather, play games and shoot pool. We rented a boat for the week but spent most of our time fishing from the dock. Paula answered all questions in a timely fashion. We didn’t encounter any problems with the property whatsoever and the 7 bedrooms provided plenty of room for our large group!

My family met here for our daughter's 30th birthday! 6 of us from Ohio, 2 from Durham, NC and 2 from Charleston, SC.
It is a great location for us to meet up!
The house was absolutely perfect! The location could not be better! There was plenty for us to do! Kayaks, fire pit, hot tub, playing board games on the deck! We didn't even have time to enjoy the pool table, but hopefully we will return and shoot a friendly round of pool!
The host was great at communicating as well!
If you are in the area, this house is a must!

This was the PERFECT house for our family to all come together to meet our newest Granddaughter. We had 4 generations come and it was so much fun for everyone. The setting is beautiful, the house is well equipped even for the small children. The owner has thought of everything to entertain people from infant to 80. Thank you so much for making everyone feel so comfortable. We have made beautiful memories and gorgeous family pictures here we will treasure forever. If you’re looking for a big house for a wonderful family gathering, this is it!

We've stayed in many rentals for our 3-generation family vacations, and this was one of the best. The house was clean and had everything we needed, including a well appointed kitchen. The furniture and beds were comfortable for everyone including my elderly parents. There was more than enough space for 6 adults. The owner was responsive and kindly allowed up to check in a couple hours early. Best of all, was the fantastic lake views. We thoroughly enjoyed simply relaxing and making memories at this beautiful property.

Our multigenerational group really enjoyed our stay. There was the perfect amount of space that we could enjoy being together but also still find a quiet space if one was needed.
I found the Kitchen well appointed. I did bring a few of my favorite Kitchen things along with me for this trip but, I could have managed without them. It was nice to see pretty much any cooking implement that could be needed, including a garlic press, in the kitchen.
The pool table downstairs was a nice touch. We found the table downstairs great for assembling a puzzle. Like many other reviewers have said, it's a great space for the 'young' ones. In our case that's our 30 year olds and one six year old.
I'm certain that we'll stay here again. It's a perfect distance for our family, coming from Ohio and Georgia, to meet with the North Carolina folks.

We could not have asked for a better place to spend the Christmas holiday with my multigenerational family. The house is immaculate, well appointed, and located on a beautiful piece of property on Lake Norman. Our host, Paula, was more than accommodating during our stay. And much to our surprise, the house was decorated for the holiday.

We returned for a family reunion for a second year. The house accommodates us very nicely: 3 couples (including 2 old folks) and 5 young'uns, ages 9-17. Adults upstairs; kiddos downstairs. The spacious home is on a beautiful lot with beach access to Lake Norman. Sunsets are glorious.
While we are there when it is too cold to swim in lake, the kayaks and fishing from the dock are quite pleasant. And, in case someone tumbles into the water from the stand-up paddle boat, there is a hot tub nearby! (Do wash off the sand before getting into the hot tub! Shower and faucet nearby.)
A large campfire ring and furnished wood make for pleasant evenings. The kids are entertained with the pool table and large TV of their own. The kitchen is quite well-furnished; 8 can be accommodated at the table, and 8 more on stools at the counters. All of us can be seated in the great room, as well.
Paula is an accessible host, ready to answer any questions.
We plan to return!

WOW! What a property! We knew the pictures showcased a beautiful and clean house with breath-taking sunsets but reality exceeded all expectations. Paula was so communicative, location was awesome (less than 10 minutes to Walmart, fast-food, etc), check-in was very easy, the house itself was AMAZING, and all of the outdoor "extras" were fantastic (hot tub, kayaks, life jackets, fishing poles, outdoor furniture, clean beach area). We will be back!

We loved everything about your home. The location was perfect, in a cove off of the main channel. The beach was fantastic for the grandkids. The house was spacious clean and with 7 bedrooms we never felt like we were on top of each other. We will definitely be back
