Be our guest and experience Nashville like a local. Book now and let the good times roll! — HOUSE RULES — We've got a set of house rules to ensure everyone has a fantastic stay. Failure to follow these might lead to additional charges or, in the worst-case scenario, termination of the reservation without a refund. 📝 Booking Agreement: Please sign the digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or ASAP if you’re arriving in the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to cancellation based on the agreed-upon cancel policy. We want to make sure everything’s set for your stay! 🏡 Treat It Like Family: Be a thoughtful guest — imagine it's your favorite aunt and uncle's place. Clean up after yourself and leave things as you found them. 🚫 No Shenanigans: Keep it cool — no drugs, illegal activities, unaccounted-for guests, or parties. Breaking this rule could result in your reservation being terminated without a refund. Let’s not part ways on bad terms. 🚭 No Smoking: If you need to puff, do it off-property (on the sidewalk or beyond). No smoking or vaping indoors or in the parking lot. 🏘️ Neighborly Vibes: Be mindful of the rental unit upstairs. While some sound may carry between levels, we ask all guests to aim for moderate noise levels out of mutual respect and consideration. Respect our neighborhood. Keep noise down after dark, and save the party vibes for Broadway. Nashville's quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am. 🐾 Furry Friends Welcome: Bring up to 2 potty-trained, well-behaved dogs for $25 each per night. Let us know in advance; the fee will be added to your reservation. (On Airbnb it’s collected via their Resolution Center after booking.) Keep your pups leashed outside the home, walk them on the grass by the sidewalk for bathroom needs, and clean up after them. (There is no yard access at the property.) All furniture must remain pet-free unless you cover it with sheets you bring with you. Our space is for dogs and humans only — no other creatures allowed. 💁🏻‍♀️ Age and Guests: The primary guest (the one who books) must be 21+, stay the whole time, and be responsible for the group and the home. Our nightly rate covers 2 guests or less. Extra guests (up to our max) are charged at $20 each per night. Final headcount must be confirmed and paid no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm at 4 guests, and only those listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No additional visitors for any length of time. Middle TN residents, reach out for approval before making a reservation. Instant bookings by locals are subject to cancellation. Families and children are always welcome, but the home is not child-proofed. 🎉 Festive Decor: Planning to hang decorations? Wall-saver tape is required and all decor must be removed prior to check-out. Any damage to walls, ceilings, or paint will be charged to the guest. 🛠️ Keep Us in the Loop: Accidents happen. Inform us about any breakages or damage so we can address them promptly. We appreciate your honesty. 🧰 Appliances and Repairs: We'll tackle household equipment issues as quickly as possible. If we can't restore an appliance or other equipment to habitable standards (as determined by us), we'll do our best to relocate guests or, if not possible, refund the remainder of the stay. In the rare event this happens, we are not financially responsible for new accommodations. 💼 Liability Matters: We're not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or the loss of valuables on the premises. Guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property and take on all liability and expenses to repair or replace things they break. 🥳 No Confetti or Glitter: Seriously. It's a glitter-free zone. (Bet you didn't think we'd need to say that!) 🙄 Eye Roll Disclaimer: If you’re rolling your eyes, just remember: past experiences shaped each of these rules. Let's keep the homesharing vibes strong with mutual trust and respect. Cheers to an awesome stay! 🥂 — RATE NOTES — Our nightly rate covers 1-2 guests. Additional guests (up to 4 total) are charged at $20 per person per night. Accurate headcount must be confirmed, with additional fees paid for, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. We had such a fabulous "first time" visit as a couple in Nashville! This location is safe and well situated with convenient access to everything you could possibly want to do while in town. Dedicated and free off street parking is a huge plus for those who are using a car while in town. Functional little kitchen area with fridge and stove for those leftovers because who is really cooking while in town? lol This cosy and cute property is best for a single couple or a couple with a small child. As there isn't a huge amount of room for baggage or a place for cosmetics/toiletries for too many people. If we ever visit Nashville again it's definitely one we would consider staying in again.

This studio apartment was perfect for my s/o and I, it was very roomy and very clean! The check in and out process was so easy, everything with the home was perfect! It is a little bit from broadway for us it was great to have some down time after so much chaos during the day. It says it’s within walking distance from down town I would say it is, but after seeing the traffic and the abundant amount of accidents I don’t know that walking would be ideal. All around we absolutely loved this stay and would book it again!

This is a cute little place. It’s laid out so well. The bed is so comfy. I did not want to leave and I’m seriously gonna buy a new bed like this, when I get back home, it was a dream. Everything was right where you needed it. That’s great. There was a full fridge and you could make your own food and all the kitchen amenities were there to cook for you or a couple of guests. It is a studio apartment. There were also a bunch of board games and card games in the living room dresser. Coffee and tea was also provided. A lot of amenities are within 5 to 15 minutes of walking which made it so convenient. This section of town is a college town so you will also enjoy the hustle and bustle of this little neighborhood. People also ride their bike or use a skateboard and also walk the neighborhood in this area. The people here are nice and friendly. Enjoy your stay. He will not be disappointed.

Aloha Alece, We felt totally spoiled over the graduation weekend of our grandson “B”. We had everything we needed or could have wished for at our fingertips in your adorable Coachhouse property. Everything was so welcoming and cozy. The perfect respite from all the chaos of a graduation party. Best of all it’s just steps from downtown Hillsboro Village, the Vanderbilt campus, great restaurants and shopping. Despite the Saturday morning rain, our weekend was perfect. We hated to leave but we will definitely be back. Mahalo nui loa
