We stayed here with family and our dogs during a friend's wedding weekend (who lived 5min away). The accomodations were great, restaurants/coffee/groceries were all within walking distance, and we enjoyed the weekend! The location is extremely close to Dallas Love Field as well, for anyone flying in.

We stayed at the house for 3 weeks while our home was being repaired and couldn’t imagine a better experience. The house and decor are lovely, everything was so clean, and the property manager was attentive and easy to work with from reservations to check out. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I, along with her parents, stayed at the house for 5-6 days. The house was EXACTLY as advertised and was such a pleasant stay. Owner was friendly and communicative to make sure our stay was going well. If we have a chance, we would most definitely stay there again.

We came to Dallas on vacation. The location of this home was within walking distance of Starbucks and restaurants. Beautiful tree lined streets in an upscale, quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owner was spot on. We didn't use the kitchen and BBQ grill, but it had all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you would need.

My family came for a USTA sectional tennis tournament. We were looking for a place where we could relax and recover between tennis matches and get easy access to good food. From the moment we walked in, the home was inviting, relaxing and had all of the amenities we could possibly need! And the coffee! An amazing espresso machine with all the pods we could drink! The beds were so comfy with so many pillows. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and just the perfect spot. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for you.

Our family spent almost 2 weeks here and could have easily stayed longer. The house is beautiful, stocked with everything you need, and located on a tree-lined street that was great for a morning run and/or evening walk with family. Ryan was a great host— easy to reach, communicative, and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed daily walks to Inwood Village for coffee/breakfast, groceries at Trader Joe’s and loved how central we were to everything in the Devonshire / Park Cities area. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

We had appointments in Dallas and needed a place to stay close to the airport and medical. This location was amazing and the house was well appointment with most things you would need. It was very comfortable and quiet and we enjoyed our stay. It was super close to amazing food, shopping, etc…we would highly recommend. Hope to stay there again.

Perfect couples weekend get away
We had appointments in Dallas and needed a place to stay close to the airport and medical. This location was amazing and the house was well appointment with most things you would need. We needed a house that accepted our dogs to rent while visiting family for Christmas. What we didn’t expect was how functional, clean and well stocked the house would be. We walked every day to Trader Joe’s, Starbucks and other places in Inwood Village. This is a wonderfully decorated house in a great location. We will definitely book early to make sure we can stay here again. Ryan was also great and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to for our stay. Excellent place!

Loved the fireplace and all the stickers throughout the house that made everything easy (how to turn on lights, fans, fireplace, which key is which, etc..). The owner was extremely responsive and made checkin a breeze. Washer and dryer, coffee keurig cups. I literally did not want to leave. Will definitely plan on coming back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and retail shopping. It has been totally renovated with a well equipped kitchen. The entire house was spotless when we arrived. The photos do not do it justice - it is way better in person. It's a perfect house if you are traveling with a dog. There is a nice size backyard with a gigantic oak tree. Our dog loved chasing the squirrels. All the streets in the neighborhood have sidewalks which makes it easy to walk the dog. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay there again.

It takes attention to detail, and a willingness to go above and beyond for your renters. This is exactly what you will find if you stay in this adorable house! Ryan is extremely accessible and wants to ensure you have everything you need. The house is on a beautiful street, with lots of shade trees and the location is very central to many popular spots in Dallas. Our dogs really hope to stay there again! Ryan has dog treats, a dog bed, and a nice safe backyard for your fur babies. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Excellent choice!
We met friends for the weekend. Fantastic location. Lovely home. Well appointed. If coffee is important be sure to find out what type of maker will be available. There is also a terrific shop, The Drip, super close. Bedding was luxurious, Owner was responsive to our needs and our pups were welcomed and we loved the fenced yard. We would definitely return!

The house was very well kept and stocked with everything anyone would need on a stay away from home. Great location for a friends; family; girlfriend weekend or longer get away. Very convenient location and wonderful communication with the owners. Truly a home away from home down to the smallest of details.
