Welcome to my huge, fun, 5-floor loft, smack in central Seattle with downtown transportation at your doorstep. It's a quirky loft, not a suburban neighborhood house. The charm of this area is it's one of the last neighborhoods with parking, great neighbors and city perks. ---- PRICING & AVAILABILITY Base price is for 3 people. Additional guests are $35 each, per day up to 7 guests (no parties). Airbnb fees, city taxes and cleaning fees are additional. Please make sure you search for the correct number of guests to see the total price. Price varies by season. The calendar is up-to-date with current availability. LOFT DETAILS This is a very unique, large (2200 sq ft/205 sq m), 5-story loft townhome in central Seattle minutes to Seattle sites. Look up 1820 E Yesler Way to explore the location online. This area is developing fast and with several construction projects at the moment, including across Yesler. The Loft is a certified "built green", industrial artist loft a storefront entry, art, worn floorboards of recycled HDF, a "wet room", basketball game, solar heating/hot water and LOTS of stairs. FLOOR 5 The private top Master floor is separated from the lower areas by the private stairs (see photo). * Queen bed * Private deck with a stunning view of the mountains and Puget Sound. * Walk-in closet * Luxury master bath with soaking tub and a shower * Roku TV A WORD FLOOR 4 This floor is the loft catwalk above the living room. * Bedroom has twin and double beds * Bedroom has a door * The "wet room" bath style is unusual in the USA—the entire room is the shower (remember to take out the TP!) Keep wet room showers brief. * A washer and dryer is next to the wet room, with detergent. * The facing Yesler is the only area that may be used for smoking cigarettes (or legal weed). Keep door shut. FLOOR 3 * Large living area with a mid-century La Vele convertible sleeper. * Large TV with Roku * Chalkboard & chalk * Control for heater * Comfy cot is often set up as an option. * Adjacent to the living area is the large kitchen. * Cupboard stocked with coffee, tea, creamer, etc * Blender, toaster, rice cookers, drip coffee maker, KitchenAid mixer, Cuisinart knives * A 4-5 person dining table with extra chairs FLOOR 2 This is the industrial "landing area nook" listed as "bedroom 3". *A twin bed * Poker table with cards and chips * Desk with older Mac and Wi-Fi printer * An electric fireplace and extra heater * Games and book in console table FLOOR 1 This is the retail-style entry area with privacy blinds. * Basketball game with scoring * Blocks, legos and dominos on top of lockers * Half bathroom * Entry/exit via front door (key) and back door (PIN code) A WORD ABOUT SUMMER AC is not common in Seattle because our glorious summers are usually around 75°F/23°C (some hotter weeks might reach above 80°F/27°C) but nights usually cool down a lot. I have fans throughout and feel free to open windows without fear of mosquitoes. Although it’s becoming more common in new constructions, less than half the homes have AC. I personally feel it’s is less jarring and more pleasant not to go from warm to freezing. But, no worries, we use heaters... :-) **** This Loft is great for: * Fans who want to attend games at the nearby fields * Business travelers who want space to work, relax and spread out * Quiet groups and families - (no parties or non-residential noises) I will send you a PIN to open the back door on the morning you will arrive. You may park at my designated compact spot in front of the back door. Please let me know how many singles / double you have so I can prepare your beds and your arrival time. If you want to request early check in (before 4) or to drop your bags, message me and I'll try to accomodate if possible. ********** After you book, please message that you understand the noise policies and rules. Communicate the purpose of your trip and list guests traveling. Include an ETA if you have one. Inform me if you are planning visitors dropping by. Bonus kharma for reading this far! Thanks! **********

Clean, convenient location, and many small touches that were appreciated (i.e. disposable toothbrushes in the restroom, umbrellas by the door). Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderfully easy stay with nice amenities. Comfortable for the whole family with room for togetherness and space to be apart. Parking space was a challenge in an unfamiliar rental car with annoying parking sensors, but once they were disabled, easy enough!

My three (young adult) kids and I rented Jessie's loft for a few days in August 2023 and were very pleased with it. The loft is enormous, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. It's also in a good location for visiting Seattle's attractions (e.g., it's a ca. 30 mins walk to/from the Mariners' stadium). Before arriving I thought I might have trouble parking my large (i.e., seven-seat) SUV in the parking space, but it turned out not to be a problem. Overall, it was another excellent Vrbo booking.

This apartment is spacious enough that my family with 4 young adults and two parents could spread out and have their own space. The kitchen had everything we needed and more!! Bathrooms are modern, new and clean! Appreciated the washer and dryer, the board games, smart tv, basketball and much more. Jessie was a super easy helpful and easy to communicate with host!! Would highly recommend this vacation rental! Would definitely book again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quirky and we loved the Cheeky Cafe just down the street. Over all, we had a fun stay at this property. But, the stairs are no joke! There are a lot of them which can be tricky.
