About this condo rental
BRAND NEW fully furnished 1700 sq ft 4 bedroom/3 bathroom condo at Bridges Bay Resort on East Lake Okoboji. This is one of just a few four bedroom units at the resort and sleeps 10 comfortably. This unit is lakefront with exceptional unobstructed views of East Lake Okoboji! From the moment you walk-in, you will experience breathtaking views of Lake Okoboji and upscale furnishings to provide a contemporary yet comfortable experience perfect for family vacations or a couples getaway weekend! In contrast to the cabins that are behind the resort, the condos are lakefront and very close to all the resort amenities. In addition to the views, this condo is centered around outdoor living with a private and protected large 375 sq ft. balcony equipped with plenty of lounging patio furniture and a large outdoor dining firepit table with eight chairs to accommodate meals overlooking the lake. In addition, this condo is in the building next to the newest outdoor pool and has it's own rooftop patio. The rental includes six daily water park passes at Bridges Bay Indoor/Outdoor Waterpark with additional passes available at a discounted rate. The unit is within the newest building at the resort that is very close to the multiple onsite restaurants, the indoor/outdoor waterpark, and a large dock system for swimming, fishing, and boating. The resort also has a stocked fishing pond, zipline, fitness center, arcade, playground, basketball court, etc. It's close to the great biking/running trails throughout Okoboji. The condo has excellent wifi and smart tv's throughout with access to streaming services. Although this condo is brand new, the owners have been renting condos at the resort for the past several years and have this new condo stocked according to past feedback to provide the best possible experience for guests. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. We made a last minute decision to stay here for five days and nights. We know the area well, and liked that it was right on the water.
I am kind of a rookie at VRBO and Cassity, the property manager was extremely helpful. She communicated with me numerous times on Christmas Day to make this happen. She was patient, thorough and helpful. Every step of the was was laid out for us.
We arrived and everything inside the condo. was perfect. It was clean and beautiful! There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Every bedroom is stocked with extra blankets and pillows. The first bedroom is on the right as you walk in. It is a bunkbed with double mattresses. Also on the right side is a full bathroom and then another bathroom with a toilet and a sink. On the left side are two rooms. The first has a queen bed. The second had two double beds and a T.V. mounted on the wall. The condo. as a whole had three T.V.'s. Every room had a nice big closet as well.
The master bedroom also has a T.V. as well as a big bathroom and huge closet area. The kitchen and living room were adjoined and had a beautiful open layout. There was a huge T.V. above a remote control fireplace. The kitchen had everything we needed and even included some games and puzzles.
The deck was large. It had two entrances.The deck included chairs, a picnic table, a large propane grill and a small fire pit.
This place was beautiful, clean and had everything! Thank you Cassity!

My family and just spent a few days in Okaboji. Our condo was beautiful and met all expectations. I appreciated all the things available to use. We brought all of it ourselves but great for families who don’t. For example, metal sticks for s’mores, so many games, extra blankets, coffee and more. I would definitely recommend our condo.

We recently had the pleasure of staying her and the experience exceeded at expectations. The interior is welcoming and cozy. The deck is a must have for sunsets and relaxing. The location overall is perfect for boating, fishing and shopping. Host responds quickly and is easy to work with.

Loved this condo and location!!! Perfect for our extended family (including kids and grandkids!!) Very spacious for cooking big family breakfasts … then off to enjoy the water park or Arnold’s park… quiet location for baby naps… walking distance to great restaurants (Bracco and waterfront)… ended
Every evening sitting on the awesome deck…
Overlooking lake!! (And bonus…we could hear the band at the pavilion and see fireworks Saturday night!) Also- host was awesome with communication (we had to reset an outlook while cooking breakfast- and she was very quick to respond ). THANK YOU!! We will be back! 💜

Stayed here with my family and my in-laws. 9 of us all together. It worked out great. Place was very clean. Never heard any other occupants unless on the deck. Had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay at this property. There was a ton of space out on the deck to enjoy with our larger group and the nice spacious inside gave us plenty of room to spread out in as well. Looking forward to our next stay here.

Just got back from a 5 day stay. The condo is even more beautiful in person! Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony was was our favorite spot to sit and relax overlooking the lake. Walking distance from the water park and rented a boat to spend a day on the lake! We all had an amazing time! Cassity was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed! Thank you so much for letting our family stay at your condo and we will be back!

We traveled with our adult children and some friends and even with it being off-season, we had an amazing time! The games and puzzles were a bonus for when we wanted some indoor fun! We will definitely be booking again! Host was amazing as well:)

Well this was my first time renting from Vrbo so was a little nervous in the beginning. But as soon as I opened up the door and saw the view of the lake all my worries were melted away. Great place for a family of little ones because of the water parks and the ability to fish off the docks. I absolutely would not hesitate to rent from them again and hopefully everyone else has as much fun as my family did this past weekend. Very clean and felt very very safe. Will be definitely renting this place again. Hopefully the next time the sun will be out instead of two days of rain.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good: Condo was very clean and comfortable.
Bad: The owner did not communicate with us well. At the last minute we she sent us documents to review and sign. This should have been done days or even weeks ahead of time.
Worse: The condo building has a secure door entrance. We left our bikes, locked, in the lobby area overnight not wanting to haul them up to the room. We were thinking we were being respectful of the owners by not dragging bikes into their unit. However, when we found them the next morning they had been messed with and items stolen off them. Very disappointing that even in a secure building we could not feel safe. Lesson learned, our own fault for leaving the bikes unattended.

I can’t say enough about our great experience! We had the best time and the condo far exceeded our expectations! It is amazing! Huge, spacious and quiet with 4 bedrooms that fit our extended family perfectly.
Super easy check in process for us first-time VRBO renters, super convenient location (both outside to find and inside, just off the elevator) and amazing views. It had everything we needed and we loved everything about it. Cassity was super responsive and fantastic to communicate with.
I want to move in permanently, but will settle for returning someday for sure! :) A wonderful, positive experience and would highly recommend to anyone!

Our group of ladies had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was spacious and well stocked. Our favorite part was the comfortable deck overlooking beautiful East Okoboji. Cassity was helpful with information and quick to respond to our questions. We hope to have the opportunity to stay again!

From the view off of the spacious deck to the golf courses, shopping and restaurants, this gorgeous condo is situated perfectly! Our stay was amazing. Residents of Arnold Park are so helpful and friendly. All of our info arrived beforehand, was easy to understand and questions were answered promptly. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Our host was very responsive to our questions, and the place was immaculate. Great location and view, get to use the Bridge's Bay water park for the kiddos, and quiet enough to enjoy a good night's sleep.
The pictures do not do the decor justice. It is nicer than you are expecting. The ease of moving in and out was also great. This is located very close to the elevator, and there is plenty of free parking.
If we visit Okoboji again, we will be reaching out to stay here!

Great place, Manager was in great communication, plenty to do here. Grand kids water park, boating, park concerts fireworks was an outstanding week. Large place 5 adults two small kids, plenty of room. Will stay again.

This was a perfect place for our family. Plenty of space for everyone. The beds were comfy and the place was exceptionally clean. Wonderful deck. Quiet - didn’t hear the neighbors through the walls like some places. Close to town. Perfect for a family getaway. Would definitely recommend.

The view is amazing as you sit on a huge deck with so much seating. We loved our stay and hope to return soon. Cassity was helpful and easy to reach.

This condo worked perfectly for our weekend. We so enjoyed the fire pit on the deck while we picked our fantasy football teams and looked out over the lake. The living space is so accommodating. All 11 of us were all able to eat and play games around the table. The pool passes were a great asset that we took advantage of also. The check in and out process was a breeze! We would rent this condo again!

Great communication. Very nice condo in safe, secure setting. Clean and well maintained. Easy access to restaurants and pool. Unfortunately, staffing was an issue in the pool area, sometimes closed and out of towels etc. This however is out of control of condo owners/VRBO.

Our family of six stayed for three nights and we had such a great experience! The location of the condo was perfect for our needs. Cassity communicated well with us and made the process very easy! Clean, spacious, and comfortable and we will absolutely stay here again.
