I stayed here with my three small children. Check in/out was simple. The place was clean. It was exactly as described. Thank you!

Frankly I was very disappointed in the property. Parking information was very misleading. This property has 3 spots to park, one of which is blocked by a permanent storage unit. Oh, and the other two spaces? Those are shared by the 4 other units, meaning you will always have to park on the street. But consider the fact, there is never any street parking in the evening due to the bars in the area. Totally unsafe. The ceiling is incredibly thin, meaning you can hear your neighbors above you, and I mean you care hear EVERYTHING, gross. Additionally only one of the bedrooms has A/C and neither of the rooms have the ability to lock, meaning you have to trust the property manager is constantly changing the code between guests, another safety issue. Upon first entry floors were unclean, and the fridge had many half eaten foods left inside. Additionally, while staying for two months, the bathroom absolutely reeked of mold and mildew, the property manager was nice and responsive, but the issue was only fixed on the last week of our two month stay. Additionally property renovations were done during our stay, such as repainting, and wall/ roof repair. Walking to work at 7:30 am in the morning I was nearly hit in the head by wood chunks with exposed rusted nails. That being said, if you are staying here. for a day or two, its not that bad, its a nice area close to some fun things. But I cannot recommend staying here for any long amount of time, the property description is misleading.

I enjoyed my time spent at this cozy lil cottage. The location was great. Love some of the retro decor! Just have to tidy up a lil on the housekeeping part & place an AC unit in the second bedroom along with better lighting. Otherwise everything was great!… I would stay again!

First - kitchen every dish was dirty, refrigerator and freezer was absolutely horrible with stuck food particles on the shelves with grime from past renters. The freezer has black specs throughout and food crumbs everywhere. Second - in the Vrbo search for a 2/2 this rental came up - it’s a 2/1. Not what we where looking to rent! Third - shower it has not been cleaned for months! Black mold, little black bugs absolutely discussing! Fourth - bed spreads do not get washed between every renter. This was told to me by the cleaning service, when I asked why does the bedspreads look dirty. Absolutely horrible to think about what WE slept with from previous renters! Last - one bedroom has underwear and a miscellaneous shoe under the bed with dust from years back! Also had used sheets thrown in the storage cabinet in the same bedroom! The owner was very helpful when the internet went down. For the six days we stayed the rental worked for us the heart hospital is close. I just really believe the place needs a very good cleaning! Our stay was for my mother’s heart surgery f/u and for her to have a TEE procedure. The rental was very dirty which was not acceptable! The outside furniture was dirty with black mold. Which you had to sit on if you wanted to utilize the nice area outside!

I arrived to a very clean great energy home. Totally walking distance to fine eateries, bars, and yoga. I will stay again.

Ms. Ava..!!...👏👏 We loved this quaint mid century apt. Clean, beautiful, private yet extremely convenient location to many great restaurants/bars, an MANY other things. Loved it!!
