What a great location! Kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with cooking gadgets! Needs a little TLC for 4 or more stars. Carpets are stained and dirty, cabinet door fell off hinges and a tile off the wall in the bathroom. That said we’d rent again as the location is great, bedrooms are roomy and kitchen is great!

Had a great time with friends. The condo was rundown and in sore need of updating. We were four guys. It didn't matter. But, others may have different opinions.

Description of property was accurate. Outdated but fully functional. Kitchen was well stocked (lots of plates, cups, silverware, pots/pans, cooking utensils). Was glad to be able to take our dog. Not ideal for small children.

Mock's Amelia Vacations was extremely easy to work with - quick response, clean unit, good pricing, great communitcation. The location of the unit was about the best you can get without being ocean front. The path to beach access was just outside the door and you're on the beach in 4 minutes. The WiFi is great for anyone doing work/school from the beach. The unit is in fact dated and some basic upkeep and maintenance would go a long way if the owners are not ready for a full renovation. Also, the upstairs is about 10 degrees warmer than downstairs in the bedrooms on the back of the house. We weren't able to open the curtains all week as the sun would warm up the room too much.

Condo was nice, well equipped and nice location, beautiful shady pool, had a great time. There was a big plumbing disaster while we were there. Sewage came out of a pipe outside the back door, then the toilet overflowed inside even though no one was in there. The mgmt company sent someone promptly to fix the problem However, they never sent anyone to clean the mess! We cleaned the inside and just lived with sewage outside for the rest of our trip! There were literally turds on the pavement right outside the door where we had to go out to take the trash out. I emailed twice and got no response. Also, the condo stays a good 10-15 degrees hotter upstairs than downstairs. It was very hot to sleep at night. Me and my kids were sweating despite running the AC constantly. The ceiling fan in the master was unusable because it swayed and knocked loudly when in use. The TV in the 2nd king room was just there and plugged in but had NO cable nor was it a smart TV. Not sure how you are supposed to use it. I would not stay here again nor would I rent from MOCK'S Amelia vacations again.
