It was modern, clean, with a practical design. There were places to put your luggage and black out blinds for a good night’s sleep. Right off the interstate. Convenient location to get food.

Super Clean. Nice & easy breakfast. Good price. Comfy bed. Spacious room. New facilities. Braums is in walking distance (right in front of the hotel). Coffee bar with hot water, microwave is open on first floor to use in evening. We didn't use it this time but small outdoor swimming pool looked clean and quiet.
A bit far from downtown (10 min drive) but not too bad. No microwave & coffee in room.

The pool was shaded most of the day and it was so hard to get in and out of the location

Great customer service. Particularly lovely young woman at the front desk both the evening and during the 2nd day of our stay. Loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion. Clean and we ended up in a disability-kind room which was huge!

The hotel has a fresh look and was clean. The host allowed an early check in which was helpful.
The room was quite small and the walls thin. I could clearly hear the guest’s conversation in the next room.

To check-out we have to wait since the person in reception has to clear kitchen stuff. You need MORE personal.

Bright, modern and clean. On major road, close to major highway. Nice large window with a pretty view of the trees behind the hotel.
The room was smaller than any of us had experienced before. Very narrow.

No closets, only a few hooks. Only one chair. Lighting way too bright. Bedside table only on one side. Breakfast/coffee barely edible. Rather than stay here again, I'd pay $20-30 more for a hotel with better amenities.

No longer pet friendly. Blinking smoke detectors in rooms kept 2 of us up all night. Pillows were awefull.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, free breakfast/coffee and accessible to many points of interest in Bentonville (everything is less than 10 mins away). I would book here again.
