4th time staying at the Lodge. Great location - easy to get to the base. Condo was clean and in good condition. Plenty of room for 4 people.

We have stayed here multiple times and have seen the place managed by many different companies. Although things in the unit were ok. The shuttle service gets zero stars out of 5, no cleaning services is not ok. Especially when the stay is longer than 7 days. 5 individual towels for 5 guest is ridiculous. Tiny small samples of shampoo and soap for 7 days just doesn’t work. For the rates that are high we won’t stay again . Zero serviice means we won’t come back. Early check out policy with late check in seems like it’s all about VACASA AND WHAT WORKS FOR THEM. Not good! We understand some short staff issues. Some service elements can be changed to help guests feel more comfortable. Most of all the other guest we encountered absolutely agree with these statements as it was the topic of conversation in the shuttle rides. One thing for sure the shuttle drivers were superb and not a reflection of the horrible dispatch service that made us wait an average of 40 minutes each time

This condo was perfect for our weekend stay. The location is great with just a short walk to the gondola and resort center, the staff was extremely helpful and kind, and the complimentary shuttle service was great for getting around. Would definitely recommend staying at The Lodge to anyone looking for a place in steamboat.

We picked this rental because we thought it was on the edge of woods and meadows as depicted in one of the photos. Instead we had a view of the parking lot garbage dumpsters and a unusable tennis court. We paid a premium for this unit and expected something way nicer. When we complained the management company discounted or nightly rate which was nice. I wouldn’t stay there again unless the price was much lower They did have comfortable lazy boy chairs.

Perfect family weekend

Perfect family weekend

My family and I very much enjoyed our weekend getaway to steamboat. Having a comfortable, clean fully furnished condo to relax in made it even better! Our boys loved the heated pool. We swam for at least an hour in the freezing cold temps! We found the shuttle to the base of the mountain very convienient and the staff were all very friendly! Thank you for everything. We will certainly be back soon!

We had a lovely two week stay in C105, The Lodge at Steamboat. The staff, in particular Juan and Brandon were exceptionally helpful. Brandon spent over an hour correcting the problem with the television reception and Juan helped us unload the car when we arrived. The condo was well appointed with a broad assortment of kitchen tools and made meal preparation easy. It was our second summer in this condo and we will consider a third return;.
