Endless views. Unobstructed ocean front ocean view. Take your Margarita from the kitchen right out the door and onto the beach. Ocean front Gazebo with Adirondack chairs. Just a short walk down the Beach to Fishheads pub on the pier. 1/10th of a mile Walking distance to Jeanettes Pier. 1.7 miles Sleeps 10 6 adults 4 children 2 levels 3 separate living rooms all with big flat screen smart tv's 7 total big screen flat smart tv's High speed internet, WIFI Cell service Keyless entry 4 private bedrooms, Master has a private bath. Level 2 3 bedrooms have King size beds... Ocean front living room, dining room & kitchen Level 1 1 bedroom has 2 bunks 4 beds 2 queen sleeper sofas 2 open living rooms Full bath Laundry Pirates Cove Marina 3.4 miles North Carolina Aquarium 7 miles Nags Head Golf Links 3.4 miles Oregon Inlet Fishing Center 6.6 miles (no need to get up extra early for that drive to go fish.) Outlet Mall 2.4 miles. World Class Owens Restaurant 1.9 miles. World famous Sam & Omies 1.7 miles Wright Bothers memorial 10.5 miles Hatteras lighthouse 1.25 hour drive through beautiful Pea Island National wildlife refuge. Please note that the beach comes and goes with the tide and the storms. We unfortunately do not have control over the access to the beach. Sometimes it is perfect and other times it has a bit of a drop off which can be challenging for our seniors. NOTE: We have added some games and puzzles. We are providing 10 plush beach towels. They are not part of the linen package you will need to launder them if you choose to use them. If they are not laundered and returned to the basket you will incur additional cleaning fees. PLEASE NOTE: Additional feels will be charged if: 1. Food is left in the refrigerator. Outer Banks Food Pantry would love to have unopened food if you cannot take it with you. 2. Cleaning of beach towels that are not part of the linen package. 3. Moving furniture back to its original location. 4. Any other additional work for the cleaning staff. The property is on a beautiful location. Very clean and well kept. If we come back would definitely stay again. The owner was very prompt in resposes and solved minor issues right away.

We had a great time in September Labor Day week trip. You can see beautiful sunrise from the deck or living room every morning and the location is great. Easy access to the beach and fun to walk to Fish Heads (the Fish Heads parking is awful). We were very sad to leave.

We throughly enjoyed the week at Nags Head with our two daughters. Great location, beachfront, but in a more private area. The house was designed to optimize ocean views. Sunsets were gorgeous. Many nearby dining options with good seafood. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely house so much. The location was perfect with panoramic ocean views, a private boardwalk to the beach and a shaded gazebo. It was close to activities and amenities but the area felt very private as well. The beaches were not crowded at all! The layout was great for our family- the lower level with the family room and bunk room was a great hangout spot for the 2 teens with us. The kitchen is compact but offers everything you need to cook a decent meal. Everything is recently updated and in good shape; as pictured in the listing. It was a fantastic stay!

This house is perfect! Was just the right size for 9 of us ages 2 1/2, 5,8 and 6 adults. Location was amazing with the beach right out the back door. Views of the ocean were gorgeous. This house was full of natural light. The open kitchen, dining and living area was wonderful. Beds super comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. very nice deck with covered gazebo to get out of the sun. Nice Adirondack chairs on the deck. Outside shower that was very handy. Would definitely recommend this beach house to others.

The beach access and number of people were great. Not so crowed as major beaches. The water was cool for this time of year but that is the weather. Lots of things to do but not as many bigger choices as most Florida beaches. Restaurants were plentiful. A bit of a wait if you get to the better restaurants after 5:30. Water was rougher than gulf beaches. More a beach lovers spot than entertainment spot verses Virginia,myrtle,Daytona and so forth beaches.

The house was perfect for our family of 8! The bunk room downstairs was perfect for the grandchildren! Unfortunately, the weather was pretty dismal during our stay, but the one nice day on the beach was perfection! Kitchen was great for family dinners in...all the cookware we needed, high end appliances, plenty of counter space. We would definitely recommend!

We stayed here with our two adult sons and their families.. for a total of 8.. which include 2 boys in the teenage category. They had their space downstairs and could also easily come upstairs when they desired to spend time with all of us. It was a great setup. The location was Awesome. The beach and gazebo is every person's dream and a short walk to the Fishing Pier. The house was very clean. The kitchen was updated and easy to use. We had all appliances we needed. One bedroom upstairs lacked a dresser.. which I'm sure was inconvenient for the adults staying there. Better hangers would be great. I think there could have been more pillows and dishtowels and a shovel or large dustpan and broom outside downstairs.. to remove the sand that constantly was blown in front of the door, thus keeping sand outside. It's quite windy here. This property was Awesome and we would certainly.. without a doubt.. rent this house again. Owners were very responsive to any inquiries throughout the year since booking while.. we were anxiously awaiting our vacation. We give this Beachside vacation house a 10 out of 10.. Thank You..

The house has an amazing view which very nearly cannot be beat. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs, all king, and 2 bathrooms, one off one of the bedrooms. There are bunk beds downstairs with another bathroom and two more living areas. The upstairs living area has full doors across with only ocean views - the dunes do not block the view. The deck with gazebo is awesome - we spent most of our time here. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk, although note it’s pretty steep coming back up for anyone with mobility issues. The property is in the quiet end of South Nags Head - there is a public beach access next door but it was very quiet with perfect weather the entire week until Fiona visited on Friday. Beautiful sunrises can’t be matched and the pier is nearby with Fish Heads. Thank you for hosting.

The property is right on the beach. Sliding-glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows run nearly the full back of the house providing spectacular views of the ocean and dunes from living area, dining area and kitchen. A wood deck wraps around the entire house, and from the back deck, the views are postcard perfect. A wood walkway extends from the deck to the beach - only 50 feet or so from the house. A gazebo built onto the deck provides shade during the day and cover during the rain. Just a great place to enjoy the beach.

Property was in a great location to go do things as well as run to the store when needed. Being so close to the beach was awesome especially having 2 kids (4 month old and 3 year old) with us, short quick trip back and forth. Communication with the owners was excellent. House was very clean, no sand was seen or felt on the floors which was impressive being a beach house. Would definitely rent this one again!

This was our second time staying here .. we had a great time this year we had more family with us this go around . The view is breathtaking sadly the replenishment was taking place in front of us as well as others but we utilized the deck and slope off of our dune .to make the best of the last two days .. I am looking for availability next year already but may have to do a fall trip , they are booked most of the summer . .

Beautiful Beachfront Home!
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The deck was great, and the access to the beach was wonderful. The home was beautifully decorated with tasteful beach decor. Like everyone said in their reviews, the beds are so comfortable. Kids area downstairs was nice. The downstairs bedroom needs AC, but there were plenty of box fans to more the air into the room. The only negative thing I can really say is the house needs better clothes hangers...LOL. Otherwise, I totally recommend this house for families!

Great property, absolutely amazing views and location. Very convenient. Not nearly as congested as the northern end of the Outerbanks. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Location
This was my first time using VRBO. The house was as listed and had amazing views. It was well equipped for a rental and very clean and updated. Our favorite spot was on the deck for coffee in the morning and watching the moon over the ocean!

We were blessed to have stayed over a full moon week. Home was adequately equipped and provided a nice variation in areas for everyone to either enjoy time around the table doing puzzles, or having some quiet time in the downstairs family rooms. Perhaps the only suggestion, and a minor one at that, would be for towel hooks versus bars in the bathrooms to allow more space for guests to hang bath towels.
Otherwise we'll be back for sure. And the owners were so pleasant and accommodating to work with, as well as provided great ideas for "things to do and see".
Location was perfect! Far enough from the bustle to be peaceful, but close enough to provide ample food options and things to do.

Amazing
Everything about this trip was amazing. Comfy beds, beautiful renovation, great bunk beds for the kids, views for days and we loved the gazebo and sat there every day. Our 3 kids (8,4,and 23m) had the best time and the house was very safe for them. Looking at going back next year already!

Gorgeous view
This property is amazing! Just a few steps to the beach! The outdoor space is also great for relaxing and listening to the waves. We were so bummed that it’s already booked for next year! Highly recommend this house!

The house is clean and very well maintained. The wrap around deck is awesome for both sunrise and sunsets.

A great house for a family vacation. Our grown children and their children had a wonderful time. House stayed cool with ac even while cooking. Nearby lifeguard was an added plus. Only disappointment was it’s already booked by someone else for next year!
