Come relax on the beach in this newly built waterfront home with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! Built in 2020, this spacious beach house offers a great spot for your next family vacation or beach getaway, where guests can enjoy grilling and dining on the partially covered deck while listening to the waves break on the beach. All bedrooms are on the same floor, with the master bedroom (featuring a king bed) sharing an adjoining full bathroom with one of the guest bedrooms with a queen bed. Across the way, the second two bedrooms each feature queen beds and have a full bathroom set between them. There's room for everyone in this beach home, including the family dog! What's nearby: Grab a beach towel and just step out the back door-you're that close to the beach! This home is also less than four miles from delicious dining options such as Reel Deal BBQ, Islanders, Beached Cafe, and more! Take a day and take a trip on the ferry to visit Fort Morgan Historic Site, which offers more nature areas, a boat launch, picnic area, and beaches for visitors to enjoy. Isle Dauphine Golf Club offers challenging holes in a casual atmosphere, just under five miles away. Things to know: Free WiFi and cable Dog friendly Snowbirds welcome This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Beautiful home with unobstructed beach access. The split bed/bath floor plan is great for two families and both the primary and secondary bedrooms had access to the deck.

You can't beat the location of this spacious house. The views were beautiful, and at the time we were there a large sandbar makes the beach perfect for getting in the water and not worrying about dropping off right away. The house was great and the beds were very comfortable. There were only a few small things that would have made the house perfect, hence the 4 star review, but we would still stay here again.

One of the better homes we have rented throughout the years. I’ve maker gave us a problem on the first night, but other than that it was flawless.

The house itself was nice however upon arrival (we arrived after checkin time, not early) the cleaning lady seemed to be chilling on the back deck with her van blocking the entrance. The floors were Sandy upon arrival. Missing a TV remote, 1 bedroom ceiling fan remote was missing and 1 didn’t work. We were unable to use the bedroom lights or fans in those 2 rooms. I texted the help number and received a instant response the they would get us replacements as soon as possible. We never received them or ever heard another word from anyone other than automated messages.
The mattresses needs replaced.
On a good note it was stocked with plenty of pots, pans and such if you’re into cooking on vacation.

Relax and enjoy! My husband & I came down for our 10 year anniversary with our service dog. This rental unit had everything we needed. The entire back of the home has double doors that open to the ocean & a great sitting area. Plenty of deck for the entire family and a swing facing the ocean. I will mention there were a few items that needed to be taken care of and we messaged Vacasa for reference, they were willing to come and make adjustments the next day but we decided to let it be. I highly recommend Sea La Vie for a relaxing getaway. Visit Captn Snappers while you’re there, it’s delicious! Enjoy !!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for our family get together . The house had everything we needed. Inside and out . The views were stunning , the decks were great for active children to be outside but secure. We will be back.

I hate to give 5 stars, because I am selfish and want it to myself...but this house was perfect for our family and the fur baby... beautiful views, clean beach, easy and relaxing. The house was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was not enough toilet paper, or dishwasher pods for the amount of people we had. No worries it is a great stay ❤️

Not a lot that you could say negative about this place. Perfect for a “larger” group. Location on the west end of the island adjacent to the gulf speaks for itself. All in all….a vacation paradise.

Had large waves that broke through the sand barrier. Had a devil of a time getting it out, then spent most of the next day at the car dealer giving it a once-over to ensure no damage from people helping us pull it out. Property mgt called long after flooding started to warn us about it. We had to keep our car a mile or so away to avoid further flooding. So we felt trapped for a few days since we didn’t have our minivan. Otherwise, great stay - not owner’s or property mgt’s fault, just saying be *very* careful of weather if you have a vehicle with low ground clearance. This flooding issue, including too-late warning call from property mgt, is the reason for 4 and not 5 stars.

This house is very nice. It's on the ocean side and right on the beach (no houses in front of it obstructing the view or access). It's just what we wanted. Many listings say they are "on the beach". But, be careful. Those listings may have several houses between you and the ocean. Or, they may be on the Bay side.

The view was so great! We watched the sunset from the back deck every night. The house was well laid out and the linens and furniture pretty and comfortable. There are no curtains in the living room, which is kind of bothersome when you're trying to watch t.v but we were there to see what was outside so no big deal here. We spoke to several neighbors and did a few excursions and just had the best time. Relaxation is what we wanted and that's what we got!

The ONLY reason this review has a four star overall rating is because of a small incident we had with a construction crew at the property repairing the back steps/deck from Hurricane Ida. Obviously this was not something to be avoided…our only complaint was that we weren’t notified prior to arrival that they would be there during our trip and we had our two young grandchildren. The noise made it difficult for them to take naps and our daughters were a bit nervous to go down to the beach when husbands were not there. However, as soon as I spoke with Vanessa at Vacasa, she contacted the property owner and they were quick to have the construction crew postpone the repairs, resulting in a wonderful experience! The property was beautiful and immaculate, and you could not have asked for a better location! Our family had a wonderful time and we will be back!

We had a great family vacation. The house was incredible. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 children. The bunk bed situation was wonderful. 2 double beds and 2 single bed bunks were great. Would have been nicer had all the beds been king size. Each room size could handle a king bed. The beach access right out the back door was more than you could ask for. Our family is already planning our next visit. The outside swing was great for the adults. Would have been nice to hang up single swings for the children. Communication with the manager was wonderful. Thanks for the fun memories

We really enjoyed this home! It was in the perfect location with its own little slice of ocean and beach in front and was well stocked. I read a lot of reviews before booking and none mentioned flooding. I am not sure if this is common or not but twice during our visit we had to move our vehicle to keep it from sinking in the sand driveway (once you the other end of the island and the second time to a neighbor across the street). We had to load up our vehicle in the middle of the road in 3 inches of water because we couldn’t get into the driveway. Everything else was literally perfect, just wished we had had a heads up about this. We will stay again despite this so it is not a deal breaker for us.
Would love to see dark curtains on the rooms with the sliding deck doors so sleeping in is a little easier.
