About this condo rental
Located in Pahrump, this charming condo for $84 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Prairie Fire Nevada (Front Sight )Training Facility Students / Customers This is a Front Sight Member owned, pet and smoke free property (outside smoking is ok) and I live next door; it is our 2nd building, it is 800 square feet and has been specifically designed to meet the needs of the hard working class attendees. It has more of a cabin style layout and feel, offering a full bathroom, propane forever tankless hot water, full sized laundry washer and dryer, dish washer, small kitchen sink, 24” cabin sized propane stove with oven, full sized refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, and blender. The kitchen has the basic stuff that you need pots, pans, place settings, etc. Our 2nd VRBO building, offers sleeping for four, one queen bed, and a pair of twin XL beds, each with its own useful dresser to put you suit case on. Each bed lamp, desk lamp, and gun cleaning station lamp has a usb port. We also offer a specific work bench, with a very bright led light for cleaning your firearms if needed. There is parking in front for two rigs, and more room in the rear behind gates if needed, just do not block gates or driveways leading to the rear of the property. We have hotel style night safety latches on the exterior doors, smoke and gas detectors for safety. We believe that our Prairie Fire/front sight customers will understand what we offer. There is a shared horse shoe pit in the front yard as well.

This place was nice and clean. The owner responded quickly via text. She was right next door so that was great. This place is for a family if 4, so it was extremely comfortable for 2. Located in a nice place. Very quiet. I would go back there again for sure.

This studio was absolutely perfect for our stay in Pahrump during the Fall Festival . It was extremely clean. The location was only about 10 minutes from Petrack Park. I will keep this location in mind the next time I need a place!

nice open floor plan
The floor plan is well laid out but an open plan for living and sleeping arrangement. Very convenient to have washer and dryer along with a kitchen, we did grill out a couple of times. The floor plan was fine however we will be looking for an enclosed bedroom for my snoring brother in the future, the big bear is just too loud.

Easy to find location with convenient access to town and grocery store. The house was clean and has all the necessary amenities. Our host was responsive and gracious. We would rent again if the opportunity arises.

Perfect for Front Sight Stays
The property manager was extremely communicative. Our stay was perfect for the training that we were doing at front sight. I love the second amendment friendly signs. Also, there were 2 weapon cleaning stations which I thought was very cool. Pretty much everything we needed was already there for us to use. We were very pleased with our state.

Great place, I would rent again. It had everything and more then needed for a week stay.

Charming little home. We were at Frontsight for class and this is a wonderful place to stay, away from the Vegas lights and horrible adverts. 20 min drive to Frontsight. Owners took good care of us. We had a minor issue and the owner came right away to fix the problem. Will absolutely stay again.
