6 Bed Tropical Pool Home - Huge Pool, Jacuzzi, Ping Pong, Foosball, Biggest Yard My wife and I own many vacation rentals in the area. 6 Bedroom, 7 Bedroom homes. Right across from the beach with amazing amenities. Out of all the homes this one is by far my personal favorite. This yard is the best yard of any of the homes in the area. Only two blocks to the beach, it has a huge pool, jacuzzi, grass area, outdoor patio, and everything you need. It is an amazing luxury paradise. Also it is the largest single story home in the area and that works out great because our child is special needs and sometimes grandparents visit who love the single story feature. Also just recently in 2023 the following was installed: -A brand new outdoor gazebo with outdoor kitchen and barbeque and bar area to seat up to 8 people in the backyard with an all weather outdoor television. -New pavers in the backyard with a new fire pit, pool basketball court and outdoor ping pong table -Brand new luxury outdoor polywood all weather outdoor furniture -An indoor movie theater with 110 inch screen in the living room area. It will come down from the ceiling through a retractable screen and has 7.1 all channel surround sound. Enjoy playing ping pong or foosball outside, hopping in the hot tub, or swimming in the huge heated swimming pool. Most pools in the area are less than half the size of this one! They are like Vegas sitting pools. This is a full size swimming pool for all the family or families to enjoy. The house is a perfect blend of luxury and beachey feel. It has six bedrooms and four baths and an awesome kitchen and living room area. Three separate screen doors lead out to the backyard. There are five separate queen and king bedrooms and one bunk bed room with four full beds. It sleeps 18 comfortably. We get a lot of questions about layout of the home so here it is: 1) On one side of the home are two queen bedrooms who both share a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. 2) In the front of the house there is a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that has a shower. 3) On the other side of the home is a king master with ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and a separate shower. 4) In the other area of the home are two bedrooms, a bunk room that has two queen bunks (which is four queen beds), and a queen bedroom. These two bedrooms have a jack and jill bath with a tub/shower combo. These two bedrooms are good for teenagers, kids, or a family that will have kids in one room and adults in the other. There is a separate entrance to this room in the front of the house also. You should see the review book for this house! Everyone, and I mean everyone, who comes here always raves about the yard and loves the tranquility and size and beauty of the backyard. This house is absolutely amazing. Pool heating available upon request for $50 per day. Pack and play and high chair available upon request. REFUND POLICY: If you wish to cancel we will attempt the dates and will refund you what we book it for. With enough lead time we should be able to rebook for 100% of what you paid. VRBO does not enough more than a 60 day window of time for cancellations and within 60 days we may not be able to rebook the exact same timeframe for your reservation. If you need to cancel please make sure to contact us as soon as possible so we can rebook the time period. COVID POLICY: Should the house be unavailable due to a government imposed shutdown, you would get a 100% refund. DAMAGE PROTECTION: There is a $59 fee included in your reservation that covers you up to $1500 in accidental damages. **GOLF CART: We have a fleet of discounted golf carts for our homes. We bought them because rental companies were charging $165/day. We offer them for between $300 and $495 per week (+taxes and processing), depending on time of year. They are six-seater electric luxury golf carts with leather and outdoor built-in outdoor speakers for playing music. If interested, please inquire regarding availability. **Pets: we are open to hosting your furry friends. However, please inquire before booking. Pet fee is $150 per stay. **Travel Insurance for weather is not recommended during June-October season because if there is an evacuation that is the only time they would refund you but if there is an evacuation I would refund you anyway.

Lovely property, clean, well-equipped, great communication with management, and with extra’s including Xmas tree setup and playpen. We had an amazing time, perfect for our family from great grandma to 2 mo old baby, with shared meals, swimming and enjoying outdoor fire pit, grill, ping pong, etc. Indoor spaces roomy and comfy. Would love to stay here again!

The pool and backyard amenities were great. The interior need to be upgraded. Was surprised that master bedroom did not have a clothes closet. Had to use towel racks in bathroom to hang up clothes. The tv in the family room was difficult to use. There were 5 remotes. A handrail would be useful at the hot tub. Otherwise, our stay was enjoyable. Would stay there again.

This rental was more spacious than expected! All the bedrooms were great. Two AC units which really kept the house cool. Everything you needed in the kitchen. The backyard was great! Pool was perfect and we really loved the BBQ grill/bar area. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area. We drove to the beach access rather than walking but the walk would have been doable. But probably not with small children like we had.

We come to Destin every year in September. We've had a variety of homes that we have stayed in but this was the first 1 story home that was big enough to fit our family, and honestly it was perfect because going up and down those 3 stories of stairs gets tiring by the end of the week. This house is very well equipped. There's plenty of pool, beach toys, wagons, umbrellas, etc. Lots of things to do at the house to keep everyone busy if your not a beach person. The walk to the beach was short. The option of the golf cart was wonderful to take to the shops near by.
The only issue we really had was with the AC, it didn't want to keep the house cool during the hottest parts of the day but the house managers was very attentive to send someone out as quick as possible to take a look at it when we notified them. My family really enjoyed our stay. And another quick shout out is to the house keeper. I believe her name is Nancy. She stayed a little later the day of check in to make sure the house was in tip top shape from the previous renters. But still let us unload our vehicles and get settled. We had 5 vehicles and the road is a little narrow so we backed down the road to make getting in and out a little easier. Definitely a great place to stay! We will be back or maybe even checkout one of the other homes the Harleman's have to offer.

This home is in a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach. We had golf cart which added to the enjoyment of the stay. Rooms are spacious and interior decor was beautiful. Kitchen had everything you would need for meals at home. The outdoor back yard is an oasis where we spent most of our time. The pool is perfect size with different floats available. The grill/bar area was large and perfect space for preparing & grilling food. There is an outdoor gas fireplace that we didn't use because of the heat but looks like it would be a great place to chill in the evening.
The management group was very responsive to address anything we needed. Had trouble with the projector but they resolved by next day because a cable was missing. The projector is an added bonus for relaxing in the evening watching a movie. We met the housekeeper who was very friendly & had the house perfect for us.
Highly recommend this location for a family trip.

Our family had a great time staying at this beautiful home. It was close to the beach. Walking was 5 to 7 minutes. We had age groups spanning from 70+ to 2 years and all of us had a great time. We would love to come back and i recommend Michael's place to anyone considering coming to Destin

The house was beautiful and the yard was a huge hit with the whole family. Loved the hot tub, outdoor tv , kids loved making smores on the fire pit. Beds were comfortable, house was stocked well. It is a little hike to the beach. Great family memories were made.

Everyone enjoyed themselves at this home. The house is stocked with most everything you need and has plenty of room for a large family (we had 12). Some suggestions I have are: take your own beach chairs and umbrellas. The pans in the kitchen are well used, if you have a favorite pan at home bring it. The AC had a hard time keeping up during the very hot days we had, and the pool was so warm, it was not fun to use (not the owner's fault..it was hot outside!!). Kind of a longer walk to the beach than I thought it would be, but doable. Hint....if you drive to the Pompano Joe's parking area for the beach, there are lots of free parking spots across the street (a local told us that and we used it). So, don't hesitate to rent this home, you will enjoy it.

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Miramar Beach! The house was perfect for us with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We had 8 adults and 5 kids under 3. The outdoor area was great for our family as we only spent two days at the beach -- the rest of our time was at the house. The pool heater broke while we were there, but Michael totally refunded the payment. The air conditioning quit working too, but Michael had someone there to fix it within the hour. Michael was very helpful and pleasant to work with. In my opinion, the house is a little far from the beach if you want to spend a lot of time there, but the house is so nice you can spend the entire time in the backyard. Our family loved the large dining table, playing games and eating together. The grill and fire pit were a nice touch too. The kitchen is well stocked -- I wasn't missing anything. There were plenty of beach towels. The only thing I missed was my pillow. The bed in the master was so comfortable! It truly was home away from home. I would definitely stay here again!

Would def rec this house to anyone. Great set up and plenty of room for all. Backyard area and open floor plan was highlights. Location is good, just about 7 min walk to beach. Owner and prop manager are both great! Very good communication and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. 10/10.

Everything was great, had some issues with the pool heater, but was handled very efficiently, and professionally, patio furniture needs updated, legs are rusty, but it is a salty environment. There is a lot of building going on in the vicinity.

We really enjoyed this house with 12 total people, including a baby.
There was tons of space for sleeping with a huge bunk room with two sets of bunks beds in it. We most enjoyed all the amenities including a HUGe pool, hot tub, foosball table, ping pong table and a beautiful big backyard for the adults and kids to enjoy!
On the side of the house there were beach and pool items- including a few beach chairs, floats and a wagon to take to the beach.
The kitchen was spacious with a large dinning table for everyone to sit at. And outside included a grill for grilling out.
A few things included with the house- plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies for cooking, plenty of extra beach towels and fun pool floats.
We enjoyed this house very much!

Beautiful beach house a 6 min walk to beach. The house was gorgeous- had everything we needed ! Property manager / owner was quick to respond and manage any issues we had- which was only one they was beyond his control. Our only issue is the cleaning lady was there past our check in time and showed up 2 hours before check out. I understand she had a job to do and she was very kind , polite and courteous but it was a bit uncomfortable. I would absolutely rent this property again !!

This property is perfect for our family. It is one level and since we have a son with special needs we don't have to mess with any stairs. The house is big and the backyard is one of the best in the area. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and foosball table. We had some issues with the refrigerator the first night. They could not get a replacement on Sunday but did bring over a large cooler, ice and a mini fridge so we would not loose the groceries we bought. The refrigerator was replaced on Monday and the rest of our stay was perfect. You will love the proximity to the beach and other restaurants. We rented a golf cart but the beach is only a few minutes walk from the house. When we visit Miramar Beach this will always be the house for our family.

We loved everything about this home. We had four families, and had plenty of space for 7 adults and 8 kids. The communication from Michael and his team was great. We never had to ask for anything, but Michael made sure to reach out to us every couple of days and ask us if we needed anything. The house was spotless when we checked in. The back yard was amazing. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, including spices, crock pots, coffee makers, etc. There were plenty of pool toys, and inflatable to keep everyone happy from ages 2 to 40's. It is a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to a lot of fun things. Pascalli kitchen is a 2 minute drive and had great pizza. There are plenty of places for shopping within walking distance, seafood markets nearby, liquor stores, and an ice cream shop. With fifteen of us there, nobody had a single complaint for our entire stay. I can not say enough good things about this place and the owner. We typically like to go to a new place every time we travel, but we all agreed that this place would be worth another visit...or more. Thank you to Michael and your awesome crew!

This house was perfect for our vacation. We had 10 adults and 9 kids/babies. plenty of room in all the bedrooms, living area And kitchen. Kitchen was the best stocked I've ever rented with pots and pans and even spices. The Pool was an added luxury. Being able to go to the beach or the pool was great. I would highly recommend this house for large families.

The owner was very responsive from day one. We were able to check in right on time with no hassle. The pictures did not do this place Justice ! The rooms were huge and the family living space was much larger than we expected ! The outdoor space was perfect and then some… the walk to the beach was short but we rented a golf cart due to having little ones to take back and forth. Other than a few minor hiccups with the cart police our vacation was perfect .

We showed up at 4:00pm, our check in time and Nancy, the cleaning lady, was still there....cleaning. She said she had been there all day and that the people before us trashed the place. So we stepped in and started helping her because we were 4 families that drove over 14 hours to go on a family vacation and just wanted to relax. She still had a lot to do when we got there... We had 9 children, ages 3-9 with us. The pool lady was also still there. Told us that the pool was cloudy because of the people who trashed it the week before. It was cloudy all week and the hot tub was never really clear either. It had alot of stuff left floating in it.
Our week was nice. The house has enough space for everyone. A little walk to the beach.
Come Saturday, a couple families (including myself, my husband and children) left around 6am. Check out is 10am and a few families were planning on leaving then. Come 8am, Nancy shows up and proceeds to start cleaning in the back yard. IT WASN'T EVEN TIME FOR HER TO BE THERE but she was. She asked my MIL if she could come inside. She told her no. A little while later, Nancy walks through the house (without knocking and after they told her no) to put something in the fridge. Um.....not cool.
I contacted Michael about everything. Expressed my frustration that he didn't even try to compensate us (when you pay over $8,000 for a vacation you have high expectations) for Nancy still being there when we were supposed to have the house or even work with us to make it better. On June 18, he messaged me that "I will call u today to square away."
So folks. That's all she wrote. Or in this matter all he wrote.
Would we stay there again?
No.
We would not.

Great Family Home
Roomy, comfy and great outdoor space. We had 3 families stay with children from infant to 13 years old. Plenty of space, beds and baths. The outdoor space with pool, hot tub and gaming areas were perfect. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Highly recommend if traveling with families.

Very clean, and well furnished house with great pool, hot tub and very close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time with a large group of friends ranging from 5 to 65! Definitely something for everyone, the back yard set up is great with foosball, ping pong and swimming pool! We didn’t use the hot tub much but it would be better in winter months. Nancy was great and prompt, Miguel was awesome as well when we didn’t think the fridge was working he was there in a heart beat! Thank you and highly recommend!
