After spending a day on the ocean beach nearby, you can unwind with a glass of wine on the covered deck and take a soothing soak in the luxurious jetted tub in the master suite. What’s nearby: This villa is located near the banks of the Folly River, just half a mile north of the ocean beach and the famous Folly Beach Pier. Center Street is only three blocks away, allowing you to easily peruse the selection of restaurants, cafes, shops, and recreational outfitters downtown. The heart of Charleston is 12 miles north, where you can explore the city's centuries of history and dine on some of the best Southern-inspired cuisine in the United States. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen Streaming capabilities (Hulu/Netflix), but no cable The community pool is open from April until October This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina, LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This property has a pretty good location on Folly beach but it’s not well maintained. Toilet seat was broken, shower door was off the track and dirty, holes in the walls, shower curtain was stained on main floor.
Property was surface cleaned but looked to not have had a deep clean in a long time. Our linens were dirty and the property wasn’t real clean when we arrived so they sent cleaners out again the next day but the property really needs a good deep clean and many maintenance issues fixed.
When we pulled up to the property we thought we were at the wrong address because there was a box of overflowing trash out front with a horrible odor coming from it. It had an old dishwasher, rug and no telling what else in it.

My family and I stayed here for vacation, and the location was perfect! Great views of the bay, and not a far walk from the beach and downtown. The inside was nice, only some dishes that were dirty and the trash left a mess in the garage, but the host was great about responding and helping out.

This was a quick trip w kids and grandparents. It was wonderful. The location was great because close to all but in a quiet spot. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

We have vacationed in Folly for about the last 10 years, and this was by far my favorite rental. It was clean, nice, plenty of bathrooms (with teens that’s key 😂), great location, and easy parking. We had two porches which we used a lot, and did plenty of waking everywhere because we were so centrally located. There’s access to a pool, and crabbing docks. It was, in a word, perfect!! And check in was super easy, as was the check out process. 5 stars!!

We decided to come to Folly, SC for some rest and relaxation and we got exactly that! The home was nice, clean, and spacious. The only thing negative was the linen was completely clean, we just washed them before going to bed. The last night neighbors occupied the home next door and you could hear the entire conversations. The walls are paper thin.

Cute place and super clean! My mom and sisters enjoyed staying here. We liked how there is a bedroom on the main floor and the others are upstairs. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evenings. Thank you for a memorable stay.

It was me, my partner, and my 3 youngest sons (and one brought his girlfriend). We spent the holiday weekend at Turtle Bay. The condo was nicely decorated, clean, and roomy enough for the 6 of us. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the dock, coffee in the morning on the screened in patio, and soaks in the jetted tub in the master. Vacasa was very responsive to texts. Having the garage was nice in order to leave sandy beach toys/chairs. Close enough to walk downtown or to the beach. We all had a fantastic time!

The villa was perfect for our family of five. The villa looked just like the pictures. It was clean. Best part was the convenience of walking into town and the walking path we found going to the beach.
The boat dock was nice, too, for sunsets and fishing. Definitely would recommend this villa/

The property was pretty much as described, clean and convenient location, but there were some surprising issues when we entered the house. Whole in the kitchen ceiling, broken garage door, and shower door off track. Vacasa was quick to respond and rectify the issues. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Great stay at a cute condo. We have a 1,3, and 5 year old. The twin beds were great for the 3 and 5 year old and the condo had a pack and play for the baby (we brought our own, but they already had one there-so if traveling with infants no need to haul your own). The pool was small but perfect for our family. You drive through a not-so-great street on the way to the condo, but the condos themselves are very safe and nice. We rented a golf cart and had easy access to the beach and center street restaurants and shops. Would stay here again.

Our place was very nice and well equipped. with the basics. The place was clean and the staff at Vacasa was extremely helpful. My only issue was that we wish the place was slightly closer to beach, but that was on us. The area was peaceful and we would go back.. Its hard to find a place that is reasonably priced and is well represented in pictures.

Pro tips: Rent a golf cart to haul your stuff to and from the beach and cruise around the island. For those with young kids, there are different two playgrounds within a short golf cart ride.

Walking distance to the beach, pool on the property and lovely screened porch. Only negative would be that it says no pets (which is one of the reasons I selected this house since me, my parents and kids have bad allergies) but there was dog hair all over the place (especially living room and outdoor furniture) and dog toys were also in a basket in the living room. Overall we would highly recommend this place just wish they would disclose a pet has been there.

Great Condo, Could Be Cleaned Better
Overall our stay in this condo was great. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. A small but nice pool. A garage with beach chairs to use. The only downside is that I don’t think the place was cleaned very well before our stay. Especially in COVID times like now this is more important than ever. Some of the high touch areas like light switches were still dirty like someone had food on their hands when they touched them. I loved the place but I think a more thorough cleaning would go a long way with guests.
