We love Pavilion Watch because once you park your car, you can easily walk to the pier, many restaurants, and, of course, the beach. The condo was clean and comfy.

We loved the condo! Very spacious, clean, we loved waking up drinking coffee and watching the ocean! Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance(very close).

Me and three of my friends came down for a long weekend. We loved the condo! Very spacious and excellent location for food, bars, and entertainment. It also doesn't hurt to wake up, sit on the balcony and watch the ocean! Would definitely stay here again.

Good , quick response time with property manager. My dilemma was the room number....looked like 31 when actually 3I (3i)....but CAPS were used so...confusing at check in.

We had inadequate cooling for the unit as the air conditioning was broken

Let me start with the Condo, amenities, furniture and the view was all great. Upon arrival the ac unit was not working there was a floor ac unit that had been put in by maintenance the week prior but did not cool the condo. It took 2 days of calling the office as they acted like they had no clue of the issue. Finally the maintenance person can and said the unit had went out a week prior and the hvac company had parts on order. We asked to be moved as it was 86 degrees in the condo. 2 days later the maintenance person came with another floor unit and fans after we daily called the office. We did get some money back for our trouble but wish the unit worked or they would have moved us prior to arrival since they knew the ac was not working then this would have been a 5 star review.

We loved the location and ease of walking the downtown folly beach restaurants, shops and pier. The view was great for being one street off the beachfront.
Only critique would be the bath cabinets were peeling and carpet needs replaced. Did not stop us from really enjoying our family get together!

The location was surrounded by many bars restaurants and shops for tourists. Only a short 25 minutes drive to charleston. A condo was in great condition everyone had their own space as well as their own bathroom. Love the living room and absolutely loved the balcony which provided a great view of the ocean. Would stay there again and would highly recommend. Parking was easy and we had a space for our car with no problem.

The location was surrounded by many bars restaurants and shops for tourists. Only a short 25 minutes drive to charleston. A condo was in great condition everyone had their own space as well as their own bathroom. Love the living room and absolutely loved the balcony which provided a great view of the ocean. Would stay there again and would highly recommend. Parking was easy and we had a space for our car with no problem.

Anytime you’re across the street from an ocean front tiki hut, it’s gonna be a good stay! Great location and close to everything. Big balcony. Great view of the ocean.

Perfect location, clean & spacious. Only suggestion,
A few beach chairs or supplies would be nice if kept in the unit. We left 2 Beach chairs for the next renters . Maybe a few Beach towels.
Ac wasn't working but they had a tech out immediately and had portable units ready to go. Ty

Parking space not located under building, had to text to find out where it was located and instead of answering the question I got a "rude" text telling me that I could not park in it until it was check in time--wasn't asking that was just trying to get our ducks in a row for check in time, finally was able to find out that the parking space for that unit was located at the other end of building 2, not a big deal just could have made that a note in the check in paper work to save guest time.
Remote for guest room TV was not in the room and was not located until almost check out time when we were doing our final walk through--rule listed in the "Rule" book that nothing was to be moved from room to room even bath towels were to be left in the floor for "inventory" or there would be a charge. So many rules and notes posted all over the unit that it felt like a jail, literally was afraid we were going to put the butter knife in the wrong drawer and be charged. Location was very nice, beds were comfortable, unit was clean inside but the outside door was disgusting, bath cabinets were falling apart and several of the outlets did not work and some were coming out of the wall.

We enjoyed our stay. We were there for a quick weekend. Location is perfect to downtown FB, the beach, and Burt’s. The unit itself is a great layout but needs some TLC… paint, porch cleaned, new furniture, and minor fixes in the bathrooms. Overall a nice stay.. Not a place I would stay a week but a quick weekend yes….

The condo location was great, but the furnishings were mix matched as if the owners went to a garage sale to furnish. The bedding in my bedroom was ripped, and there were many other substandard features. This condo needs to be completely remodeled. For the price, it was a disappointment. I would not choose this unit again.

Overall this was a great stay and the facility was nice. Only issues I had were the parking spaces for this unit are not correctly labeled and the broiler area of the oven was not very clean at all.

The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is the patio furniture really needed updated, the parking space was hard to find as there were no instructions as to where it was located. Finally found it under building 1 instead of 3 and the air co do too er really struggled on 90 degree days to keep the condo cool.

The location was great for beach access and food options were easily in walking distance. The unit was clean and had everything needed to enjoy the stay. It can get warm during the day but the secondary air conditioner in the living space definitely helped keep it cool until outside temperature subside. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reasonable place on Folly.

Five of us stayed at this unit and there was plenty of space to spread out. The location was easy walking distance to the beach and the shops/restaurants, which was awesome. Covered parking is under the building so you don’t have to pay for parking. The condo itself was nice, but needs some TLC. Some of the cabinets were worn and a fresh coat of paint would make it look so much better. The furniture and beds were comfortable. We cooked several meals in the kitchen with no issues. They only provide one kitchen towel and no pot holders, so note that if you want to use the oven. The garbage disposal and hallway tub faucet were both broken upon our arrival and Vacasa addressed both issues immediately. There was also low water pressure every day. We informed Vacasa and they tried to help with the issue (it wasn’t just our unit) so we just dealt with it. We’d definitely stay here again.

Door hinges leading out to the balcony were almost rusted off as well as the AC vents were rusting as well. The door knob to the master bedroom was loose and hanging off. These were all very minimal things and we would definitely stay here again!

But if you’re looking for somewhere to stay that’s within walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, and the beach—then this is PERFECT. The beach access is right across the street. We parked our car and didn’t drive it again for the entire time we were there. We loved being able to walk to everything. The porch has a beautiful view!

If you’re looking for a shiny, new apartment—this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for somewhere to stay that’s within walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, and the beach—then this is PERFECT. The beach access is right across the street. We parked our car and didn’t drive it again for the entire time we were there. We loved being able to walk to everything. The porch has a beautiful view!
