Fully renovated in 2015, this third-floor condo at the Sea Cabin Villas enjoys a wonderful oceanfront location just across the dunes from Isle of Palms' sandy beach. No matter how you spend your days on the coast, you'll come home to a shaded balcony with a view of the water, a community outdoor pool and fishing pier, and a great location in the very heart of Isle of Palms. Whether you're planning to surf or sunbathe, you'll enjoy being mere steps from the beach at the Sea Cabin Villas. Stroll down Ocean Boulevard to find all sorts of beachy cafes, eateries, and shops, or catch some live music or a beach volleyball tournament at The Windjammer. Bring a picnic to the Isle of Palms County Park next door, rent stand-up paddleboards or book a charter at the Isle of Palms Marina two miles east, or head into downtown Charleston to savor the city's incredible cuisine and culture (13 miles west). THINGS TO KNOW Construction is currently ongoing in certain areas at the Sea Cabin Complex. We apologize for any inconvenience. The project should be completed by March 2023. Access to coin-operated laundry facilities on-site. No elevator; there are stairs to access this third-floor villa. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina, LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Dock details: Pier Behind Sea Cabins Code Provided for Guests Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Property was clean and it was in great location. Elevator would have been nice since hard to carry luggage up 3 flights.

Lovely upgraded kitchen & bath, nice decor, kitchen well stocked. Nicest Sea Cabin we've stayed in overall.
Bathroom needs hooks for hanging towels/clothing. Living room tv far too small and not a smart TV ( Xfinity cable was disappointing, & no Netflix Amazon, etc capability). Wifi was excellent, so we streamed Netflix on my laptop. Bedroom needs blackout curtains or shade to block the outside floodlight glare.
And housekeeping needs to NOT pile spare comforters on top of the bedroom cable box...blocked vents can kill the box or cause a fire!

Only problem is that the directions to turn on the shower are wrong. We actually thought it was broken. My daughter figured it out the 2nd day. Maintenance man said it happened before

I've stayed at other condos in this condo community and I would say that this one is more updated than most. Great location right on the beach with ocean views. There is also a pool and laundry on the property also. Walking distance to restaurants and bars.

The property was clean and check in was easy. The complex was clean and the security guard was friendly and helpful. The property was oceanfront which was great as we spent 5-7 hours ar the beach and were able to take bathroom breaks and grab lunch. The property was close to restaurants that were easy to walk to and the restaurants were good! We are ar Lawrence’s, Coconut Joes and IOP pizza. Overall great location and great experience!

We absolutely LOVED our cabin with the PERFECT VIEW OF THE OCEAN and Pier where I hope to have my ashes spread to the wind there when I leave for my heavenly home.

Things are broken, dusty, smudged, grimy, and the building is run down. We had trouble getting in—had to call—and there were large parties. It was not worth what we paid.

Sea Cabin 342-C was wonderful! Everything was clean, stocked and comfortable! The patio was terrific with great ocean views and we loved listening to the waves! Only issue is having to carry all your stuff up to the third floor and then down when you leave.… no elevators.

Our family stayed for a long weekend. The condo is located on the Sea Cabins property and is within a 5 min walk to a gas station, park, and several restaurants. The condo was fairly clean and has a nice balcony facing the pier and ocean. The areas of improvement would be to fix the sliding screen door to the balcony as it was a hassle to use. The bedding was also very uncomfortable. The mattress in the bedroom is folding/collapsing in the middle and needs to be replaced as it caused back pain. The bed in the hallway was also uncomfortable and my teen had to sleep on the couch because the mattress had no cushioning or give to it. It’s a nice unit but the bedding needs work.

Loved the bathroom! Condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. The location is awesome. We walked to dinner most evenings. Ideal condo for a couple spending 2-4 nights. More than 2 people would be cramped. Only downside was there is no elevator. Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay and would book here again for sure!

Also, the shower was difficult to figure out how to use. Lastly, checkout was too early at 10am and having the cleaning crew banging on our door at 9:15am was unacceptable. We likely will look elsewhere for our next visit.

I would recommend bringing your own amenities ( shampoo, trash bags) since what is provided is not very generous. Always pleased with my stay at Sea Cabins.

Easy access to the beach. It's a short drive to downtown Charleston and other historic sites. The check in process was a little ackward as it is offsite but not that far and not a big deal. Overall we really enjoyed the stay!
