With a gorgeous corner position in the oceanfront Sea Cabin Villas, this third-floor condo enjoys breathtaking views of the beach, the dunes, and the Atlantic Ocean. The perfect spot for a small family getaway, this condo includes a private balcony, community access to an outdoor pool and fishing pier, and an ideal location next to all the shops and eateries in the heart of Isle of Palms. This beachfront complex is ideal for those interested in surfing, sunbathing, and taking long walks on the beach. Stroll down Ocean Boulevard to shop and dine in the downtown area of Isle of Palms, or catch some live music at The Windjammer nearby. Rent jet skis or paddleboards at the Isle of Palms Marina (two miles east), sit down for a meal to remember in downtown Charleston (13 miles west), or take a quick trip over to Shem Creek in Mount Pleasant (seven miles inland) to enjoy a beautiful sunset on the water. THINGS TO KNOW Construction is currently ongoing in certain areas at the Sea Cabin Complex. We apologize for any inconvenience. The project should be completed by March 2023. Access to coin-operated laundry facilities on-site. No elevator; there are stairs to access this third-floor villa. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina, LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Dock details: Behind Sea Cabins Code provided for guests Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Long weekend to get away! December is a perfect time to travel and stay on IOP and glad we chose to stay here.

The condo was clean and mostly as expected. The view from the balcony was spectacular and it was a few steps from the beach. The 42 steps up to the condo got a little old but we knew there was not an elevator. The bedroom was tight and not real comfortable. It was a nice trip

The view is spectacular! The condo was 4 star clean. But, it lacked things to make it feel like home. For example: extra blankets (only 1 supplied & it's on 1 of the beds); some basic kitchen supplies like salt & pepper, and nothing extra like coffee & tea, etc.; and games. No personal touches.

This unit was small but really nicely done. It had an incredible view of the beach and we watched the sunrise right from the balcony while sipping our coffee every morning! Super location within an easy walk of all the shops and restaurants .

This is our second year at the Sea Cabins. We very much enjoyed it both times and have made reservations to come back next year. The condos are a bit dated but clean and provide everything needed. The location os outstanding to the beach and the town, restaurants, etc.

The view is amazing! We had several maintenance issues with the toilet and the kitchen sink that did not get resolved.

Overall this was a nice place to stay. Could use some TLC as there were several items that need maintenance. First impression when we went in was a strong musty smell but didn't notice so much after opening the window and door. Comforter and slip covers on the sofa and chair could use a good cleaning as they were stained. Now to the maintenance issues. First the mirror in the entrance was broken and missing some of the glass, the kitchen undermount sink was half falling off from the countertop and we almost got stuck in the bathroom as the handle and strike plate on the door make it very difficult to open the door.
With a little bit of TLC I would recommend this to others.

The location was absolutely perfect! The room was nice. There were plenty of pillows and blankets. During our second day, the beach access code we were given did not work. It took about 30 minutes to have someone help me. The code changed overnight and we were not told. Overall, we really enjoyed sea cabins.

We've stayed at the Sea Cabins twice before and were delighted to get this unit this trip, it has the best beach view of all of them. The condo was exactly as described, nothing more or less.
What kept it from being a perfect stay were the many deferred maintenance items that weren't enough to call for service, but were certainly NOT worth $250/day for 1BR/1Ba.
The slider to the deck was almost impossible to open, the toilet ran noisily, continuously, there were multiple lights burned out (mainly appliances), the HVAC fan noisily, continuously, you get the idea.
Vacasa service was great, check in and out was seamless, every communication was helpful and attentive to our needs.
We understand it's the end of the season and the elements take a toll. And, we'd love to stay here again, but you really need to fix the door, the toilet, and the HVAC at the least. Thanks for listening.

The condo was very nicely decorated and perfect for 2 people. The balcony was awesome. We watched the sun rise and had a great view of the ocean and beach . When it was too windy just moved our chairs. Close to restaurants and bars. Very relaxing stay! We really enjoyed it!

Wow! What a great location! This is an end unit on the 3rd floor right on the beach. Unit has a balcony perfect for checking oout the waves. We didnt need our beach cart being so close, we carried all our stuff in one trip. We were able to walk to our surf lesson! Walk to great restaurants, ice cream and beach shops. Grocery store is walk-able, but we drove so not to carry everything home. Bonus was an amazing lightning storm we got to watch. 25 minutes to the ferry to the fort and french quarter.

Fantastic ocean view condo. I would consider it ocean front Good for 2-3 people. Kitchen is a good size and has most everything. Clean and beautifully decorated. Will stay again.

The unit ran a little warm, but stayed comfortable despite being early June. There are absolutely no other complaints. The villa had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The beautiful ocean view and convenient beach access were the highlights of our stay. We enjoyed pier fishing and walking to the nearby restaurants that are staples of IOP. Can't wait to book this unit again!

We could even open the side window and have a breeze blow through - it was fantastic. My ONLY complaint was that the outside lights shown right into the bedroom window (nice for security - not so good for sleeping). I nice set of blackout blinds would be nice.

This was the PERFECT unit for us... top floor corner facing East gave is beautiful sunrise views. Loved sitting on the balcony with my coffee in the morning! We could even open the side window and have a breeze blow through - it was fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked with essential supplies and has nice finishes. The bathroom needs an update to be on the same level as the kitchen, but it was clean and functional. Storage is not plentiful but adequate. Due to the size, I would recommend this rental for a couple or a couple traveling with a small child or two. The hall bunks are so cute! They are narrow and would not accommodate an adult well. The condo has convenient pool, beach and laundry access. Plus, there are multiple restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this rental again.
