We were very disappointed to find out that the master bed was completely broken and unusable. To make things worse, it seems they knew it was broken and tried to cover it up but placing a paint bucket under the bed to hold up the frame. When we contacted Vacassa management, they gave us the run around and never showed up to fix it. We requested a partial reimbursement and have gotten the run around again. Needless to say, we would not recommend staying at this location or any vacassa managed property.

Words cannot express how impressive this location is. It simply cannot be beaten. I looked up and down the South Carolina and Georgia coast for something on the beach and this is literally the best one that is ACTUALLY ON THE BEACH. You want ocean sounds? You got 'em.
The best part about this stay was it being the off-season. The sun rose on your left and set on your right, covering the balcony the entire time. Despite it being only a high of 55, reading in the sunshine on the balcony was the highlight.
There is an elevator super close to the room, there are carts available to transport things up and down, and parking was super easy. I couldn't believe my luck.
The furniture was comfortable, the water pressure was great and the cleanliness was top-notch.
The only downside I experienced was the home not coming equipped with parchment paper or aluminum foil and the king bed in the master bedroom is sloped (likely due to heavy weight being in the center of the bed over the course of a long time). There likely will not be enough hot water to fill the tub, either, but that is not a worry.
During my stay, there was some unfortunate construction taking place in the next room over that elicited some horrible sounds, but the property managers have been super accommodating.
Parking pass pickup was really easy. Access was simple and easy. Comfort was 100/100. Views were the best I've ever had. Wi-Fi did leave some things to be desired, but it did not matter that much.

My family and I stayed here for a short visit. We loved the condo itself. Great location and beautiful! My only complaint was the WiFi. It did not connect well and unfortunately I have the kind of job that requires me to work, even on vacation. Otherwise we will return back!

Just got home from staying a week at the ocean villas. The apartment was conveniently located with amazing views.

We stayed in the Condo for 2 nights and were so disapointed as there were construction workers working on the roof right above our condo (with a crane) until 430pm each evening and the construction started at 730 am each morning we were there. It was so loud there was no way you could sleep or even sit out on the balcony while they were working. We tried to sit on the balcony to drink our coffee but debris was falling in our coffee and we could actually see the workers from the balcony. The noise was so loud at times we couldnt have a conversation on the balcony. We complained to the management company who wasnt very responsive, althugh they did offer to refund us 10% of the cost of the 2 nights. When we werent satisfied with this they offered a 20% refund. Its been over 2 weeks and I still havent seen the refund. There were signs around the property saying they would be doing construction during our stay, but the managment company did not inform us of this when we booked the property. The condo is in a great location and was nice and clean, but we were so disapointed with the noise that was there the duration of our stay.

Condo was really clean with great location to Folly Beach restaurants, shops, bars and more. Beautiful oceanfront view! Property manager was easy to deal with. My sisters and I truly enjoyed the condo and the area.

Loved the unit, the location, and especially the view. Booking, check in, and check out all went smoothly. When one minor issue arose, I called the toll-free number and they fixed it over the phone in two minutes.

We loved our stay at this property! Nothing better than waking up to see and hear the ocean. The unit was clean and had everything you could think of. The process of checking in and checking out was easily explained ahead of time. We would stay again.

Loved how close this property is to the beach. Didn't have to lug all our beach gear far. Also could walk into town for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Location is awesome. If you want beach front,.depending on the tide, you can't get any closer.

We loved the condo.
We did have one adult who had to sleep on a twin bed, and both of the twin beds are extremely uncomfortable. I’d try to put at least one hood mattress in that room.
Also the tub/shower in both baths had standing water ankle deep every time you shower.
The master was great! Everyone wanted to use that shower.

Our overall vacation was great but some conditions with the unit could have been better. Upon arrival we noticed the front door glass was cracked/broken. It had a sheet over it to protect folks from seeing it or making it worse. After entering the unit we noticed a few more things. There was an exposed outlet with no cover in the guest bedroom. This was a safety hazard for our little girl. There were blinds missing in the master bedroom. For an ocean front room that gets extremely bright sun in the morning this was disappointing. Most or all of the air conditioning vents were very dirty and had lint buildup. The ceiling above the master shower had drywall and paint chips hanging due to condensate. I notified Vacasa of all of these issues. The response I got was an apology and that they wpuld notify the hlmeowner hope. I was expecting at least a phone call to discuss these issues in detail. Upcoming visitors should be aware of these issues before making a reservation for a premium condo.

Perfect location, close to the pool and ocean. Very disappointed in the kitchen, stove was pitiful, The baking sheet was huge, no potholders just those rubber things, One kitchen towel, Very limited flatware.
Water pressure was low throughout the whole villa. If you took a shower in the morning and anyone was sleeping the pipes made noises.
The rugs was nasty .

The condo was spacious, mostly clean (my granddaughter found a few goldfish under the couch), comfortable, and a great location. We used the kitchen for breakfast and snacks and it was well stocked. We had a rainy day and played a few of the games, so thank you! The beds and furniture were comfortable and the sound of the ocean from the master bedroom helped me sleep! The condo is right on the ocean and the views are incredible. We received door codes and all instructions needed before we checked in, which was great.
The condo was undergoing some maintenance while we were there. There was power washing going on right outside of our door and my granddaughter's bedroom for 2 days starting at about 7am, which was pretty loud. Good thing she is a good sleeper and we are early risers! The closest elevator was also shut down a day into our stay, so we had to use the stairs or walk to the further elevator. We understand these things need to happen to keep the building in good shape, it just would have been nice to know before we booked.
Overall, if we were ever in the area again, we would stay again.

We went in offseason and it was chilly, however the view was excellent, the town was welcoming, and the home was clean, welcoming, and perfect for our family. Excellent place!

It was a really nice location in Folly. Close walk to everything and having a pool was nice for kids. Needs to upgrade the shower and some minor improvements such as ceiling chipping and needs a fresh paint job.

We particularly loved the location, which was right on the ocean, actually stunningly close. The condo was beautifully furnished. Very tasteful. The balcony was enormous.
It should be noted that the building is showing some age. However, other than a window blind that wasn't working properly, the interior was clean and very nice. It is a bonus that downtown is completely walkable from the unit. There's plenty of covered parking available as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location and the layout of the condo. Unfortunately cleanliness is not their #1 priority. Took pictures and sent to them. Appliances were filthy, and dishwasher was broken. thankfully we did not need to use but was worried of bugs from it. Mattresses were definitely old in all the rooms. If properly maintained it would be a gem!

We loved our first visit to Folly Beach and I think largely due to this condo location. Top floor and we spent a lot of time on the deck It was great to have the birds come up from below or fly just over our heads. It was so peaceful to sit on the deck with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Daytime was fun to have a birds eye view of beach and surfers. The condo was clean, roomy, nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one might need to prepare meals and having laundry right there was so convenient. There were grocery carts for getting all our stuff up the elevator in one trip. Loved that elevator was so close to condo and beach access was RIGHT there....we would pop down several times a day for beach walks when we didn't want to "set up camp" The pier is really close and while under construction right now mildly disappointing, the gift shot and restaurant are open and could sit on the deck. SO much within walking distance we only used car once to take a daytrip to Charleston.

Beautiful views. Easy access to pool and ocean. Great location to restaurants and shops. All within walking distance. Our unit was very nice and comfortable. Would definitely visit again!
