sliding patio door would not shut and needs to be repaired; small ants all over counters in kitchen; cable TV not the best and recommend getting a soundbar since TV speakers sucked. Master bedroom TV did not function.

I loved the condo. The condo was modernized. It was spacious for my family. We walked in and I felt at home. A washer/dryer was in the unit, along with dishes, pots and pans, towels, seasoning, tea. As well as other essential items one might need but not bring on a trip. The condo was walking distance to the beach and very close driving to Cannery Row.

The apartment was comfortable and clean.

Someone came unannounced to try to paint the bathroom.
