Main Level: Kitchen/Living/Dining: The Kitchen and Living room in this home are the ideal places for people that love hosting. With more seating in the Living room then you will probably have bodies and recently updated amenities in the Kitchen. Everything you could desire to host a get together is in this home. The Dining table sits between the kitchen and the Living area. Off the living area is a game table for card or board games. Bedroom: The large primary bedroom is located on the main floor of the house with a King-sized style bed and an En Suite. Upstairs: The loft is located upstairs and houses a Queen sized bed as well as a full bath. The two upstairs bedrooms are located in rooms on either side of the loft with a Queen sized bed in one and a set of Pyramid style Bunk Beds in the other. Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf. *All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Guests are to report any needed repairs to such items.
