About this house rental
Nestled in Surfside Beach, this attractive house for $394 per night is a great option for your next vacation. NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY CHECK-INS. Owner DOES NOT allow BBQ pits at this home. 1 King, 1 set T bunk beds, 1 Q bunk bed. Maximum of two pets allowed - not to exceed 40 lbs each (with deposit). This beautiful beach front home has a fantastic view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This three bedroom is fully furnished and comes with a fully furnished kitchen. Laundry is included in the rental. You and your family will enjoy your stay at Surfside Beach which has been named Best Gulf Coast Town by Gulf Scapes Magazine. Renter must furnish their own paper supplies (including toilet paper) trash bags, cleaning supplies and laundry/dish detergents.

Interior looks like it was recently painted, very clean. TVs and internet on Xfinity, worked well. Great view of the beach, beach walkway is just one property over, easy to get to. This part of Surfside Beach allows car parking on the beach. Plenty of room for our seven.

Right on the beach!
We enjoyed our stay at Casa Del Sol! Just a few steps to the beach! Living area, master bedroom, and deck have a wonderful view of the gulf, and neighborhood beach access is only one house over. House was well cared for, clean, and comfortable. Pots and pans were in bad shape, but at checkout I mentioned it and they said they will be replaced. One burner of the stove is missing a part and not useable, but other 3 worked fine. Some dishes & silverware were a little dirty, so we washed before using. Communication with property management was excellent. Cleaning requirements were not bad, but you do have to make and strip beds, sweep & vacuum, and take out all trash. Be sure to bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, salt & pepper, and bottled water for cooking & drinking. There is hand and dish soap, but you need to bring laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and any other cleaning supplies. Beds, couches, and table/bar offered plenty of space for all 8 of us. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!
The house was not what we expected at all. The stove didn’t work properly at all. One of the windows in bedroom was broken an wouldn’t shut, and bugs would get in. The house was not clean had to do that when we got there. The beach was not clean and way too many all night parties.
