Spinnaker's Reach is an exclusive beach home neighborhood where families and friends make memories year after year so... Get away from it all at Kokomoe! Kokomoe is a 3rd-row oceanside duplex only one street away from the ocean. Complete with exterior elevator, golf cart, community pool, community beach access, and bath house, community sound access- your days at the beach are bound to be a breeze of enjoyment! Your family can take advantage of delivery services nearby for groceries or meals or use the fully stocked kitchen and gas grill. As you walk into the ground level of Kokomoe you will be welcomed into a tiled entry that accesses a laundry room with full-sized washer/dryer as well as the bunk room that offers a guest room with a twin/double bunk bed and a private bath. The exterior elevator is also available from the ground level which will stop at each level for ease of access. The second level of the home offers 3 bedrooms. There is a primary suite complete with a king bed, soaking tub, standing shower, and a private balcony at the end of the hallway. The other guest rooms are comfortably furnished with queen beds and share the hall bath. One of the light-filled queen guest rooms has a private balcony overlooking the community. As part of the Spinnaker’s Reach Fresh Bed Promise all of the bed linens are laundered in between guests, even the comforters. The spacious third level of the home is full of sun and color and happens to be where all the memories are made! This area is a fantastic open floor plan where everyone can be part of the fun. Whether you are interested in sitting back and watching a movie on the smart TV, surfing the web (high-speed wifi included), or preparing a delicious family meal, the conversation can easily flow throughout the space. If a little solitude is what you want, simply slide open the doors to the furnished deck to sit back, relax, and listen as the waves roll in. The guest room on this level offers two twin beds and a bathroom that is also shared by guests as they are on this floor. Active or Retired Military? Ask about the discount for full week rentals- Thank you for your service! The beach access and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This would be approximately a 5 minute walk from Kokomoe or an even faster golf cart ride! There is parking for the cart at the beach access. This house was really nice located in a beautiful neighborhood. Private, but close to shopping. Golf cart was an added bonus to driving down to the beach. Pool was nice, although we spent most of our days at the beach! Definitely would come back after Covid restrictions are lifted to take the ferry to other parts of the area. Personally would reconsider renting a duplex, neighbors could be heard every night after hours. Emerald Isle is a gem!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kokomo. The bedrooms are roomy and the living area has everything one might want (including a table just the right size for our jigsaw puzzle). My only issues were that the golf cart did not work reliably so we didn't use it and the items in the kitchen were poorly organized and inadequate. We made do though.

Amazing! The bright colors of the house make you feel like you're instantly on "island time". Soothing sounds of the ocean breezes and waves crashing made it hard for us to pack up. Love riding the golf cart around the neighborhood.

Bright cherrful ocean property - we felt right at home here! We loved the convenience of Kokomoe! We had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone!! We loved having the beach and pool/bathouse so close! We caught the ocean breeze on the deck as we enjoyed lunch or evening chatter. The golf cart was a great plus. Family memories were made and we'll be back for more.
