About this condo rental
Ski On-Ski Off!! Cozy-Beautiful mountain themed decorated condo is in the heart of Sunrise at Bear Mountain in Killington VT. The updated kitchen has beautiful wood floors, featuring brand new top of the line stainless steel appliances. The main focal point in the living room is a massive wood burning brick fireplace with a 55" smart flat screen TV on the mantel. The smart TV's comes with Roku so you can stream all the content you want from Netflix, Hulu, Amazon with free Hi-Speed WiFi. Recent upgrades include new furniture in the living room furniture, master bed room & dining room. The master bedroom features a king size bed. The guest room has two twin bunk beds for the kids. Premium linens & towels are provided & the unit has a full size washer & dryer for your use. If you read my reviews you will notice 2 words stick out “cozy” & “clean” Both bathrooms were completely renovated with all new tile shower/bath encloses, Vermont slate/stone floors, rain shower heads, new vanities & brush nickel fixtures Walk to the end of the parking lot to the ski trail that takes you to your own private chair lift. The clubhouse is a short drive(less than 2-minutes) down the road that has an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna & fitness area with locker rooms. There is an outdoor pool that is opened during the summer. Additionally enjoy the Sunrise Cafe at the Club House for lunch & dinner during the winter months. Clubhouse Winter Hours: Winter Season - The Saturday before Thanksgiving thru Mid April. Hours 9AM-9PM 7days per week. The outdoor hot tub is open but the outdoor pool is closed Clubhouse Summer Hours: Open Memorial Day Weekend thru Columbus Day Weekend(weather dependent). Hours 7:30AM-4:30PM Mon-Fri. Only the lockers rooms & workout area are open during the summer plus the outdoor pools I own the adjoining unit so if you want to vacation with another family you will be next to each other but have your own separate space. The other unit if available is #1176157 which you can enter into the VRBO search bar. Or you can email me to see if it is available. Please note the ski on - ski off trail/lift typically opens around the New Year plus or minus a week thru the 1st weekend in April. Since it is weather dependent NO refunds will be given if it is not open. Over the years I have seen the lift open as early as the Friday before Christmas & as late as MLK weekend. Again NO refunds will be given if the lift is closed & you will need to drive to an open base lodge. Additionally after Bear Mountain opens Killington runs a shuttle service to all the base lodges from the Sunrise Clubhouse - 2 min ride from the condo

Great place to stay with family for a ski weekend at Killington. The kids loved the bunk beds and nearby indoor pool. It was too early in the season for the nearby lift to be open but it was only a 10-15 minute drive to one of the other base areas. Check in was easy and the owner very responsive. No issues.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas! The condo has a cozy feel and enjoyed the wood burning fireplace each night. The kitchen was well equipped for Christmas dinner and I enjoyed my morning cup of coffee from the Keurig. The mattresses were extremely comfortable along with the amazing bed sheets and comforter which was a treat to crawl into after a long day of skiing! We’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you for a lovely stay!

My family had a wonderful stay at Killington, and we really enjoyed the condo. It was spotless and bug-free, even in August! We slept well in the comfy beds and enjoyed the mountain air - with the windows open we heard the soothing sounds of a nearby gurgling brook in the evening. It was super quiet, even on our last night when there were neighbors next door we did not hear anything. The condo had everything we needed, from linens and towels to soap, detergent and shampoo and it was fantastic to have a dishwasher and laundry in the unit. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely updated and in perfect condition. Jim was a very attentive host and made sure we were aware of a temporary road closure and alternate route ahead of time. He also provided some great dining/entertainment recommendations. We enjoyed the summer activities up on the mountain, and some top notch stargazing from the unit, too! We would not hesitate to return for another stay.

Condo was perfect in every way. We had everything we needed and James was excellent at communicating all the information. Condo location was ideal with unexpected ski in/ski out in April. Clubhouse hot tub and pool were also nice at the end of the ski day. Would definitely return.

Jim was the most helpful host from the start. He gave detailed info about the area and answered any questions I had. Ski in/out isn’t always avail, but that’s out of the owners control. When the private lift is open, it’s awesome! Master bedroom/bed was incredibly comfortable. If you’re looking to walk/hike/ski to lots of restaurants/bars (especially in the evenings) this is not the place for you. Bring your own food and drink in order to ‘dine in’ and you’ll be very happy! Kitchen was clean (as was entire condo) and well stocked. Was a great 1st time in Killington. My kids, husband, and I had fun!

This is a cozy, well kept unit. Well appointed w/ everything you need to keep you happy. The fireplace is amazing and the unit is super quiet/beds are incredibly comfortable. Really had a great experience relaxing by the fire and then a deep sleep. Check in was easy and fool proof. Kids had their own room/space so they could have time to themselves too. Love the washer and dryer so we could pack less.
We didn't get to experience ski in/ski out because we were early in the season and there wasn't enough snow yet...which we totally expected. This condo is a little further from town/K1 for this time of year vs. some others. Spent a bit more driving than we would have liked but that didn't detract from our experience nor was there any traffic.

This trip went great. We picked a weekend which seems to have fell in peak color. We picked a listing that fit our needs explicitly. The owner was great to work with and this property was located perfectly for us to knock off some bucket list items.

Was up there with my family celebrating my birthday. Everything was updated and clean. Excellent communication with James, left nothing to wonder. Extremely detailed directions on how to get there and check in and check out. Great spot, beautiful location, close to everything, couldn’t be happier with our experience. Thank you James.

Great family getaway
We greatly enjoyed this cozy, scenic property in Killington! Jim was a wonderful host and thoughtfully provided all of the amenities we needed for our stay. The nearby pool and the Killington Adventure Center were perfect activities for our kids.

Comfortable Condo in Beautiful Vermont
James’s condo was the perfect place to come home to each night of our trip. The beds were comfortable, the family room was awesome, and the views were amazing! We were able to use it as a home base for exploring different parts of Vermont. James was very helpful and responsive.
It is a ski town, so most of Killington is quiet during the summer. It’s about a half hour drive to the next “big” town. That being said, it would be perfect for ski in/out during the winter!

We spent a very rainy and icy Christmas ski stay. The slopes did not allow for ski on or off but you never know in December. But the condo was very comfortable and cozy on Christmas day when we were stuck inside due to bad weather and roads..
