The house was super easy to find and to check into. Everything listed online for the house was 100% accurate. Plenty of beds and bathrooms so we could fit 7 people in super comfortably. The outside deck area was great, nice table with a propane fire pit in it as well as a hot tub. (which we were not expecting) There are a few little bars within a half mile or so that are easy to get to as well as gas stations and a little super market in case you needed to grab anything you may have forgot at home. Would highly recommend this place for anyone who has a larger party.

This home has lots of room for a large group. The house has charming character and wonky floors in a couple bedrooms. Great location close to shopping and the beach.

This property exceeded our expectations. The 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms were perfect for us. The design inside is classy and cute. The outdoor patio with fire pit table was a great place to congregate and enjoy time with family. Would stay here again!

Upon check in we spent the first couple of hours cleaning. The floors downstairs didn’t appear to have been swept at all. Definitely not mopped. We swept mopped and vacuumed ourselves. We also had to wipe grime and sticky fingerprints/handprints off most of the furniture. Overall the house was nice. Spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

I do not recommend this property for those traveling with young kids, elderly or those with allergies or other breathing problems. This house is very old and has a strong musty odor. My allergies were triggered the entire time due to the poor indoor air quality. We had 2 kids 5 and under and an 82 year old with our party. The stairs are very steep and slippery. Also the upstairs is not level, due to the house settling severely, and there are several unexpected dips in the floor that aren’t marked for safety. There is also a small step up going into the kitchen that you can’t see when the door is shut. This property has no AC which we knew but due to the age of the house and lack of insulation, it was over 75 upstairs on a 70 degree day. Opening the windows may have been an option but there is a bar close by and you could hear loud music from 8 until around midnight on the weekends. Hot tub is still broken which was one of the only reasons we picked this place. We were notified a few days before check-in. It was very disappointing since one of our guests was a UPS driver in need of a break and that was his only request. The hot tub fee was refunded. The only other reason we selected this place was the fully fenced backyard for our kids. However, the back gate is broken which led a neighbor dog to stray into the yard multiple times and poop in the backyard which we then had to clean up so our kids could play. Despite the listing saying that there are 12 beds, blankets are not provided for the three pull-out beds. This was an issue as we needed all of the beds. After three days of contacting management some blankets were dropped on the porch for us. Garbage was full when we arrived. An animal or person had spread trash all over the driveway. It took several days to get that resolved. There were ants in the living room and two of the bathrooms. The only closet available is in the downstairs bedroom so if you have clothes to hang you have to share. The neighborhood was a little sketchy and there are several motels surrounding the property. This property was definitely overpriced for what you get and where it’s located. Pros: the kitchen is well stocked for cooking utensils, pots, pans and there are plenty of dishes. Each bedroom has a bathroom. Couldn’t really hear other guests when everyone was in their room. Plenty of towels. The kitchen table seats 10. Nearby beach access. Wifi was 50mbps which supported all our devices.

The home was perfect for our group. Plenty of space and we loved the individual suites. The walk to the beach was easy and always a pleasant place to rest our feet at the end of the day. Thank you!

Property was exactly as described. The rooms were perfect and having a bathroom for each room was ideal for a friend's trip. For foodies, great kitchen for cooking large meals.

We would come back again! Only complain was the dishwasher was broken and sheets were missing from some beds. They were quick to come fix both!

We had my husbands birthday at this property with our children and it worked for us perfectly. Everyone had enough space including their own bathroom. The dinning and living room sat all of us and allowed us to enjoy each others company all weekend long. The hot tub was easy to access and hot! Morning to night we all enjoyed this space. We would definitely rent this home again for a getaway

The house is set up great with en-suite bathrooms for every room. Beds were comfortable. Worked well for our large family.
