Ideal for families or groups including 5-6 people, 308 Sailmaker has a king bed in the main bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen in the third (downstairs) bedroom. Flat-screen TVs are in the living room and all three enclosed bedrooms. The main bedroom's full bathroom features a tiled shower, while the second and third full bathrooms have a tub/shower combination. Conveniently, the full size washer and dryer are located upstairs in a separate laundry room, sandwiched between the main bedroom and second bedroom at the top of the stairs. All bed linens and bath towels are provided with this rental, as well as beach towels. The other beach equipment available (beach chairs, boogie boards, and/or umbrellas) is stored in the downstairs closet. The beautiful, majestic live oaks surrounding the property provide superb nature views. The pool is within sight and an easy stroll away, while the beach is no more than a 5-minute walk up the ramp sitting behind the property. The Sailmaker boardwalk is completely stair free allowing easier transport of wheeled items, like beach wagons, coolers, bikes, baby strollers, and so on.
