This is a great property. If you are looking for a Tiny House to stay in, this one is not a disappointment. Easy to get to and there is plenty to do in and around the area.
I come to Austin on a regular basis and was tired of staying in Hotels. Wanted a place where I could cook/warm up prepared meals. Also wanted a little more privacy or I should say less distractions. Loved sitting outside to do some work in the evening.
This place fit exactly what I was looking for. The house is great. The Murphy bed was easy to operate. The shades on the windows simple and provide some privacy or block out the sun. Bathroom was good size and accommodating. Kitchen had just about everything you would need for a few days. I have stayed in places that were not as equipped as this one is.
If you are a travel to Austin for business or a small family with little ones this is a very nice place to try. I would have no issues with staying here again. They sent out very easy to read and understand instructions, as well as a fantastic list of things to do in the area.

Nice decor and accommodations. Everything you need if not needing too much space.

The property is nice and the surrounding area is beautiful. We had freezing weather, but that just added to the adventure.

This tiny house was perfectly designed and equipped. It felt open and spacious, while offering both privacy and natural views for the perfect solo retreat. The sleeping loft does require a ladder climb but there was ample space to sit up and stretch out, and it was restful and cozy. The kitchen features full-size modern appliances and all the cookware I needed to prepare my own meals for two days. There are several other residences/dwellings close by on the lot but it still felt quiet and private. The parking space right in front of the house was a little uneven to walk around but I had absolutely no trouble backing out. There’s a nice outdoor coffee and pastry truck, Guernica Cafe, that’s just a five minute drive away and has a covered patio for outdoor seating with a view of the hills. I would definitely stay here again for a peaceful Hill Country getaway!

From the time we arrived to the time we left we really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect as a base to set out on multiple kayak trips and our equipment was safe in our truck over night.

Hosts went above and beyond in stocking the cottage with necessities (e.g. kitchenware, toiletries, linens, etc.) and MORE than I could have ever imagined. There was not a *single thing* I had to run to the grocery store to pickup besides groceries to cook meals. The cottage’s living space was modern, clean, inviting, and contemporary with great natural lighting through the enormous windows and overhead lighting at night. The kitchen was also modern and aesthetically pleasing along with being well-stocked. The washer/dryer combo is also located in the kitchen along with provided detergent. There is a loft above the kitchen with two twin-sized beds for kids/adults with all the necessary bedding but do be warned, it gets uncomfortably hot up there during the summer since science dictates heat rises. But the hosts do include a box fan in the closet for you to use. The main king sized bed is a memory foam mattress and is combined with the sofa in one unit and is very supportive and comfortable - no problems getting a good night’s rest. Wi-Fi is provided and worked without issue. The TV has satellite channels to watch and you can connect with your own Netflix/Hulu account to watch your content but remember to log off at the conclusion of your stay. With our trip being in July and the nation seeing record temperatures in the 100F, the heat pump/AC did struggle during the afternoon and early evening hours to keep the cabin sufficiently cool on its own but my family did bring our own pro-grade box fan to use and it kept us comfortable and the air circulating throughout - so keep that in mind if traveling during summertime. It does work well overnight though because we wake up cold. It’s hot as h*ll lately so I don’t blame the AC at all. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked. No complaints there. Hosts did include a binder in the kitchen to serve as a guide on how to use things in the cottage and also recommended places to eat and things to do nearby. I highly recommend this cottage for small families and couples. And I thank the hosts for such an accommodating stay.

Super easy access, drive straight in for this home. Quiet location and neighborhood.
Beautiful views. Safe and comfortable. You'll only need to bring your food and maybe a couple of fans. (for better air circulation and you like to sleep a little on the cooler side)

Overall this tiny house was very cute. It has everything you need for your stay even a combo washer/dryer which was pretty cool. The listing is accurate but could be updated to a be a little more specific; for example, it list that they provide a coffee maker but it’s a Nespresso coffee maker and requires special coffee pods which had I known I would have brought coffee pods to fit. Also, I messaged the owner, Kim, from the number that was provided about the coffee pot but never got a response and maybe that was because the number was not updated. Lastly, I do agree with the other reviewers that the a/c isn’t super cold but we didn’t address with the owner so perhaps that could have been fixed.

This tiny home was perfect for the two of us, and had everything we needed. It's located not far from Lake Travis, Krause Springs and wineries, yet the location gave a feeling of seclusion. Host was responsive with anything we needed. We would recommend!

This tiny place was beautifully decorated and convenient. The only things I would suggest is to change out the lighting. It’s way toooo bright for a relaxing time. The bed was incredibly comfortable. But the A/C unit doesn’t work great and when I turned it down the condensation dripped on me while I was sleeping. Otherwise very thoughtful touches and really cutely decorated. I enjoyed waking up and seeing the beautiful views all around me through the numerous picture windows. The neighbors dog was a bit aggressive towards mine so potty time was challenging… but she was kind and apologetic. Would be nice if they put their dog inside sometimes

My wife and I were looking for a place that was quiet so we could relax and sleep in. But we also wanted a place close to wineries and distilleries. This was the perfect spot. We definitely will come back. Also great communication with the owners. Answered all my questions promptly before my arrival. House was clean and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay.
