This was our first time in Nashville and staying at a VRBO. What a fantastic experience. The cottage was super clean, well maintained and cutely decorated. It was so cozy we enjoyed evenings and mornings with our hot tea, just talking. It was a great break from the hustle and bustle of our normal lives. It was conveniently located to grocery stores and easy to get to places we wanted to see. Owner on site and we had a wonderful time visiting with Jim. Highly recommend this place.

Property is wonderful, incredibly clean and tastefully decorated. Inviting, relaxing and cozy, you can't help but love this place. Host could not have been more accommodating or pleasant. Neighborhood was very quiet and the location is ideal for seeing all you'll be there to see. If I had more than two hands, I would give the whole experience more than two thumbs up!!!!!

I wish I would have had more time in Nashville and more time to sightsee. This was a trip to move my daughter into her Freshman year of college. The cottage was just as described and perfect for my stay. Quiet neighborhood, clean and welcoming, close to my daughters new school, private parking so I didn't have in my own separate driveway, close to many things I would have liked to explore. Hope to be able to visit soon and do more. Jim amd Tina were wonderful, pleasant and I wish I would have had more time to spend with them as well since I wasn't able to hear Jim sing! I was also able to check in early and communication was great. Thank you for your hospitality!

Cant say enough about Jim and Tina. It was like we had known them for years. Story time and the back yard concert with these beautiful people is a MUST!! House clean very cozy and inviting. Close to all the fun but far away enough away for quiet times. If we ever make it back to Nashville this is where we will stay. Thank you guys for sharing your home!! Two friends and I were looking for a place to stay while we were in Nashville for the Beyonce concert. We came across this listing and it was perfect. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to downtown. The very first thing I noticed upon walking in the door was how clean everything was. The atmosphere was very cozy, and furniture was very comfortable. I was able to meet the owners as we were checking out and they were so lovely and welcoming. I would love to stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay in Nashville.

Stayed for a couple days to go to Nissan Stadium with family. Close to stadium and everything was clean. Owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. No issues and would stay again.

I came with a friend for CMA Fest. Jim and Tina's cottage was very nice, clean, well stocked, and Jim and Tina are wonderful, friendly, interesting hosts, giving us a mini concert on the patio, telling us a few stories, and providing us tips on getting in and out of downtown Nashville. We will definitely come back to their cottage again.

Our family of 4 stayed here. Plenty of space for everyone. The property was exceptionally clean and maintained. Very pleased with our experience.

Jim and Tina’s home is well positioned 4 miles from the centre but in a quiet neighbourhood. Their home is cosy with all conveniences. We took an Uber into town and did the Trolley Tour, visited Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and went into Tootsies for the experience- fabulous.

We loved our stay and visit to Nashville. Jim and Tina were so friendly and accommodating. Our flight got in early and they allowed us to store our luggage and hangout before what was supposed to be the official check in time. They are the sweetest people and their home is so cozy with a perfect 10-15 minute Uber ride to downtown Nashville. Most of our Uber rides were under $15 so there was no need to rent a car when you stay here. Great experience!

Exactly what we needed for our stay. Friendly owners, clean and well equipped!

The cottage was warm and cozy with lots of sunlight and comfortable furniture! The owners were very kind and gave us our privacy. The area is accessible to the highways and close to the heart of downtown Nashville!

This cute little house was perfect for my two sisters and me to have a girls trip to Nashville. Jim and Tina are incredible hosts. Their place is stocked with basic essentials. There’s a Kroger’s grocery store five minutes away. It was only 15 minutes to music row. We had a fabulous time. Our only regret was our schedules not aligning to have a session with Jim and Tina as is mentioned in their listing. If you can, please make the time for that. You will not regret gleaning from their insight, wisdom and Nashville experience.

The home was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were extremely friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

My husband & I had the best time. This cottage is just as described so close to all the things you want to do in Nashville. Jim & Tina were great to help us find restaurants and we Loved the Lane Motor Museum they suggested.

The 7 C's cottage was a perfect place to stay for my weekend with my Senior Belmont Univerisity student. We saw Love's Labor's Lost, went to the Frist Art Museum, saw her roommate's senior vocal recital, and enjoyed playing Yahtzee and Bananagrams in our down time. What a great cottage in a super loctation.

Just as represented. Lovely home. Thermostat was complicated to use but hosts realized that and offered help if needed.

Jim and Tina were a dream. They were great to communicate with. They welcomed us outside when we arrived. They had everything we needed for our two night stay. Check out was a breeze. I would highly recommend staying with them. The only thing, which is a preference thing, was that the bed in the larger room was too firm for me. Other than that everything was perfect. Thank you Jim and Tina!!

Wonderful location, convenient to downtown and all freeways. Gracious hosts are extremely responsive. Cottage is beautifully appointed, immaculate, and it was a wonderful experience.

Lovely, sweet older cottage was a perfect spot for our family to rest and recharge before heading back out for all the fun Nashville has to offer! Very clean and well supplied and the on-site owners were super kind and responsive.
