The only complaint is that the fireplace is not useable, other than that, great stay!

Our daughters are younger and as inexperienced boarder/skier we had to use the shuttle to take them down to the bottom and then come up but that was super simple and convenient as well. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen fully stocked with spices, coffee maker, dishes etc.
The weather came quick and with a lot of snow, the resort was extremely accommodating with helping us add an additional day to get home at a safer time. They were very helpful with helping us turn on the fireplace. Overall, the stay was our best family vacation yet. I highly recommend this spot for a great time!

The only negative is there is a small odor that smells like mold that was very alarming. Also, the pool was freezing! They didn’t have the hest on until we asked, which was at the end of our stay. So that was frustrating.

The lady at the front desk told us that this unit has a new owner that is currently updating it, and I like the direction they are going with it. The new pics aren't up at the time of my review, but it has a much more modern feel than other units we have rented. Its location is great too. It's an end unit, so it is quiet and has much more natural light than other units. I highly recommend this 2 bed, 2 bath unit for anyone wanting a quiet, comfortable stay on the mountain.

We had to unplug it and plug it back up to get it to stop. THAT is the directions the office gave us when we called. The refrigerator DID NOT keep the food I brought cold enough. The stove has almost impossible to cook on. SOMEONE NEEDS TO REPLACE THE STOVE AND REFRIGERATOR. We did not have enough towels. The FURNITURE IS AWFUL. IT SHOULD ALL BE UPDATED. There were dirty towels in one of the units we rented. I really hope someone will call me. I spend TOO much money for this unit to have it look the way it did.

We ate breakfast and dinners together, so we didn’t have to find restaurants which saved time and energy. The office personnel were very helpful and accommodating. Although the property technically is ski in ski out, that only applies if the guest has skied before . The children in our group had never skied. We drove to the lodge for the ski rental, lift tickets, and lessons. The overall decor is a little tired, but functional. Supplies for the bathrooms and kitchen were part of the rental cost, and this does help when basics are in place. The view was pretty from our location. When snow making equipment is in operation, the sound is fairly loud, although I think it may have been quieted later into the night. I do recommend the property, with the caveat thento ski in or out, a person must be experienced.

Reviewer Comments: The fireplace is broken (description said no fireplace, but instead it is broken, so why not fix it?), blinds don't work, dirty used sheets and pillow left in pull-out sofa (not owners fault), top bunk bed makes REALLY loud noises when the person in it moves at all, furniture is super dirty (lots of hairs, etc.), kitchen needs new shelf paper and just general cleaning, including the pans, utensils, etc., we killed about 20 baby roaches in the kitchen (could be a one time thing), and worst of all, it smells really bad. The worst of the smell is in the master bedroom. Water damage, mold, maybe? Not sure, but really bad. If we had arrived while management was still available, I definitely would have requested a move to another unit. We have stayed at this complex several times before and have not had this experience.

View is great, right at top of Oma looking down to bottom of valley. Really nice if you have kids that need to go in a lot to warm up!

Only downside is the condo is a bit dated. However, we were there to eat, sleep and snowboard so it didn't matter to us!?
