Very clean bunkhouse model. New mattress throughout in 2022. Has 2 tipouts, Sleeps 8 with 2 bunks, queen bed and sofa and table make beds. Air conditioner works excellent. Comes fully stocked with bowls, l Plates, utensils, towels, extra blankets, etc..., with generator, outdoor stoves and games. We prefer to deliver.
