This cute little 1940's house in Historic Earlewood Park has just gone through a total update, and the location can't be beat! It's close to all major highways, minutes from downtown, central to multiple hospitals, and just a few miles from USC. All new everything - from the swanky kitchen complete with all new appliances to the seriously chic bathroom and its deep soaking tub. This house has been updated with care - super inviting, lots of character and style, and ultra comfy digs - we are sure it will more than meet your needs during your stay! The listing is for the entire house - 2 queen sized bedrooms with memory foam style mattresses, 1 full-bathroom with a deep soaking tub/shower, full kitchen with small dining area, living room with convertible sleeper sofa, washer dryer, fenced in backyard and off-street parking.

This house is a great location to places to eat and USC campus. The owner was easy to communicate with as well.

My daughter & I stayed here during her USC orientation. It’s less than 10 minutes to campus and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. They have literally thought of everything you need and are fully stocked. The house is small but perfect for 2-4 people. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Truly enjoyed our stay! Adorable home with many personal touches. We appreciated the water and snacks upon arrival. Great location with quick access to downtown Columbia. Our stay, while celebrating graduation at USC, was better than a hotel! We look forward to another visit.

My boyfriend and I stayed here while we were in town for the masters. We both think that the neighborhood is one that people are investing in and trying to “bring back to life.” We never felt unsafe in the home but just stay aware. The home was super clean and we enjoyed the touches of having coffee, tea, water and snacks waiting for us. Our biggest complaint is the driveway or really the lack there of. You’re really just parking in the yard and we can’t imagine having to get out of there if the ground was wet. Overall, a cute place close to downtown Columbia!

Communication with the owners was quick and easy! The house itself was the cutest set up! Very clean and organized and had everything we needed for the stay! These owners have thought of everything! Had snacks and waters out, maps of the location and need to know notes. The location was super close to downtown and very convenient to the interstate. The neighborhood itself isn’t the greatest but we never felt unsafe, just cautious with our surroundings since we we’re having a girls weekend :) Would definitely recommend!

Felt like home.
My girlfriends and I felt like we had cane home. Very welcoming when we walked in with all the added homey touches. Home is stocked with all needed amenities plus plus. If we return we will definitely rebook.

Although the property inside was nice the location of this property was not ideal nor did we feel safe. We left and went to a hotel and were refunded the cleaning fee only.

This house was perfect for our recent visit to see our daughter at the University of South Carolina. It is extremely well appointed, with nice details (cute set of welcome snacks, varied tea options), comfortable beds, good wifi, and a quiet neighborhood. It was easy to get to our events, and then retreat back 'home' in the evening. The hosts were wonderful too - completely responsive, accommodating, and did all they could to make sure we had all we needed. Really loved it!

Beautiful
The house was beautiful and so well decorated! Everything you need is already there. From the smallest details to things you didn’t even know you needed like phone chargers and board games! Close to downtown and Fort Jackson. The owners were so easy to communicate with and kind! Don’t miss this house!

Unexpected little gem is right!
Fantastic alternative to a hotel stay for your trip to Columbia. Place was immaculate, well appointed, and very comfortable. Small touches like white noise machines and live plants were great additions. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions.

Close to everything!
We went to Columbia from Myrtle Beach just for a quick tubing trip down the Saluda River. The house was convenient to downtown but it’s located away from all of the hustle and bustle. The house was so cute and perfect for us. Live plants, charging blocks, new appliances, and the owners even left snacks for the river! Thank you for everything it was awesome!

Great Vrbo!
My husband and I wanted to visit the Congaree Nat’l Park and we stayed at the Eau Claire. It was great. There were so many small touches that added to the already very well appointed cottage. There were snacks, suggestions for coffee and dining, complimentary coffee, bottled water, and more. The cottage had everything we needed and was awesomely decorated. We will def. stay here again if we are in the area.

Perfect for our stay.
The property was perfect for our stay and visit to Fort Jackson to attend basic training graduation. We had a free day while staying and the proximity to the restaurants/pubs/eateries in midtown is awesome, a mile or so. The place is very clean, neat and plenty of space for us. Definitely recommend!!

Couldn’t be happier!
We had a wonderful stay. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and very accommodating with a last minute change to our itinerary. The house itself is clean, well appointed, and decorated like it’s the finished project on an HGTV show—just gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen were updated and perfect. I can’t say enough good things about this property. It served us very well as a place to stay while doing graduation day activities with our new solider at Fort Jackson. Thank you so much!

Great little updated cottage on quiet street in Columbia. Easy access to Fort Jackson military base. Clean, new appliances and cookware, and well supplied with all the comforts of home.

Cozy & Charming!
I so enjoyed my 3 night stay in this cute and cozy home. I appreciated the attention to every detail making my stay comfortable and pleasant from the lovely toiletries to the white noise machine in the bedroom. The owners responded to inquiries quickly and were very welcoming. They made my stay seamless. I came to visit my USC student and it was nice to relax and connect over a few home cooked meals here in this quiet and quaint neighborhood. This cute little house at the end of a no outlet block will not disappoint if it is your wish to enjoy some time away from but not too far from busier parts of Columbia
